My visit was quiet and comfortable. I appreciated that they had snacks for sale at the front desk. Close to the mall, and Panera just down the street. A Mexican restaurant is basically next door. The front desk guys were very nice! I would definitely stay here again!

All the staff was friendly and the room was very clean.

After our stay at My Place Missoula, we tried to arrange another hotel through Expedia. We knew that because of a recent leg injury the queen bed was not going to work. The previous night sleep was terrible. After some back and forth, we gave up and called the hotel directly and Robert, the manager was very helpful . We made arrangements directly with him for another room with additional bed. Room was fairly clean but again , kitchen is not useful without plates, silverware, cups, pans, etc. We opted to hit the road early the next day,as the coffee pot was missing the tray that holds the coffee grounds..
Again, Robert was top notch. Seemed to care about our stay and took note of the deficiency and was cu

Easy check in and convenient location!

It is a decent place, the lady that checked us in was ok, but not a people person. We expected a breakfast, but were told they shut that down when Covid was shutting everything down, and never reopened it. Seems covid was a while back...., so I don't get that. The room was pretty nice, and sutible for a longer stay.

Check in process was terrible: there were people blasting music in their cars while grilling and after I expressed my concerns about them. The front desk lady said they were the workers/guests and that’s how they cook their food. Each room has a kitchenette. And at 11pm makes me very uncomfortable with my car parked close to them. Second. When we got our room keys. We proceeded to go to our room on the top floor and the neither of the keys worked. We returned to the front desk and got replacements. Returned to our room and had to fidget with the key for a solid few minutes before the door would open. Being exhausted we were just happy to get in. Then the smell hit. The window was left open in 100 degree weather so the room felt like a sauna. And then the smell. Someone had definitely used the room to smoke heroine in it. Probably why the window was left open to air it out. They did give us a new room. But there wasn’t any sort of concern about our findings. And no sort of compensation for our troubles. 0/10 worst experience of our life.

I liked the cleanliness. I didn't like that there was no breakfast or drink options such as juice for people that dont drink coffee.

Check in was easy and front desk agents were able to assign early check in and late check out with signing up for myplace rewards....hot water and coffee always available in lobby....no breakfast....room were a little out date...if you are hoping to use room kitchen there are NO pots pans plates or utensils to cook...so stop by a dollar tree for cookware...housekeepers were friendly...seems like clientel were a mix of travelers and business/construction workers. Overall good Place to stay...I would choose MYplace over some of the spots downtown spokane wrecked with homeless/suspicious people walking around

Waited 30m for someone to come to the desk. Room smelled tv was sketchy too.

Television didnt work. Went to the front desk twice and was told basically they couldn't help. No soap in the dispenser in the shower. Being fairly clean was the only real upside.

Was a clean area and very close drive to shopping. Facility itself was clean and well kept.

Clean rooms and comfortable. Kitchenette is a plus and we had family so shared doors really helped.
Property very close to i90 , plus for in/out but minus for some noise. Area did have a one off homeless lingering around. Not sure if it is regular.

It works in a pinch but definitely not my first, second or third choice.

The staff was not good . The area around was ok there’s a mall near by and close to downtown! But the staff was not helpful at all no one spoke to us the whole 3 days we were there and no house keeping came they left some random dirty towels in front of our door. They have no amenities and no breakfast. They keep replying to the reviews that they’re working on these things but they’re obviously not. So to pay $350 it was very poor service. I usually don’t leave reviews because I just let it go but this interaction I couldn’t.

This was the worst experience we have ever had. I didn’t realize that any person could just slap a My Stay brand on any old run down hotel without the promise of the previous experiences we’ve had in other locations. The parking lot was FULL of beer bottles and twisted tea cans and there were people openly drinking on their tail gates. Check in was awful. No greeting. Just rushing me off. The ‘staff’ does not care about common courtesy or decency when it comes to their guests in any capacity. The floor we were on was full of grown adults and kids that had their doors propped open, yelling and laughing, and there were screaming kids running up and down the hallways and riding the elevators until after 1AM. I had to ask them several times to be quiet but ultimately ended up getting dressed, going downstairs to demand that the staff actually do something about it. I was met with annoyance and had no communication back from the lady at the front desk, but the staff went up and asked them to be quiet. She left afterwards without a word to me and went back downstairs. What a nightmare.

It's right next to the highway and really noisy. Not worth the money. Owner/manager is a little rude but did help the clerk find my reservation

We arrived and the employees were smoking 5-10 feet from the door and it went into the building when doors opened. Got checked in and went up to the room.
As soon as we opened the doors the scent of pet came at us super strong, I have stayed in pet allowed hotels before and never had it smell that strong.
Otherwise the hotel was clean and had a small kitchenette. But the there was no cookware….which seemed silly to me. Most place have the essentials.
Probably won’t stay here again but if you’re in a pinch etc it was decent.

Other than the fact that car parking is so far away from the rooms, you can’t complain. I got the fountain view room and got such an excellent view of Bellagio, Paris, Caesar’s Palace and Cosmopolitan etc. Rooms are big, nice, clean and beds are comfy. It was just a very good stay.

Pros - Nice clean room. Nice mini-kitchen for multi-day stays. Comfy bed!
Cons - Musty smell on entering the room. Thin walls, so more sounds from adjacent rooms and outside. No breakfast service. Cable tv service not functioning.

The bed was comfortable, however, the cleanliness of the room was lacking. There were items in the refrigerator and plates in the cabinets. Additionally, the body wash dispenser was not refilled.

Although a new property it appears they've stocked it with Goodwill throwaways. At best this is just a bed, clean towels and hot water. There's no one in on the desk and getting service is a long wait. I will not put My a place on my two star list.

The beds were terribly uncomfortable. The property was clean and the staff was decent. I felt the price did not match the quality. I don’t think I would stay here again for what I paid.

The room was super dark with 2 lights burnt out. It was on the first floor so it was more dark than usual. The kitchenette had no supplies of anything like cups or glass. The carpet was so dirty that all our feet was black. Make sure to keep your shoes on at all times. The microwave was so dirty covered with food particles. The pet fee was charged more than whats on the website.

Staff was absolutely perfect, the room was quiet and very clean, bed was great, slept really well. Area felt safe. It was just what i needed. Lots of hot water, can not understate that. We will stay there again
