The lobby smelled, the paint on the wall was peeling, scuffed and there were cracks. Hair in and on the bathtub. The automate was stained. When I spoke to front desk before I arrived, the gentleman was friendly professional and polite.

This hotel was filthy and unsafe. The room was not cleaned when I arrived and I was loved to a room where the door didn’t properly lock. Staff were unhelpful. Do not stay here.

The room I requested wasn’t available but was pleasantly surprised to be offered an even better room! The staff is always welcoming and friendly, the pool is such a great way to enjoy the nice weather. All around another wonderful stay.

Hallways smell bad, room carpets are filthy. Bathroom is extremely small and the sink counter is hovering over the toilet, if you are more than 5’4” you will have to tilt your legs to sit in the toilet. Overall it was a bad experience and we cancelled our second night.

Very reasonable in price and with the room. We have stayed here before. They staff are family and are really nice people. We really appreciate this facility allows pets (dogs only) and only charges $20 per night (not per pet either). Too many places say they’re pet friendly and then charge $50-$70 per night PER dog. So basically they say they are pet friendly on paper but they don’t want them because of their outrageous fees. Thank you Super 8 for being genuine! T

The rooms are nicely decorated and spacious. The tub is somewhat dated, but very clean. The breakfast included wasn’t great, so on our 2nd day we went out for breakfast. There are no washrooms in the lobby or over where you have breakfast, you have to go back to your room to use the facilities.

I liked Super 8 a lot. The room is spacious, clean. The mattress is very comfortable. The area is quite. I would recommend it for everyone going to the colosseum. You need a car though to reach it, but it is only a 10 minute ride.

Normally I would not have much negative about a stay at a particular location, which is why I generously gave this stay a 2-star rating. The rooms smelled a bit as if they had not been aired out and was a bit musky. The breakfast was limited with its basic components of cereals, juices, and yogurts. The highlight being a waffle machine. The major complaint was the pool was not in service throughout our entire stay of 2 days. When we brought it to the attention of the staff working there, they tried to pass it off as something related to the weather and the chemicals in the pool which made no sense as we asked around. After further questioning, we found out that the pool was out of service for over a week without any sort of advertisement on their website. We were up there for a tournament and our kids were looking forward to using that pool in between games. To compound the issues our television did not work even though we mentioned it within one hour of getting to the motel. The only reason I bring this up was because the pool was out of service and the Olympics being on, it was challenge to us in-between our games at this motel. Now I know that someone might reach out and try to comment that they understand and will try to improve things in the future, but that doesn't help those families who spent good money and time to book a place they thought would be a good location for their children and families on a long weekend. Truly disappointing and unfortunate.

Good hotel for a one nighter.. but nothing special… pool was closed even though it was extremely hot that weekend.. breakfast has waffle machines which is fun Beds are comfy but the rooms are a little dated and damaged… but they are trying to make them look nice There is a bus stop a few steps from the hotel (#6) that takes you down town within 20 minutes

Breakfast was very poor. Staff especially the male person unwelcoming. We had an issue with our booking through a holiday site. We had booked a room with 3 beds and when we arrived they wanted us to pay extra..saying they font know what the site promissed we should have checked with the hotel first. After we started unpacking he changed his mind and gave us the room we had booked. I guess he thought of the review i would write. The room was ok..s little old but ok...it didn’t feel spotless but..ok. the area around pool was poor. Pool not heated and small. Breakfasy was poor and awful...overall if you are in town for a night or 2 its ok..but no longer thsn that.

It was a far walk to breakfast in the morning, but nice variety of things to eat. Walked to the ice machine last night only to find no ice and kids running around up and down the stairs. First day no coffee or tea in room. Cleaning staff need to pay attention to detail it goes a long way when it comes to customers coming back

The carpet was dirty, and the toilet was not cleaned after we checked in and the toilet roll holder was not secured into place at all.The hinge for the door leading to the fridge was not on properly and the spot on the wall that prevented the door handle from damaging it was broken and smashed inwards.

The room was clean and bed was comfortable. Overall staff were friendly and helpful. Downsides were continetal breakfast was very limited and coffee was undrinkable. Also soap provided in bathroom were tiny and only a tiny dove bar for to wash hands and body. It was good for a night, but probably wouldn't stay longer than that. Still good for the price.

Very nice pool outdoors (pribate and discreet) very clean and not busy so able to relax! Staff recognized me last night when j needed a keg made (forgot mine in the room) so it was nice not to have to show my id. The gentleman on night duty remembered me and greeted me like anyone would like to be when your a rerurning customer!

Other than the bathroom Reno, breakfast perk & benefit of bringing your pet; the location, humpy old carpet & extremely large cricket game (10:30pm & approx 70 ppl) across the street in the parking lot was less than desirable & should validate a lower room rate.
