The hotel lobby was spacious. The staff was a bit slow but friendly. The rooms were large and clean. The pool was satisfactory, except that there was no shower, restroom, or even an attendant near the pool. You had to bring your room towel to the pool area.
There was a small Robinson store that you could access by walking through the basement from the hotel.

The room we booked has a cockroach. Our keycards got deactivated twice. And tv internet does not work. We got the summit suite and it’s not even worth the price. The worst hotel i’ve been too.

Excellent

Check in was easy and no issues. Its about 2-3 hrs south of NIAA depending on traffic. Breakfast buffet was always good, rooms clean and always hot water in the shower. i would stay again
pros wifi, location
con traffic noise is non stop but not a deal breaker
3.7
The property is a bit dated. Our room was pretty dated and no safe Cabinets missing doors tile broke outside of entry door and very noisy. Lots of street noise.

It was an amazing stay.

Terrible condition for a 4-star hotel. Supervisor/manager did not even look up from the front desk when I was telling them about the bad condition of the deluxe king room that I booked. His answer to the staff is to give an extension cord for the refrigerator which did not have an outlet. Walls had peeling paint, bathroom had moldy grout, towels had worn edges, bare toiletries, no desk chair. Overall poor customer service and not caring probably because of attitude of supervisor/higher ups. Not reflective of Philippine hospitality.

Good stay…but a bit out of date hotel.

Staff were nice and friendly but rooms are dated and run down.

The service was great the place is really nice and the view was stunning. But the wind is so loud and the patio doors not sealed well to keep the wind out. So all the noise escaped into the romm kept me awake most of the night. And for as pricey as it is there it should have been sound proof. I ended up sleeping in the suite on a small bed.
3.7
I like how cool at night even without using the air conditioner but the downside you can hear the noise from the outside even in the 7th floor.
3.7
The location is perfect for the view of Taal volcano and lake. The room was comfortable but some items were missing such as toilet paper. Overall a pleasant stay, and I would happily pass it as a suggestion to others
3.7
All rooms have the view of Tall Volcano and across the street Rosario Restaurant is a convenient, a little pricey but it has the same view as this hotel. The hotel is next to a busy street, so it’s a little bit noisy. It was so windy when I was there and there balcony door are making some noise especially at night. I have to struggle opening my door until maintenance guy changed the door battery.

There were no towels in the bathroom. The bathroom was dirty, the shampoo contsiner was just tackily placed. It felt very unclesn.
3.7
Room needs some update but overall still a satisfactory hotel with close-by malls and restaurants with good parking space.
3.7
There was a dirty rug left in the room. Not so clean unit. Has a nice view of taal from the 8th floor.
3.7
Perfect view of Taal lake and Sky Ranch is within walking distance. Lobby looks good but 2nd floor up is not well maintained. The gym looks abandoned. :(
3.7
Friendly and courteous staff.

Staff was great, nice lobby, but they gave us a room with molds in the bathroom and ceiling. I felt nauseous, I’m not sure if it’s from the molds. I heard they had storms recently but they should have use bleach to clean the molds. Nice view of the volcano. Lots of restaurants around including Starbucks. I’m not sure if breakfast was included, we didn’t eat breakfast there. Please clean your molds with bleach.

Very accessible to anything you need 😊

The hotel room needs updating. Property has nice lobby. Food is over priced. Hotel grounds are well kept. Close to restaurants and public transportation. Nice view of the lake.

The rooms are not well-maintained. I got a two bedroom suite for roughly 150$ a night (with taxes) which I thought was a good deal. As they say, you get what you’ve paid for, and I certainly did. Let’s start with the positives, the rooms (especially the higher floors) have a nice view of Taal lake. There are lots of restaurants nearby that are walking distance. There’s a strip mall right next to the hotel and owned by the same company that has restaurants, groceries, and merchandise kiosks. Skyranch is a walking distance. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Breakfast buffet was cost efficient. The lobby looks like it can be a luxury hotel. But there’s where it ended for me. The room I got was ok, not great. The room was outdated. Dressers and cabinets definitely had their share of wear and tear. The stove definitely needs an update. The fridge served it’s purpose. Bathroom is ok. Something about their balcony that water puddles in certain spots after it rains. The upholstery on the loveseat was stained. I just wish they would update/renovate their rooms.

What is dirty noisy and rundown

very poor service.they forget to give the bathroom mat everyday.you need to request and wait the whole day.they did not replenish our complimentary water and coffee, aircon in two rooms we rented are broken.phones not working, the rate did not include breakfast, our heater also is defective

The location, view and price are the pros of this place. Within a 2 min walk is a grocery store, starbucks, Korean food buffet, BDO ATM, and a well known restobar. Traffic on the street is not bad in the immediate area so exiting the premises is not an issue. My only concern was the cleanliness of the place. It's not that it was dirty, but more old and needed attention. For instance, my room was clean, but the bathroom glass was just spotty with old water stains, the grout needed fixing, and mold in the corners. The rain type shower head was full of calcium buildup. All in all a great place with a top notch view. Will be staying here again next year.

Hotel itself is good. Location is a little far from Ayala mall and fora. Bed is stiff and could definitely need an upgrade. Great view facing lake
3.7
The view and the staff were excellent. It’s just I’m wondering why there’s no enough towels to use in the bathroom they only provide 2 bath towels
