I loved staying here. It's off the beaten path, but so worth it! I enjoyed the my sea view room, the amazing customer service, food views and accommodations! Andrea and Samantha were so very nice. I would recommend to everyone. This is a very secluded location. If you want more tourists area. Stay in West Bay

Remote, quiet, peaceful. Food adequate , service good. Cabins spartan, but comfortable enough- quiet, spread out with good ocean air and views. Not great for swimming but nice deck area . Plenty of diving and scuba options.

Wonderful resort. Very eco friendly. Wonderful accommodating staff that was always avaialble and curteous. Any issues if any were easily resolved even issues pertaining to off site. Very safe with polite and attentive 24hr guards. Daily breakfast made to order since I am a vegan was stupendous! Beautiful location that is quiet and full of friendly wildlife! I recommend highly. Great swimming diving kayaking and hiking area!

Loved MHF! Quiet, secluded, immaculate grounds, spacious comfortable rooms, friendly staff, beautiful location, good snorkeling and diving on-site, free kayaks and paddle boards, nice restaurant, good breakfasts prepared to-order, good WiFi....I really can't think of anything to complain about. They didn't even gouge for drinks at the bar on the dock - $2 local beers! We were there for a romantic experience as a couple, but the families we saw were having a blast too. This isn't a party atmosphere like the West End - it's a remote location and if you are staying more than a couple of days you may want your own car to go exploring. The original Garifuna village of Punta Gorda is nearby and worth a visit - try trad food at Yurumei, or head to La Sirea in Camp Bay for another good dining option on the water. The on-site restaurant is open all day, but we took our own snacks and fixings for lunch so we wouldn't have to break up our day.If you are looking to really slow down (way down) and relax and get your bliss on, this is a great spot.

My wife and I spent 6 nights at Marble Hill Farms ending March 1, 2019. Tree house #2 was excellent;
layout well thought out, clean and new. The large window looking out from the king bed offered a great view of the bay from about 25 feet above the water. The outdoor shower was used a lot and greatly appreciated. Drinking water cooler in the kitchen offered hot and cold water without the use of those nasty plastic bottles. Excellent accommodations.
Included breakfast menu changed daily and was great with the exception of the huevos rancheros.
We had lunches in our treehouse as we had the taxi driver stop at the supermercado on the way to the resort. Would probably rent a car next time and see a little more of the island and go to a beach. Beach at the resort was great for sunbathing but a little lacking for swimming as the shore is rocky and in the water very silty. But you can take a paddleboard or a kayak out whenever you want. Greatly appreciated that we got left alone to do whatever we wanted. We both work in the environmental field and lots for us to do puddling around looking for sea creatures (lots of immature puffer fish and saw 5 or 6 young spotted eagle rays feeding in the shallows), bird watching (yellow naped parrots which flew through every morning).
Dive master Marco was very patient with us two aging and very rusty divers. Diving ad snorkelling trip to Pigeon Cay not to be missed.
Never had a bad meal at the Crows Nest Restaurant.
Thanks Jana.

We spent a week in Roatan and decided to split our time between the more secluded and quiet east side of the island and West End/Bay. After substantial research we chose a treehouse at Marble Hill Farms. We had one of the best stays of any trip we've been on. The meals at the Crow's Nest were exponentially better than any meal we had anywhere else on the island, and the staff were so friendly and attentive. The rooms were immaculately clean with gorgeous views. We would recommend renting a car as it is a bit secluded, but this is one of the bigger draws to this part of the island. We took a day trip to Camp Bay and Paya which were both beautiful. The road is gravel but easily accessible by a standard rental car. The beaches in West Bay are absolutely the most beautiful on the island, but also incredibly touristy, overrun by cruise ship day trippers and not relaxing at all. I love a gorgeous beach as much as anyone, but find it far less enjoyable when I'm fighting through hundreds of tourists and nonstop peddlers. It's all about what you're looking for.

I spent two weeks at Marble Hill Farms and had a wonderful stay! The ocean is just steps from your door. At the dive dock you can go kayaking, paddle boarding, swimming and snorkelling (and of course diving at the nearby reefs)
Great food. Breakfast starts with fresh fruit, juices and coffee. The smoothies were incredibly flavourful! Something for vegetarians and meat-eaters alike. Very friendly staff and a tranquil al fresco setting. Lunch and dinner at the Crow's Nest was equally good. Wide selection of dishes to choose from - Shrimp Diablo was fantastic! Again, the staff here are friendly and welc

Marble Hill Farms - This is the Roatan you want to see!Marble Hill Farms is toward the East side of Roatan and thus unaffected by the chaotic hustle of the West End. This is a boutique resort with a limited number of rooms, so even when fully booked there is ample space to call your own. The setting: perched at the edge of the jungle along the shores of a quiet bay, you get access to both of these unique environments. The ocean; with kayaking, paddle boarding, snorkelling, diving and swimming is just outside your door. The dive dock has a bar too, so water, juice and a variety of tasty adult beverages await! Also at the dive dock is an upper deck with loungers, hammocks and a picnic table. Meanwhile the grounds of the resort are quite expansive and for nature-lovers and photobugs there is much to see. There are gravel trails winding through the property including jungle canopy (*lots* of birds!), and well tended gardens too (**lots** of flowers!!) The big iguanas were pretty elusive and shy while I was there but I saw a few and they were really cool. There are lots of geckos, and because they are curious, you will get to see a lot of them. The food is really good. Everything is freshly prepared. My package included a complimentary breakfast and started each day with a bowl of fresh cut fruit, fresh made juices, and coffee. There is always a few different choices for a breakfast main and as

Absolutely beautiful location and a truly peaceful place with the friendliest staff you could possibly imagine! EVERYTHING about this place is unique and special! We wanted a true island experience and not a “cookie cutter” resort. There is so much land and any room, cottage or treehouse you choose is separated from other people by beautiful stone-lined pathways surrounded by lush tropical trees and flowers. Every morning the breakfast is a sit down meal with 4 new options each day. Everything was delicious, especially the fresh juices they serve! Jamaican flower juice, Tamarind, Lemon Grass. All so unique! We ate several dinners at The Crow’s Nest with “to die for” views and you can see your meal being freshly cooked and all were crazy delicious and flavorful! There is a small sand beach with separated little areas for privacy. A beautiful dock brings you to the dive center with a small bar and hammocks on both levels with sunbeds and a picnic table. We loved it up there! We stayed in Treehouse #2 and it felt like a Model Home! VERY clean and modern, super cozy and plush white comforter and comfortable bed with that huge picture window! There was nothing like waking up to that ocean view! We chose to take ALL our showers outside. MAGNIFICENT! We sat on our balcony every night and watched the fireflies! Samara and Oscar are THE BEST! I want to adopt them! Jana and Maurek know EXACTLY how to run the ideal dream getaway!

Marble Hills Farm
We just had a blissful 14 day stay in this tropical paradise. Situated at the east end of the island, it is less touristy and less spoilt than the busy west end. Whether you want to dive, snorkel, kayak, swim, walk or just lie in the sun and read, this is the perfect spot for you.
Jana and Marek have added to their original family-sized cabins, the sea view rooms and now 2 brand new tree houses.
We stayed in Seaview 1, it was spacious, spotlessly clean (and is cleaned daily), it has a huge, comfortable bed, a large covered balcony that gets the late afternoon sun and amazing views of the Caribbean Sea. I would choose the same room again, but Rob would like to try a treehouse.
We rented a car to get around, as we were aware of our remote location, we were glad of the freedom this gave us, but mostly we stayed put, as nowhere we visited was as beautiful as Marble Hills.
Also our plan was to drive to different restaurants for our evening meals, but the food was excellent at the Crows Nest, so we had no need.
Jana and her great staff catered for all my vegan needs brilliantly. Ours was a last minute booking, so they had no prior warning that I’d require a special meal, and bearing in mind that we arrived hungry on New Years Eve, they coped magnificently.
Breakfasts were great too, always starting with a large bowl of fresh fruit.
Most of the rooms were occupied when we arrived, but apart from breakfast and down on the jetty when it was dive departure time,

My boyfriend and I had a great and very relaxing stay at Marble Hill Farms. All the staff were very friendly and were helpful in providing recommendations for places to go and things to do. The food, both at breakfast and in the restaurant, was great (as were Marba's drinks!). In addition to enjoying the kayaking and snorkeling off the dock, we also went on a day trip to Pigeon Cay with Marek while we were there and had an amazing time. I would highly recommend Marble Hill Farms to people who are looking for a quiet, peaceful place to stay.

Marble Hill Farms is a bit out of the way, but that's what I loved about it. This small dive resort makes you feel like family from the moment to arrive. The staff are all very friendly and the GM goes above and beyond to help his guests. I arrived with a flat tire, and he fixed it and helped me exchange my rental car. And I was nervous about diving after a year break, so he went on my first trip with me. As a single woman traveler, I felt completely safe at Marble Hill. It was one of the most relaxing and enjoyable vacations I've had. The food at the Crow's Nest (on property) was incredible and I was able to have something different every night. And the free breakfast ensured that I would have plenty of energy for diving or whatever else the day had in store. If you are looking for a unique, relaxing and adventurous stay in Roatan, look no further than Marble Hill Farms!

The hotel was awesome. Very Secluded quiet natural area in Roatan. The hotel was really beautiful. Grounds were well decorated and very secure. Lots of activities. The staff was really nice and accommodating. Mark was an excellent manager and even upgraded me after needing to change rooms. They were also very responsive, answering every call while I was traveling en route to Roatan and arranged for taxi transfer upon landing. Great coffee and jams and breads and breakfast food in the morning.

If you like your privacy, then I highly recommend this location. It is on the east end of the island, but we really liked that we were away from traffic and the lay out of the hotel made it feel more tropical.
