Nice location convenient to most necessities. Comfortable space good parking. Satisfied overall. Only upon entering felt like highly guarded establishment with surrounding plexiglass posts eoth rukes written everywhere. This was not inviting to say thw least.

We stayed here 1 night with our family. A bunch of shady characters hanging around the main lodge. The whole place is falling apart. It can use serious remodeling. The hallways smelled of cigarette smoke. Eventually you can smell it in our bedroom. (Which 2 of us are asthmatic) people smoking pot outside the main door. Inside our room was dirty. The floors were dirty as well. The room was very outdated. The pillows were down to nothing, the walls were peeling paint.

Stayed two nights. The room was clean. However the hallways reeked of smoke and pot. Other guests were loud during the evening and early hours of the morning.
We will not stay there again.

This was my 2nd time staying at this motel. I really like the location, my room has always been clean, and the workers are very friendly and polite. The free parking is a big plus.Will stay there again next time I am headed to that area.

This my third time here. The staff is amazing. I feel like family here. They make sure you're alright and have what you need and want. The other people visiting are friendly. It's plenty of stores and places to eat. Very nice spot.

When we walked in the room
m the smells slapped us right in the face. There was no blanket on the bed only only two pillows the shower was dirty. At the desk a customer was complaining about roaches all over their room i was immediately disgusted

The stay was just for an overnight stay because I had to catch an Amtrak early in the A.M. I was surprised by the new upgrade to the establishment because I was there in May 2024 and also June 2024 and it needed some major work. But, the place was comfortable, worth the money and making me think to use the place again.

I had one problem and that was the air conditioner. They instantly changed my room with no questions asked. This is my second time visiting NY and staying here. I’m going to make this my #1 spot to stay when traveling to NY.

Our stay was pleasant only one thing ,they need to update there bedding mattress very worn and pillows were very flat of that it was 1 pillow each and it was very flat so not a comfortable sleep ,we had to make pillows with our clothing to try to sleep comfortably.

The clerk at check in was behind glass making it hard to hear what was being asked plus the reception area was very dark....need better lighting. The hallway smelled of Marijuana. The room was dank, wallpaper dirty and peeling from wall. The shower did not drain leaving you standing in inches of water. There was no shampoo, conditioner, bodycream...NOTHING. We went out and bought our own. The tub has mold residue around it. The beds were lumpy and in the morning the smell of Marijuana comes through the AC unit. The only plus was it was quiet at night aside from the fire alarm going off in the middle of both nights of our stay. I would have left but there were no other vacancies available in my price range.
