The rooms were clean and spacious as well as the bathroom. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

The pool was nice and breakfast delicious. Unfortunately, the walls and doors were very thin which provided little to no privacy as far as noise levels. Could hear everything happening in the room next door. The towels provided were all different sizes and extremely thin. Just a note: This isn’t the hotel’s fault, but there were some homeless folks hanging out near the entrance to the hotel and the property was located at the bottom of a hill near another hotel not known for being a safe place.

Clean, comfortable beds, excellent breakfast!

Room was updated and had nice linens. It was clean and quiet. The breakfast was delicious.

We only stayed one night, but we were very happy with our stay.

Im not one to usually write reviews but with this experience I feel the need to do it for others. My family vacation here was completely ruined by the experience we had here we booked for 4 days checked in pretty late the first night everyone showered and went to bed the next day we had breakfast and headed out to Hershey Park we came back that night around 11pm entered our room and noticed roaches next to the microwave I squished it and out came another one and I did the same to it as well, my wife immediately went down to the front desk to let them know what was going on they staff there apologized and offer to move us to different room but the only one available was a single bed and were a family of 4 so we definitely needed a double bed. We declined and was told there really isn't anything else they can do until the manager gets in, around 9 am we tried to get some sleep but I just couldn't I kept watch of my wife and 2 little kids as they were sleeping. Around 2 am out came more roaches much bigger this time we took vides of everything and called the front desk again to let them know and also let them know that we will be checking out and request a full refund. In the morning we spoke to the manager and he apologized and approved the refund we checked out and left, everything in the hotel is old and outdated not up to the holiday inn standard. Staff bein helpful was the only positive thing here. The owners of this hotel needs to get these issues fixed

My son and I stayed for three nights and it was extremely comfortable, clean, friendly and helpful staff. The only minor complaint is that the elevator kept breaking down and I am disabled so it made it difficult to take the stairs. I was able to do it, it was just difficult for me. The staff did everything they could to resolve the elevator issues and got us down for check out with our bags. Thank you so much for the caring and kind staff! I will definitely be staying there again as it’s right down the road from my moms house.

Hotel was clean, staff was friendly, breakfast was good and the kids loved swimming in the pool.

The building and room were nice. There is nothing around the area. It is extremely hot in the stairwell and halls. The elevator was out of order two out of the four days we were there and the walls are paper thin.

Some obvious things could be cleaned up such as the boogers on the walls, crumbs and garbage in the bathroom corners could be swept or vacuumed up and the room we stayed in had a lot of stains in the carpet. Aside from this the beds were clean, the facility was nice and the staff friendly.

It’s a great place to stay if you’re planning on visiting Hershey Park. It’s close by the park and many restaurants and stops between.

Clean hotel- exception was the hallways. Hallways were dated and dingy. Staff is very welcoming and friendly. Hallway smelled- couldn’t put my finger on what it was- but we but a towel at the bottom of the door to help keep it out of our room. Walls are thin- thankfully the people next to us stopped talking around 10:00 and we were able to sleep peacefully. Good location- easy to find and right off the highway. Beds are uncomfortable- not the standard for IGH. For one night this hotel is a good choice- wouldn’t do longer though.

Property was okay, rugs looked a bit like needed cleaned, but not bad. The pancake making machine was broken. The continental breakfast at Holiday Inn Express is one of my grandchildren’s favorite thus I chose this hotel to stay at. Ended up at a restaurant for breakfast.

We enjoy the consistency with every stay, no matter the location. Very personable & helpful individual.

The breakfast was great every morning, A lot of noise for the first three days of the stay, but hen the basket ball players went home and got t was very nice for the rest of the stay.

Nice property, location somewhat off but lots of hotels in the area. Room was spacious, quiet and clean. Good coffee and breakfast. Only bad part was extra firm mattress.

This one night stay way great! It was a good location, the rooms were comfortable and clean, the price was great, and the breakfast was fabulous!! I highly recommend stopping here for a stay.

Room was fine! Front desk service very helpful and accommodating and cordial. They placed a pending service fee on our card so hoping that is removed as we had no services other than the room. People above us were noisy and floor stompers, so only stay on top floor. Reasonably nice room and breakfast was great.

Clean and convenient

Good stay at the Holiday Inn Express. Overall the hotel is in good shape, but not great. The gym has limited equipment and a funny smell, and the breakfast was average. Overall, still a good place to stay for a reasonable price.
