Drunk people singing all night, no ac, no iron, very small room and bathroom, won't be staying here again.

No air conditioning and noisy

Great to park outside the unit.

Best accommodation to put your head down for the night, great having the pub with food onsite. Will definitely visit again. Just be mindful if you are staying and wanting a good rest that you are next to a bar however closed b4 midnight, may have young crowds up late - walking distance to the beach

Great Food and Stonewood Beer

Bathroom left a lot to be desired with no hand basin.
Loud music from the pub!

Good place for backpackers or young party goers, pub attached looks awesome, but if you’re looking for a good night sleep, don’t bother, noise from pub was rediculous

Had to close the curtains for privacy which meant that no fresh air was able to come into the room via the high open windows. NO AIR CON - seriously, how can anyone sleep in a hot stuffy humid room in the middle of summer during a hot spell without air-con ??? Daylight robbery to charge $184.30 for that. We left @ 8pm and drove to Woolgoolga. Paid less for a superb spacious air conditioned room at Rosebourne Garden Motel. I think you get the drift !!!

The room had been closed up all day and was stinking hot upon arrival at 6pm, there were only small vent windows open and it was a hot summer day. The rooms do NOT have air conditioning (which I didn't look / search for when booking because I didn't even know this was a thing in this day and age, especially when paying $370 per night during summer holidays!!)
My room smelt of vomit until I turned the fan on full-ball and left the front door open for an hour.
The motel and attached pub are right on the beach, but for the price and with no aircon I would recommend paying half and staying at one of the motels up on the highway with bigger, cleaner rooms w/- aircon.
Then it's only 6min drive to the beach

We paid AUS$360 for a very small room with no AC.. we were shocked to say the least as it was an extremely hot afternoon and the room was sweltering.
With the curtains closed there was little ventilation there was from the upper windows. With the windows open you could hear every sound outside the room.
This is an old style motel complex and is part of an infamous Coffs Harbour hotel called the Hoey Moey. The bistro and bar is super convenient but noisy.
On the positive side the room was clean and it did have a ceiling fan.
However the location is good being close to the beach.
Basically we paid WAY to much for this room, realistically it should have been $150 max.

Good overnight stay. Cheap, clean and convenient
Pub food for dinner and great bakery across the road for breakfast

The photos on the website didn't indicate how basic the room was with nothing but tea facilities, a towel and tiny cake of soap.

We couldn't find the reception. Other than coffee cups there were no glasses, we borrowed some wine and drinking ones from the bar. The bed shook when ever you moved. It was cold.
On the other hand, the pub alongside was great for food and entertainment.

The bathroom was terrible there was NOT enough ROOM FOR SHOWERING GETTING IN TO THE BATHROOM AND GOING TO THE TIOLET . I was terribly dissapointed and luckily l am not any bigger I would NOT have got into the BATHROOM . Thank goodness it was only 1 night . I will not be recommending the hotel , motel . My size w: 112 kg H : 170 I train average 5 days a week .I was very disappointed .

All the facilities were catered for, We were on a time schedule but we would have enjoyed stopping for longer.

The stake of the bistro was fantastic and the size of the meal was great for its price. However the state of our room was not worth the money we paid for. Noting that our parking space directly outside our room was taken by the public when we left to get some fresh air. We could not sleep until 11:30pm due to band playing and DJ taking over when the bad finish playing. Also more quest were very loud due to being intoxicated. If we knew ahead of time about a band playing we would not have chosen this property. The staff and security were great in assisting us with parking as directing those parking everywhere to move.

Good little room on the beach

I understand the "hospitality" business having diificulty to hire people but, all this Qcode scanning sucks.
In Hoey Moey, I had to create an account to order food!
I walked out and went to the Bowling Club instead. My second night, I went to the "RSL" club.
I've been on the move for the last six months, I'm willing to spend money but, you have to make it easy...

The entertainment very good

The location was excellent and so where the staff who were friendly. However the room was wrongly advertised as it was so small, stuffy and grossly overpriced but had no choice but to stay due to lack of other accommodation available.

Great spot, however room very basic, noisy from night club
4.0 / 10.0
I had the fruit pickers out side my room chatting all night and sitting on my outdoor seats. The fridge vibrated all night. The tradies started early banging hammers which woke me up early.
Definitely not a quite location as I was travelling through and needed sleep, definitely disappointed and rooms need a microwave

This property should be at least half of the advertised price to be even considered. Very poor quality rooms and amenities are terrible. Way overpriced in comparison with similar accommodation in the area. We didn't even stay the night. Left after 15mins as my wife was getting anxious. You should not even list this on your site! Very unhappy.

Very noisy. Didn't know that there was some sporting event in town. Every motel booked out. Difficult to park due to the number of people at the hotel. Noisy motel patrons. Playing loud music & talking loudly at 4am. Not happy.
4.0 / 10.0
VERY basic, no heating or cooling, woeful shower, tv broken and off milk in the fridge.
4.0 / 10.0
Wash basin in bedroom and it was tried.
1.0 / 10.0
The rooms are adjacent to the pub which you can hear people talking. The room doors are too tight to the frames that when someone opens or closes it make a slamming noise that vibrates to the next room. No amenities apart from soap and coffee. No aircon! You can feel the springs pressing in your back on their mattress.
