No AC, there were with AC but we could not uppgrade because cleaning staff went home already. Just a fan when it's 30+ is a joke.

The staff were very helpful

It was minimalistic. I was ok with that. I think the rooms could have a phone, even if the line only went to the front desk. There could be emergencies - and no one should have to go to the ground floor to report -- say a fire or someone trying to get into their room. Just sayin'

The room itself was spacious and clean. Bed was nice, and there were enough blankets for the cold weather. The area around the hotel is noisy, as it's in the CBD, but it offers a lot of options for food and other amenities, but the hotel does not provide any information about where to go. Breakfast options are limited and the breakfast room does not have good ventilation. If you eat there, you will walk out smelling like a donut. I would stay there again but in the rooms with a/c to dampen the noise levels.

The place is in a nice quiet area with less volume of trafic.

No extra towels and mats dirty

The room I had did not have aircon so summer and winter would not be comfortable. Internet stopped regularly with electricity power outs (not the hotel's fault about the electricity, but the internet is). Building works in next room - no price reduction and no upgrade.

I enjoyed the entire experience

There is no harm if they buy small fridges for each room. Have at least two toilet papers per and ensure there are two cups each time they are cleaning the rooms to save us/me time of going down to reception.
The hotel is located next to a foodcourt, you are spoiled of choice.
I dealt with staff from different shifts, they were exceptional, very freindly, knowledgeable and helpful.
I will stay there again on my next visit and recommend this place to any visitor to Harare.

I would spend the extra money to stay at the holiday inn across the st. It is better and much cleaner.

They had overbooked the hotel and claimed that our booking was for the next day which was incorrect

I was disappointed that there is no air con in the room that is extremely hot. The fan does very little to cool you down. I had a very restless night because of the heat even though the fan was on.
Also there is no fridge. Even though water is provided, its boiling hot and you cannot evem drink it to quench your thirst.
No telephone inside the room. So if you need to communicate with reception you have to walk downstairs.
My first time to stay here. The noise is too much as hotel is on a very busy road. Sleep disturbance due to the noise.

the stay was so good and refreshing, however there is a limitation to the number of gadget that can simultaneously connect on WIFI, which is quite an inconvenience. At least the limitation on the data is understandable
