My stay at this hotel was phenomenal!! The staff were incredible, the rooms are spacious and clean, and the pool, food, and drinks were fantastic. Can’t say a single bad thing about my stay there. My fiance and I were so happy with our choice, that we even talked about coming back next year. Thank you to everyone at Senses for an amazing stay!!

Walking distance to town or quick taxi. Beautiful.pool area overlooking the Agean Sea where breakfast is also served. Very attentive staff.

What a beautiful place and the staff is excellent- you are made to feel at home and it feels like a boutique hotel- very helpful with whatever you need - great place for couples and also if you are alone - I love this place!

Clean spacious rooms, nice pool area, friendly staff at the restaurant and pool area. VIP access service not recognizable by the hotel, we booked our room with free bottle of wine, even after notifying front desk they still ignored our request.

I did not like the house keeping performance whereby they delayed cleaning our room despite several requests everyday, on one day they did not service our room because they were very busy.

Our stay was perfect from start to finish! After working in Kos, Greece for three months me and my friend decided to take some time to visit Bodrum. During our stay at Senses, the staff couldn’t have been more attentive to our needs, always willing to help all of their guests with a smile on their face. The food was some of the best we’ve had since being away, offering snacks such as nacho’s to burgers and steaks. The pool area is relaxing, with music playing throughout the day and again, full of staff that are always waiting to put fresh towels on your sunbed and offer drinks/ food etc. Thank you to all the staff here for your amazing service! X x x

Stopped for one night to catch the ferry to Greece the next day and this was a clean and pleasant spot. The staff was so friendly and the room was clean which is always my priority. I got to enjoy the pool and breakfast, both were great for the value I paid. My only thing is getting in and out by walking was a little uncomfortable for me as you have to pass their sister hotel’s trash area on the arterial street. It’s no more than 10 minutes of walking side by cars until you get to better paved pedestrian walkways. I still high recommend Senses as I ended up taking cab rides in and out of town.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. Views are amazing, pool is beautiful and it is very close to the city. Breakfast was delicious and such friendly people working at the hotel. Thank you for a great experience!

Though the property has a nice vibe, the food available - including the buffet breakfast- was really poor quality. The hotel also has no amenities beyond the pool. The staff were friendly, and near the pool attentive, the service at the hotel was really indifferent - after visits from housekeeping for instance the bed wasn’t made and they didn’t replenish things such as the complimentary water bottles. Overall a disappointing experience and not worth the money we were charged.

Location is currently a NIGHTMARE. Crazy construction all around making it unsafe to walk to town, which is the reason we booked this hotel to. Super noisy and smelly for rooms on 1st level. The day before we were checking out and riding to the airport at 6 AM, they ask to make us move our care about 1 km from the hotel and oh, you'll have to walk all the way there with your luggage and many bags tomorrow by the way. MAKE SURE THIS IS OVER if you book. I have major mixed feelings about service. I had to ask 2 days out of 4 for the room to be cleaned up. On those 2 days the water bottle refills were forgotten. No hairdryer in the room on arrival, I had to ask for it 4 times. Coffee in the morning at the restaurant takes forever to come. But most staff is really nice. Personally we would have preferred a buffet breakfast so we can choose what we want to eat and 15 out of 17 plates of the turkish breakfast they serve are not going to waste (there must be a lot of waste...) We paid for the most expensive room of the place (suite with terrace) and I feel like I didn't get a lot for my money. Having to ask almost every day in a 4-night stay for hand towels, had soap, toilet paper... And, we did not get the free bottle of wine that was advertised at time of booking for being an Expedia Rewards Glod Member.

The room was full of flies and this maybe because of the garbage bags that was lying in the ground of the walking area and and not in the garbage container and even in the room we have requested for garbage bin.

Beautiful pool area with a stunning view over the bay to the castle and backdropped by the surrounding hill. Has a relaxed atmosphere. Perfect for a relaxing getaway. My only criticism was that they had no record of my booking when I checked in despite having booked it 24 hours earlier. The staff could have been better at hiding their confusion and putting me more at ease.

My stay at this hotel was a great time,The staff were great especially those by the pool and bar area. Breakfast each day was different and really good. Room was a decent sized area,Good location, just a couple of km from the centre. I’ll be in Bodrum next year and I’ll definitely stay here.

First the room view was amazing and the waiters were very friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Sibel. BUT the hotel management is totally UNPROFESSIONAL! no customer service at all! I had two situations and be aware of it!!! 1. I was charged for food that I have not ordered! please check all bills before you pay at the check out. Someone wrote my room no. and put my name on the food check! Although I did not order it!! ( attached the pic) WHICH is Ridiculous!! 2. I had asked the receptionist (Faroq) for a taxi, then there is people came 7-10 min after me that requested him to call a taxi to the airport. Once a taxi came I went to take it, but the porter knows the taxi driver, so he gave it to the people that going to the airport and asked me to wait for the other taxi!!!! although it was my turn! He preferred to give them him this ride as he will make a better money than my ride!! So unprofessional! I told the receptionist (Faroq) about it, but he tried to cover his employee up! You guys need to act more professional for a hotel you assigned to have 4 starts!!

The rooms are not what I requested. There is no access to the beach. The rooms are very hot and no way to change the air conditioning. Worst stay I ever had

The room was very dirty. The carpet was super dirty and the refrigerator didn't work at all. The bathroom does not have air condition. You need to make sure they will give you whatever you reserved. The location and view were amazing. The breakfast was ok too.

It was amazing staying there. The room had a view on both pool and sea, breakfast is good, and the staff are so adorable and friendly. It's pretty clean and neat. The perfect photo you can take is during sunset time, it's really magical. They have a great playlist that goes a bit romantic at night.

The hotel itself is great. The location is literally perfect - no city noice, but really close to the main center (15 mins walk maybe). The pool and the sea view from pool is amazing. That’s a boutique hotel, so it’s small and really cozy. The room is quite big. The beach is 5 mins walk (you can use the sister-hotel beach). That’s all about good things. Stuff is horrible. I don’t know what the problem is, but they don’t inform you about the hotel rules and possibilities when you’re checking-in. For example, we got information about the sister-hotel beach only at the last day of staying (just because I’ve asked about the beaches around). I called around 5 times per day 3 days in a row to ask for body lotion and cotton swabs. And I got only promises that someone would come. I came to reception myself after, and got some promises again. The waiters are slow and they forget about orders. They never suggested us things we can order. For example, no one said that they are having fresh juice, cause they only ask about tea/coffee. The hotel itself is amazing! So it was very sad to face the people factor.

This is definitely 5 star material. The rooms were amazing, especially the bathroom/shower. The view is great, but there is a busy road directly in front and behind which can make it a little tricky to get a room that is quiet. I would recommend specifying this if it's important to you.

Property was lovely however staff were rude and if you want to sleep this isn’t the hotel for you I have never slept on a bed that was so uncomfortable was like laying on the concrete for the cost of the hotel it should of been better., the pool area is too small also. The staff also need lessons in how to welcome people. Overall 2/10
