Wonderful overnight stay after Moody Center concert. The home is very charming and close to many things to do in Austin. A short walk to restaurants and bars. Breakfast was delicious and enjoyed visiting with our gracious hosts and other guests at breakfast.

Our stay was excellent. The room was beautiful—with all the solidity and detail of an older home, but with all the convenience of a contemporary one. The whole B&B is quiet and tranquil. The owners are gracious hosts, and breakfast was superb.

Our stay was a true delight. Our hosts were welcoming and fun to chat with. Our breakfast was delicious with lots of options including fresh made breakfast tacos by the owner himself 😍The neighborhood is walkable with lots of choices of coffee shops, restaurants and shops. We enjoyed our walk in the park that was 3 mins down the street. We will definitely recommend the Brava House!

Honestly no property is perfect the floor boards shifted and creaked in the older house especially in a particular area. There was also a certain sound from the A/C unit which would come and go. However the property had it's charm. The location was ideal for my plans and the breakfast and staff was satisfying/pleasant.

New owners. Very friendly. They were busy getting acquainted with the place. The breakfast we anticipated was not as expected. Perhaps that may improve. The location was excellent. We wish the new owners success and hope for improvement if we choose to return.

Had a wonderful stay at Brava House. Great, quiet, location very close to downtown and campus with off-street parking. Room was perfect, very clean with everything needed for a long weekend stay. Complimentary Breakfast was very good with great variety of food and coffee. Very much enjoyed talking to owners Bryan & Sherry. Will definitely return on our next visit!

The property is beautiful and located in a fabulous historic neighborhood that is very walkable with multiple coffee shops and restaurants in close proximity. The room was lovely and clean and the owners were helpful and friendly.

House is in a great location, beautifully landscaped and maintained. Van Gogh room was pleasant and large, but strange choices were made, therein. Only chair in room was a great mid-century design, but highly impractical for sitting. Foam topper on bed made it uncomfortable and disappointingly soft. Bathroom sink was of odd design and took up too much room. Bring your own TP; we have had better in third world countries we visit. Hosts were very kind animal lovers!

We loved this boutique B&B in Austin near to all the action. Robin cooked us different breakfasts every day and gave us lots of tips where to eat out and what to visit.Mary was so helpful as well and their dogs were cute! The bed was so comfy and the use of the garden was appreciated.

We loved the cozy garden space where we relaxed on the swing. Mary greeted us when we arrived and welcomed us warmly. It was easy walking distance to a nice area of shops and restaurants. Our room was spacious and super clean. Breakfast was delicious! We hope to return to Austin just to stay there again!

Charming and perfect for a weekend trip. Kia, our host, for the weekend was friendly and excellent breakfast chef and hostess. We were delighted to see how close we were to our son, Texas Capital and LBJ museum. I walked early hours at 5:30 to 6:30 and it was safe like home. Really wonderful.

Brava House lived up to all of the excellent reviews we read before we came. It is a quiet oasis near a vibrant city life. So many places are walkable, including the city center area. Our host was friendly, available, and very helpful with all of our questions. The breakfast was delicious! It was a lovely introduction to Austin for us. It was also a fairly short Uber drive from the airport.

We had a great time at Brava House. Nick added that extra dimension to our stay, he is super fun & easy to talk to. He even cooked us a delicious vegan breakfast! Nick really takes pride in the property. We loved all the greenery & all the lush plants. The neighborhood is pleasant to walk around & we were relatively close to everything. Will definitely plan to stay here again the next time we visit Austin.

Brava House is located in the Castle Hill neighborhood. The area is very safe, walkable, and charming. It is also just a few blocks from 6th Street and some nice restaurants. The B and B is spacious, well equipped, clean, and quiet. The owner is very helpful, accommodating, and his breakfasts are delicious. We will definitely return.

The neighborhood was so fun to explore. Plenty of restaurants to enjoy just down the street. It was our first time to Austin and I could not have asked for a better place to stay. The room was spacious and just very charming! It was so quiet that sleeping in was easy. Overall great experience.
