Perfect size cottage for two people. It has everything we needed for our four day stay. The bed was very comfortable, and kitchenette with coffee maker was sufficient. Cindy is a wonderful host.

The staff was very friendly. The rooms were very clean and well maintained. Bathroom shower was modern and refreshing. Nice personal touches to the room décor. Nice outdoor sitting areas with outdoor firepit. Coffee, snacks, microwave, refrigerator is available to guests in a separate room at the inn. There is ice, water, soda etc. to purchase if needed. There is a nice restaurant across the street and a little coffee shop. I look forward to visiting again when I'm in the area.

Such a great little hotel, conveniently close to Charlevoix. The rooms were clean in and the staff was very accommodating to my needs. They were cabins there as well, along with an outdoor fire ring to sit around. The one thing I wish I would’ve paid attention to in the details Was there was no small refrigerator in the room although they did have an ice machine to buy bags of ice. I would definitely stay there again.

Wall AC was very near the head of the bed could be a problem for some. Mattress VERY firm. Folksy smallish room. Good room for one or two nights. Surprisingly quite for being right on highway31.

The owners take pride in their motel. There are cutesy things all over the property making it feel homey and not like another industrial hotel. My husband happened to have a heart attack on the beach down the way. The owner was there to open the room for the person who came to collect his medicine bag and then she came down to the beach to see if there was anything she could do. Your not going to find that at a hotel! No refrigerator or microwave in the room but a cute little kitchen on the property that has both.

Very nice owner with nice personal touches, comfortable bed, great area out back to sit. We enjoyed the restaurant across the street, great food! And a mini mart & gas station a couple minutes away. It is a bit noisy as it sits on a highway and could use some curtains on the window above the bed, it was very bright early in the morning.

The property was very clean and the rooms well appointed. The location is fantastic to torch lake and the boat ramp. They have a cute little room with coffee and snacks as well as a full size frig to use and an ice machine outside that sells bags of ice. The fire pit area was nice in the evening. Our only complaint was the bed size. Apparently at this property a queen is a double. We got thru it but a bigger bed would mean a better sleep.

Quick overnight at Torch Lake. Very clean & simple room that met our needs. We slept with the windows open…delightful. Fresh coffee & snacks in the morning to start our day. Friendly check-in. Great restaurant nearby for dinner & breakfast. Reasonable price for a hotel room. THANK YOU!! They have cottages, too, but they were booked.
