Would have been nice to have a dresser. Also the tv was undersized but overall we enjoyed our stay and would consider staying again.
The snells

I had to request for my room to be cleaned. Unable to adjust the air condition in my room. Unable to sleep because room was very warm

It was really only a short stopover but the room, especially the bed was really comfortable and the breakfast exactly what we needed after our flight from the UK and late arrival.
Easy to get to from the airport as not too far from the Silver Line stop.

I was bringing my husband for his birthday and our anniversary. When I called to confirm that I can be a late check in, they were so helpful. When we arrived in the room, they left us a small treat and note. To me as a business owner that means a lot. They went above and beyond with everything.

This hotel offers a great hot breakfast that changes daily. They also have very nice coffee machines which brew gourmet coffee drinks

Rooms were just a little compact. There were no drawers for clothes.
Charged $79 for parking

Front desk very helpful in guiding us to eating spots. Called a cab for us.

We had an excellent stay! We weee celebrating my daughter’s birthday and the staff were very hospitable and gave her a complimentary treat! Our dog enjoyed as well. The breakfast was wonderful

Rooms are spacious and clean. Breakfast was plentiful and nutritious. Coffee, tea and water was available 24/7. We had a full kitchen and would have been great for a longer stay, but we were only there for 2 nights. There was a destination fee of $25.00 per day which I didn’t expect. The front desk explained that was for breakfast and wi-fi. The breakfast was worth the $25.00, but we could not get the wi-fi because we were not Marriot members.

Overall a good place to stay. Room was quiet and clean. Bed wasn’t very comfortable for me, but that may just be an individual thing. Also, it’s nice that breakfast is included, but the options were just ok for me.

I like the location, room very clean , modern furniture , nice mattress and bedding but one thing I didn’t like it was the noisy air conditioner.

Nice size room with a kitchen. Breakfast was included and it was so much better than most hotels that offer breakfast. Hallways were dated and in need of update but room was great and clean.

I stayed for a convention. This was an overflow stay I booked to room I was already in. Overall the hotel is very good. Not the type hotel I usually stay in however.

Amazing experience.

I liked the flavor water, tea & coffee available 24 hours a day in the lobby. I loved the room! Very spacious, clean, and quiet. They had all the convinces in the room. They also provided tea & coffee. The free breakfast is a wonderful service. I don’t eat much, so a good bagel, fruit, & eggs goes a long way for me. So, when a Hotel provides these wonderful services, it’s a major star and pluses for me! Thank you Element Seaport Boston! Mahalo nui loa🌺👸❤️ I hope to see you again soon.👸👋

Great stay!!

Nice clean, comfortable, dog-friendly hotel with great amenities. A little pricey, but that’s probably to be expected in the area.

The property is a solid 3, if your staying solo its fine but if you're with your significant other stay at the Omni or Rennassiance right around the corner. Similar price with much better location, cleaner and better comfort..

Good overall. Couches could use a little cleaning in the lobby. Outside light reverberating in the room at night through the curtains (front facade).
4.0
Average hotel, breakfast etc. very good reception service. Large, light room and kitchen, perfect for a family, a bit of a waste and too expensive for a single person staying only 1 night.

Very clean and modern rooms and hotel. Workout room had free weights, bikes, and treadmill and a few cable machines. Breakfast options were FANTASTIC!!!! The only recommendation I have is to increase the size of breakfast plates/bowls- they were dessert size plates and bowls.
4.0
The beds are comfortable and the rooms are totally fine. It’s right in the flight path from
Logan airport so expect to wake up by 7am. Blinds don’t really keep light out so bring eye masks and ear plugs. The breakfast is included and really great for a hotel. We loved the chobani yogurt and fruit every morning

Excellent breakfast!!!!

Nice staff but key to door didn't work... had to have staff let us in/out each time. Bathroom door wouldn't close. Great breakfast.

Bed was hard and uncomfortable. HVAC system sound and felt like I was inside the mechanical room at an airport. Maybe would have be okay if it was reasonably priced, but it was a subpar experience at a premium price.

Nice place to be.

The hotel was great. Bed comfortable and big. Lobby and breakfast very good. Area was fantastic!
4.0
I liked the breakfast, it was very good. Also, the room was very spacious and reasonably priced. It could’ve been a bit cleaner. I smelled dog urine on the carpet of our room and there were stains in the kitchen. It wasn’t that clean and the people working were really rude.
5.0
Loved so much everything! Everybody were amazing with us.
Breakfast was delicious and a lot of options, and the people putting everything ij the breakfast area was the most wonderful people I've met.
