Booked this room a few hours before we came. Called the number to confirm our arrival. No one answered the phone. Texted and called on their regular phone as well as WhatsApp - no replies. It’s showing left on read. No response. Drove to the address - the neighborhood is a scary and absolutely not safe. Kept on calling them and knocking on a locked gate - no luck. Waited there for an hour. No one showed up or answered the phone. Tried getting a refund - they said “the policy is that you have to check in 72 hrs in advance before arrival”,then the question is why Expedia allows to book same day if that’s the case??? DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE - ITS A TRASH!!! DO NOT RECOMMEND the only reason we booked this crappy room was because all the hotels were sold out due to a sport event. Ended up driving very far to a Strawberry Hill Hotel.

Kevin and Tasha are good hosts. The apartment looks newly renovated. The beds are very comfortable and the complex is very quiet.

thank you for the lovely vacation in your apartment. One bit of advise, you should consider a second futon in the living instead of the accent chair because it will increase the sitting room. Lovely apartment and quiet neighborhood. The staff was also professional.

Tasha was very friendly. The apartment was very spacious and nice. Well clean and secure. Gated complex. I felt well safe there. I would recommend it for anyone. I will definitely stay here again

The apartment was extremely clean and cozy. Our overall stay was relaxing, very comfortable beds and the apartment have air condition units in all rooms including in the common areas. The parking is a bit narrow but the complex is very quiet as well the neighborhood. I would stay there again.

I didn't like the fact that they property is priced and listed on false advertising. The property is located in the middle of a ghetto, in the middle the inner city - NOT by the beach or near the golf course as advertised.

The owners offered a couple of complimentary cleanings during our stay so dispute all the amenities of home we felt like we were in a hotel. Summers are hot on the island and we were pleasantly surprised and impressed that the entire apartment have AC. We will be back next summer. Please keep the doors open and the lights on for us.

Having an air condition unit in the family room as well made a huge difference. The last two apartments we rented in Kingston only had AC in the bedrooms. The apartment turned out to be very comfortable and homie. Glad we tried it

Worth the money. Like the fact apartment was 100% air conditioned. It was not the Ritz, but the place was well put together and we were treated well by Jennifer the manager. I will definitely visit again.

It was exceptionally nice because it was fully air condition. I have rented a few apartments around Kingston and never really lucky to get a fully AC apartment. This manager and other staff was professional. Loved the location as it was close to my old family home. Will rent this one again.

Apartment was located in a very good and central location. Layout and size of the apartment was perfect for a family of 4 (2 adults + 2 children) and complete with all the things needed for a comfortable stay. Felt like a good Jamaican home, clean comfortable and non-fussed. It was very easy to get comfortable and every thing was clearly explained.

The apartment looks exactly like the pictures. It is a home away from home. There are concierge services that will get you whatever you need and/or take you wherever you want to go. Would definitely do this again!

OMG THE HOUSE IS SO AMAZING IT WAS LIKE A LITTLE SLICE OF HEAVEN. WE ENJOYED IT SO MUCH. IT REALLY WAS LIKE BEING HOME BUT JUST IN JAMAICA. I LOVED THE AREA, THE DEVELOPMENT IS BEAUTIFUL. I CAN SAY WHEN I GO BACK THIS WILL BE THE PLACE THAT I WOULD BOOK EVERYTIME HANDS DOWN NO LIE. I DID NOT WANT TO LEAVE. GREAT GREAT PLACE TO STAY!!!!!!!! I WAS SO HAPPY.
