It looked like a very used gross motel on the outside. Clean on the inside but it was full of dirty people smoking outside everywhere.

Ice machine was not functional, front desk guy was nice enough to give me some, but it wouldn’t have been enough to keep two drinks cold. This seems to be an issue across a lot of motels in this price range. I would have left a better review if the front desk person was not so pushy about doing one. So I did one sir, you’re welcome. 😉 The room was not too bad. Comforter's had burn holes tho.

The room was very clean and smelled so fresh. It was a large room with a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and a big comfortable bed. The owner friendly, and was an extremely nice and helpful man. Would definitely recommend it, and will stay again if we are passing that way.

The staff was very friendly here. The rooms were clean and it was a good overnight stay. It is right off a main road so eating spots and highway are nearby.

It’s an old motel that I stayed at to be near work. Even with its age, housekeeping and management here keep everything in good working order and very neat! I haven’t seen a pet since I got here, nor noticed anything in the linens that suggest pets around. The non-smoking room doesn’t smell like smoke, and the few guests I’ve met have been friendly and helpful. Clear value here

Property was close to highway and clean. I stay in mostly no frills motels so I don't expect much. But this place had a large window that was left open behind a closed curtain. Very unsafe in my opinion. The mattress was hard and had springs poking you. The toilet was malfunctioning. Staff when told basically seemed not to care. Would definitely NOT RECOMMEND this place.

Given the price and general reputation of motels, I was expecting the bare minimum but was pleasantly surprised with Sagamar Inn. The room was very clean, comfortable, and had all the essentials. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the area seemed very safe.

I was moving from hotel to hotel, the beds were like sleeping on the floor, very hard, some I paid for a fridge and microwave but didn't get it, Sagamar, was very pleasant, it had everything you needed, it was remodeled inside, the bed was very comfy and I will give it a high rating inside, it didn't match the outside. The outside was mediocre compared to inside. I will definitely recommend a friend or family to stay there, you will enjoy it.

The staff was friendly. The rooms were filthy. Floor was dirty, hair all in the tub, and tub drain. They have roaches as well. Definitely would not recommend.

Lets start with the fact that not only did they NOT have my reservation, but did not have the other 3 people behind me in their system either. We ALL showed them our confirmation emails, numbers, etc...and nothing. The staff was extremely rude, lazy, and was bothered by every single thing. The room was disgusting, half clean, the remote was on the blink most of the time, the outlets, which were scarce, were half working, and the walls were covered in dust. The bed felt like the concrete floor and the pillows were as flat as pancakes. DO NOT BOTHER WITH THIS PLACE.

Super hard bed! We woke up hurting. No coffee pots "because of covid" despite the fact that its been a year we have dealt with covid now. If they can wipe down a remote and counters, they can wipe down a coffee pot. There were workers that stayed right outside the rooms, pkayed music loud, drank and made noise well into the night. If that is a regular client, there needs to be a designated place or hours for this type of noise. The sheet had cigarette burns in it. Would not recommend this motel for a good nights sleep.

it was the closest hotel available for the Spartan race in Glenn rose. hotel was good. beds were a little uncomfortable. not bad though for the price.
