Basic hotel, no frills but clean and comfortable. Very friendly and helpful staff.

The atmosphere was great, people/staff were great, the room was great. Rooms are nicely done, fun and funky. Reminded me of some of the rooms I visited in Iceland. The mattresses was very comfortable. Hotel is downtown so very close to great food and shops. I could go on and on and the price was great.

Clean. Good location to tour OSU. All was good except the extremely loud refrigerator in the room that kept me awake until I unplugged it. It then created a water puddle. I informed the front desk after the first night and they said maintenance would fix it. Maintenance never came. When we left for the day I plugged it in again to avoid more water on the floor. We got back late to the room and no one looked at it. I tried to sleep with it plugged in because I had food in it, but woke up again due to it. I wear hearing aids and it was very loud without them in & normally sleep through most things. The inner lock/lever/bar that keep the door closed in hotels, but allows you to open door slightly was also broke off. Room appeared to be recently renovated . Barn door to the bathroom had a frosted glass so when someone was in the bathroom in the middle of the night , the light transfers through and brightens the whole room. Just letting you know because all these things are fixable!

Easy Check in, Great downtown location, everything was clean and comfortable. Would stay there again. The hotel is doing a lot of remodeling in some buildings, so some of the parking lot is not accessible...but it wasn't a huge deal.

It’s definitely a motel…the room was basic and the bathroom was ill sorted out as the toilet was against the shower…the picture on the site was not the room I received..the bed was comfy but my kids were stuck sleeping on a super stiff/hard couch. The door lock was janky and the AC didn’t cool the room…the TV only offered YouTube TV, NO OTHER options…the blanket for the couch was stained and looked like someone went to a fabric store and cut 3 yards and called it a blanket…the towels in the bathroom were all mismatched and there were only 2 for 4 people staying…the check in was long and tedious…I will not stay here again…not worth the price I paid…

Hotel was clean and had basics like soap, etc. expected of a good hotel. Proximity to OSU was convenient. Parking was very crowded but doable. Staff was very friendly. The bathroom was clean, no tub but great shower. However it was extremely cramped.
