It was fine. Breakfast was a nice perk but it wasn’t the healthiest or highest quality, but excellent for the price (free…included with room). The property was fine. Didn’t blow us away but served it’s purpose well.

Not working : hot tub , washer dryers , air conditioning gym , tv , and trash in garbage bins for days over flowing in front of entrance , The staff at this business was outstanding the homewood suites owes them much especially with what they have to contend with . Weve been to this hotel a few times. This particular stay was unfortunately not so great. Elevator was out of order. Light is the room was missing and wires exposed. Ceiling fan made a terrible screaching sound. There was no back on the remote control so the batteries woukdnt stay in and the bed was very uncomfortable, which is not what weve experienced in the past. Typically the bed is decent for a hotel.

A very good experience, including a free upgrade so my partner could have a tub to soak in. Place was clean and efficient. Always bothers me how much AC is run. Nice pool, a small kitchenette, lots of space. Convenient to Westnedge and 94

The room was very clean and cozy. The colors of the room were soothing. The bed was really comfortable.

Took my daughter for a mom and me night to the hotel. It was horrible. There was a dirty sock and dog poo under the bed in the first room they tried to put us in. Then when we went to the pool the hot tub was broken. Just an absolute disaster. Never coming back.

Nice clean property with good amenities.

When we arrived at 10PM, the hotel and surrounding buildings were in the midst of a power outage. The hotel had emergency lighting and some portions of the hotel had normal lighting. We were traveling with our dog and had few options. The room we were assigned had some power and we decided to stay. The power came on during the night. The front desk staff were as helpful as they could be given the available options. We were offered a discounted rate for the inconvenience of dark hallways and no elevator service. It should be noted that this problem was outside of the control of the hotel staff. Breakfast in the morning was above average.

Nothing exceptional about this location so I would consider this an average experience: room surfaces were clean but could use a deep clean, breakfast was as expected, staff was doing what was required.

Good quite rooms and home feel

The staff was very friendly. We had some issues with EXTREMELY loud people above us all night, but that was no fault of the hotel staff. I found the pool area to be unsafe with extreme amounts of water around the pool with little drainage. The pool also seemed to be very dirty to me and didn’t smell of chlorine and was very salty. Otherwise, the hotel was clean and had great decor. We would stay again.

The hotel was clean and the room was clean. The breakfast was delicious. The pool and hot tub were nice. The room was spacious and the bed was perfect. 5 stars.

Most horrible stay in our whole life!! You would be fooled at what they have to offer though. We had gotten a filthy room with pills all over the sheets and pull out sofa. Hair and toe nail clippings all over the sheets. Had to change them ourselves since the lady at the front desk seemed to not have a clue what to do without her manager being there. The phone was also broken in our room and the lady at the front desk said oh well what do you want me to do about it? The pool was out of order, the whole reason we stayed here to begin with and verified the pool was in working order when we arrived. They just didn’t care about our stay…manager hiding in her office…but need to be very grateful my autistic son didn’t ingest ANY of those pills or this hotel would be shut down!!! Will never come back here ever again!!

The hotel was nice and clean. We booked a 2 bedroom suite that slept 8. When we asked for additional linens and pillows for the pull out sofa, we were told the hotel was out. That it was first come first serve and the hotel was full. It was a Sunday, the hotel parking lot was fairly empty and there was very little traffic or congestion in the hallways. We explained we had 8 people and paid for a suite that slept 8. They then proceeded to tell us we were not allowed excess linens. We said we had 8 people and needed 8 pillows, which we did not have. After some convincing, they did tell us we could come down to the lobby in 10 minutes and they would look around the hotel and see if they could find anything. We were eventually provided with 2 additional pillows, a full sheet and extra blanket. I find it unacceptable that we were not provided enough linens to accommodate the suite we paid for. We did each end up with 1 pillow for the evening after several calls and attempts. I have never been to a hotel that did not provide enough linens and/or ran out on a Sunday, where the hotel seemed relatively empty. My gut is that they were full that weekend and laundry wasn't done in a timely manner.

Was a very nice and clean hotel. Suite was very nice and comfortable. It had everything you need. Kitchenette microwave refrigerator etc.

Very convenient lots of things in the area. The heated pool was definitely not heated though and we couldn’t even enjoy it

Everything was fine except the front elevator wasn't working. The mattress was a little to soft for me but not a deal breaker.
