Well the shower was awfull, shower curtain only went half way because of the ceiling angle. The spray handle was attached at level of the tub, so if you stood up your feet got wet, if you took the spray in your hand, you only have one hand to use the soap and hose length gave very little movement. The other thing that happened was that the bathroom got wet, the toilet paper which sat on the back of tank got wet, very frustrating! We booked on hotel.com there was no choice to order a breakfast - so it was not a bed and breakfast - it was just bed, very misleading. The owner was very nice showed us around expained things etc., very good. All and all I would not come back to difficult. They have location that is great, close downtown shops and restaurants, all could be walked to. At night the main highway is just a few feet away, very noisy when you have the windows open, not much they could do about that.

Check in and out couldn’t be easier. Just the cutest place to stay. Great location

We got there just after dark and it was really tricky trying to find the front gate, and then trying to open the latch. You have to reach thru a gap in the fence. Maybe that was somewhere in the reservation instructions ?? There is no parking in front of the building. Gabi, who was very pleasant, came out and showed me where to park, in a nearby lot. Then you go thru another tricky narrow gate accessed by a gap in the solid wood fence.

TV didn’t work. Shower!! (You have to hold the shower in your hand.) No bedside stand or lamps, so no reading in bed. No mirror at bathroom sink. (There was a small one further away, that you had to kneel down to use.) Long walkway, and many steps up to lug suitcases.

It is a b&b without breakfasts due to Covid, but a basket of goodies made up for it.The room we had was quaint and comfortable. The hostess is very friendly . It is right by the road , so there 's quite a bit noise from the passing trucks.

Very quaint. Very clean.

Property on a main highway with heavy truck traffic thruout night. Parking in adjacent museum. No visible signage from highway indicating property. No breakfast. Several power outlets not functioning. No cable. Awkward access to cramped bathroom with sloping ceiling making all showering and basin use difficult. Comfy bed but furnishings dark and dated. Not at all recommended.

My kids and I stayed the night at this delightful little B and B and had a great time. It is a short walk to the Kettle River where the kids had fun swimming, floating in tubes down the river and playing on the playground. We all enjoyed the unique space, shady garden and delicious breakfast that was prepared for us.

The proprietor was friendly and welcoming. She took time to visit and share experiences. The breakfast was homemade and delicious (sour cherry crepes). She went out of her way to provide decaf coffee, which I appreciated. The room was dated but very clean, spacious and comfortable. I would definitely stay there again.

The host was very accommodating and friendly. She was informative about the area and amenities. The property is ideally located close to the heart of the town, and offers a short walk to the river with some great views.

The owner had not confirmed our stay with Expedia so she was not expecting us. She kindly accommodated us as she had a room free.

Gabby greeted us upon arrival, showed us the Treehouse and let us know she would be back with wine later. The Treehouse is a cool little spot to stay.......kind of funky, kind of fun!We had a nice quiet sleep, good breakfast and a great conversation with the owner.

We stay here every time we pass through Grand Forks. Gabby your host goes past that extra mile in making your stay perfect from preparing a special low carb breakfast for us to sharing some of her homemade drink with us upon our arrival. We always stay in the tree house as its like a tiny quaint house. Great shower/bath, good tv and wifi plus full kitchen, fridge and stove, coffee maker, you name it she has the small kitchen outfitted. Bed was super comfy plus air conditioner kept us cool on a hot August night. Thanks Gabby for such a comfortable, quiet and wonderful stay.

Great character Bed and Breakfast (optional breakfast). But, breakfast is recommended as it is either an omelette or crepes. We chose the crepes and they were great with coffee and fresh squeezed orange juice. Great friendly service from the owners. Large room with separate seating area. And a chance to try some homemade wine if you like. Easy to drive by so make sure you are going slowly down the main street. With the air conditioner going, we couldnt hear anything else all night. Great place to stay!

We had a great stay. The owner was lovely and went the extra mile to bring us coffee and juice and was very accommodating. There was lots of parking in the lot behind and we found the central location great! The location has great walkability being very close to the downtown and near shops and restaurants!!!

Great location, lovely host. She even made a special breakfast for my picky son. Will definitely stay again!
