One of the best stays we have had - not just in Fes but Morocco as a whole. Beautiful garden and rooms and the friendliest and kindest host. We ended up extending our stay. Breakfast better than most hotels. The sound of singing birds in the morning is a luxury. Definitely will recommend !

Riad Toyour was the highlight of our amazing trip to Morocco. Specifically, Isa and Idris were fantastic hosts, they helped us with everything possible and make us feel welcome from the minute we arrived in Fes. The riad itself is beautiful, with birds chirping and nice views from the rooftop. There was nothing better than a late night cup of tea from our balcony. We cannot wait to return to Fes and Riad Toyour, and the wonderful staff who work there.

The riad was fantastic, great location and it offers a wonderful oasis from the souks.
The owner has worked hard to build a wonderful Riad. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Idriss was exceptionally kind and helpful.

Amazing atmosphere in this hotel, very clean, quiet, central, beautiful view of the city and the medina from the roof terrace

From the moment we arrived, it felt like home from home. Idriss was amazing and looked after our every need. Quick to help in our questions regards the area, and organising trips and restaurant bookings. As we were here for 5 nights, we had the equally amazing Issa to assist for everything else. These gentlemen are a credit to the Riad, and would make a return trip a must! 5 star service, cleanliness and food in the Riad - AMAZING! Thank you! ❤️❤️❤️

We can’t say enough about Idris and Hassai who are the most charming, helpful staff. They helped us with any thing we needed and beyond. The establishment is most enchanting with decor details that immediately transport you to what you imagine magical Morocco to be.

AMAZING PLACE AND SERVICE

Don’t be fooled by the small street and tiny door, once you step inside it is a whole other world. The staff is amazing, kind, and helpful. The beds were a little hard but fine. Breakfast included the traditional Moroccan breakfast of bread, juice and tea with eggs and fruit. The location is great, just a very quick walk to the Medina. We loved hearing the birds in the morning and flying around during breakfast. With all the birds however, it was very clean. The great staff even mailed something we left in the room! The only tiny problem we had was trying to get in our first day. We tried calling but no one answered. Other than that, it was a great stay and we’d go back again!

This Riad is conveniently located next to the old Medina, but the best thing about it is the beauty of its courtyard. The staff is attentive, the breakfast is fabulous. Definitely the place to stay in Fez.

We had a magical stay at Riad Toyour. I loved that it was a true riad in that it had four gardens in a courtyard, each garden representing a season. They had a lovely rooftop terrace where you could enjoy drinks and overlook the medina in Fes. The rooms were gorgeous. The food was great. The breakfasts were generous. Great deal! Quiet, convenient location in the medina. One of the best places I've ever stayed in and I've traveled all over the world. The only thing that didn't thrill me was the tubs are challenging to get in and out of.

Excellent riad in a freest location just a few minutes walk to Médina. Staff very friendly, especially Sayid and Um. Wonderful dinner our first full day. Beautiful, nicely decorated courtyard with birdsong throughout the day. My wife and 2 daughters stayed 8 days as vase for Fes and other excursions . Moraoccans truly seem th like Westerners. Hope I get a chance to visit again

A very cute riad a stone's throw from the Medina, but feels like further, as it's so quiet and tranquil. Staff were very lovely and attentive to all my needs. Breakfast is lovely, and the roof terrace great for chilling out on the hammock. The riad itself took me back a to Alhambra, Granada, with its Andalusian feel. One of the best places I have stayed in for a while, and I'm a well rounded solo traveller!

Pros: This is a beautiful place and is well-located, comfortable, and clean. If that is enough for you, book with confidence. Cons: We had several problems with service that made this an unpleasant experience overall. First, we reserved (and paid extra for) a patio room with courtyard views. On check-in, we were led to an upstairs room. When we asked for the patio room we had reserved, we were told that all the rooms were the same, which was clearly untrue. Second, breakfast was unreasonably slow -- one morning all the guests waited for over a half hour before being acknowledged by staff at all, with no explanation. We tried to be patient each morning, but it was difficult as we wanted to get on exploring the city. Third, staff were unavailable and generally unhelpful. There was no 24 hour front desk, and nobody offered any orientation to the city or assistance with travel plans. Staff were so unavailable that, when trying to check out, we did not know who or how to pay, and nearly missed our train trying to figure it out. On the two occasions we did ask for assistance with travel plans when we did find staff, we were once offered totally unhelpful instructions and, on the second (when asking for a recommendation for a public and authentic hammam), directed forcefully into a tourist trap that was overpriced, and neither good nor authentic. It seems that staff has changed since some of the prior glowing reviews.

Visiting Fes to enjoy some art craft and Moroccan life in a nice family hotel (Riad as the locals say). Very agreeable place, with typical Moroccan architecture and decoration. Very friendly and accessible family staff, always available to help if needed.

A beautiful riad in old gated Fes! Run by a French owner who has restored the riad to its former glory. The interior is of high quality and a beautiful court yard housing lemon and orange trees. Riad Toyous has an array of birds flocking inside the courtyard.A romantic setting with beautiful light features adding to the moreish experience. This riad is a real jewel in Fes, with lovely views of fes on the roof top.
Bilal was our host and was charming, greeting us with mint tea and biscuits.
In the morning we were served with delicious Moroccan breakfast in the courtyard listening the birds singing.
A lovely stay at exceptional value.the hotel is spotless and in the shopping district of the fes.

My 4-days stay was amazing. The proprietor was in town from Paris and spent the afternoon and evening giving me a personal walking tour of the old city. This is a very beautiful traditional Riad with great staff and wonderful hospitality.
