Our stay was great.
My dad & I had dinner in the restaurant on Friday the food was amazing.
Breakfast buffet had everything a person could ask for & the potatoes were incredible, our compliments to your cooking staff.
We will definitely stay again when visiting Pittsburgh & recommended others to stay.

Great hotel in a great location in the heart of downtown Pittsburgh. My suite was very roomy, clean and had a fantastic view of downtown.
Staff was super friendly and made sure my stay was perfect.

This is a low rating due to an inflexible cancellation policy. My husband passed away unexpectedly over the summer and I had too much going on as a result to realize that I missed canceling the hotel reservation due to a change in my length of stay. I was less than a day late to cancel my reservation and they refused to provide an exception since it had been “too king” since my husband passed away to allow the refund. It was adding insult to injury and I won’t use this hotel again.

We drove 6 hours from New Jersey as a family to see the Sebastian Maniscalco Show. Our room was very nice, however, there were not enough clean towels, or toilet paper or tissues, and the bottles of body wash, shampoo and conditioner were nearly empty. We rented a suite for 5 people and were only given water enough for two. we made due, but were a bit disappointed.

Was awesome

It was really nice stay, the only negative was that the air conditioner didn't always want to blow cold air, but we took turns turning it off and back on. The made to order omelet station is awesome!
4.2
Very conveniently located in the center and to many areas to walk for food or see things. It was very cool being in an old building. Room was spacious for a suite.

I’ve stayed at Embassy Suites in other cities, but the Pittsburgh location didn’t compare. Front desk staff was not friendly, the bar was VERY understaffed, although the bartender did his best. The front desk is on the 25th floor and i wandered the entrance of the building trying to figure out where to go, the valet guys did not say anything. Just a weird set up with no info or signage. And the area around the hotel was super sketchy. Room was decent, but I’ll never stay here again.

Great location and our room was awesome!!

Property was as expected. They allowed an early check in after a long drive.

Loved our stay. Room was spacious and clean, we had an awesome view and we greatly appreciated the free breakfast. Location was close to PNC stadium and lots of other attractions and restaurants. Parking was also easy; while we didn’t do valet, the parking lot was very close by and easy to find a spot. Highly recommend!

Staff in dining very rude. Met with room service, said good morning, no respond. Room was not cleaned for three days. Ask for clean towels one night they never brought it to us. During breakfast, I was in line to get some omilet for breakfast , the guy told me he was finished for the day. We ask for help with our l’otage cause the house keeper mistakenly threw away our siren wrap, but they won’t help us. This is the worst hotel me and my family have ever been to. I’m sorry to put it this way, but it was our experience.

The Embassy Suites in Pittsburgh is very nice. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the hotel is conveniently located in Downtown.
When first trying to check in, however, no one was tending the desk, and I was standing out there for over five minutes before someone came out to help.
4.2
It's a perfect downtown location. Walking distance to the main restaurants, Stadium

Staff were especially courteous and helpful

The AC in the room was very noisy all night, kept coming on and off, we could not sleep. Our room was 1922.

It was ok

Awesome everyone do nice great location

Beautiful suite!

If you do valet they are quick. One thing we didn’t like was they allowed non-guests access to lobby and they pestered us to share our room number so they could gain access to free WiFi.
4.2
Good location
Great rooms
Pool
Breakfast location somewhat dirty
4.2
Helpful staff with everyday questions (parking, restaurant options, things to do in the area), good value with excellent perks - pool, gym, full breakfast

We chose here for our annual weekend away without kids and normal life duties. We absolutely loved it! The hotel is beautiful and the staff very friendly. The food was pretty food too. Had a great weekend.

Except for one person all the staff were very friendly and helpful. I was told could check in earliy for a 100 dollars but because i booked thru expedia 3rd party. They could not change the booking so i had to rent another room then go back to reception area next morning before check out and rerent my room under expedia but if i didnt want to do that i had to wait until 4 pm to get room. This was 1 am.

I loved the breakfast and bigger room

Space was wonderful, but the AC in the room was not consistent. The very humid weather made it harder to enjoy my stay when I could not escape the heat inside my room.

Our stay was for 2 nights. The air conditioning system worked fine the first night, but the next morning, it was not working. It was 83 degrees in our room, and the Front Desk was notified several times. We were informed the engineer would handle it, but he came to our suite only once, and the unit still did not work properly. That was unacceptable. I also think they were short-staffed, which would explain why I had to walk to the Front Desk and couldn't just call them. There was only one person covering the Front Desk at a time, even during the busy times of the day, at check in and check out. I will not recommend this hotel.

More space for 3 people traveling together.

Family stay 3 nights, 2 adults, 3 kids. We had a suite. The view was great. The first night we arribed we used the valet parking for $42. The rest of the time we used the $5 parking RIGHT across the street from the hotel.
The hotel was very conveniently located, we walked most of the time. Is safe. Clean, pool was a hit for the kid.
Can’t complaint.

Great historical hotel and great location. Lots of homeless around and junkies but this is very common to any US Downtown areas. Hotel itself is great and staff is great. The weird thing about this hotel is that its lobby is on 25th floor.
4.2
The lobby of this hotel was beautiful and we were in the heart of the city so we could get to things very easily within walking distance. However, our room had nail polish on the sofa mattress and the wall of the bathroom. We didn't have any sheets for the sofa bed. I told the front desk and they said they would bring them right up. They didn't. I called 2 1/2 hours later and they said they would bring them right up again. 30 min. after this and at 10:30 at night we just wanted to go to bed but couldn't because we didn't have any sheets. I called again. They put me on hold over and over again. I was on hold for over 30 min. so I started making my way to the front desk so we could get sheets and go to the bed. I found a lady in the hall and finally got sheets. She wasn't very happy however. The shades were also broken and I had to work to fix them so we could pull them down. I would not stay here again just because of the terrible service and how dirty everything was.

Several loiterers outside building. Our air conditioning did not work first night but got moved to a new room, which worked out well.
4.2
Our overall stay was great. Parking is really expensive though The hotel was centrally located in the city so we could walk to the concert venue and around the city during the day. I loved that guest rooms floors are only accessible by way of key card in the elevator. Staff was amazing. Especially the staff inside the breakfast area each morning.. ill add, ive stayed at several Embassy hotels and have never had such a scarce happy hour. Only cherse, crackers and salsa?
4.2
Myself and my 18 year old niece stayed for the weekend. The hotel was nice. I thought parking was ridiculous considering how much I paid to stay there. My sink was clogged, pullows were flat and the internet service wasn't that good. Breafast was really good though. Having your omelet prepared fresh in front of you is pretty nice. Overall, i enjoyed my stay and I'd come back if parking didn't cost so much.

This property was within walking distance to Target and many restaurants.

Great hotel! The room was perfect and quite large. The only negative was a large worn section of the rug by the kitchenette exposed the tack trip. My son stepped on the metal tacks sticking up. Other than that, great property! Breakfast was great and fresh. Pool was refreshing after a long day:)
4.2
Great staff
4.2
The bed had some bugs. We didn’t realize until we were leaving since we all got a bunch of bites

Staff was friendly and nice , plus the people from Pittsburgh were very welcoming. I would definitely do this again . Beautiful city with beautiful people

Good location, very quiet, comfortable bed and very clean.
