Very clean, spotless in fact. Staff was marvelous, friendly and very helpful. It is about 1/3 mil north of Ashworth Hotel. but easily walkable to casino, restaurants etc. . I loved that it had a full fridge, a stove with an oven, a keurig and a toaster, and no carpet on the floors! Not one allergy all weekend ! You didn't have to eat out if you didn't want to. Wi fi and tv...beds were very comfortable and they supplied blankets as the nights were chilly. I did a lot of walking, probably about 10-15 miles, all told, but I love the beach any time of the year so I loved it.

This was the first time we stayed there, and we have stayed at many different ones over the years. Breakers by the Sea is awesome. The room was clean and we couldn't believe there was a full-size refrigerator, stove, microwave, table for 2, and the balcony with a table for two. The bed was so comfortable that I teased my husband and said let's take it home! Thank you.

The property is over priced it is a low grade motel mold in the shower, ceiling falling down a D grade motel at $177 a day what a ripoff! The bathroom was so small I could not close the bathroom door when I was in the bathroom. The room I selected ( ocean view) was not the room I got ( adjacent building and part ocean view) When selecting this motel from the pictures on hotel.com they never vetted this motel and they misrepresented this property also!

Perfect location. Far enough away, yet close enough to everything. Room is a little tight, especially by the bathroom. Wish they had better blackout curtains. there should be a separate switch for the bathroom light to the kitchen area light as to not wake others up in the middle of the night. All in all, it was a wonderful place.

Booked a specific room and when I checked in they gave me a totally different room. This was my second time staying here. I loved the room we stayed in the first time so much it made me want to rent it again. I wish they would of called to let me know that my room was unavailable before arriving. At least it could of given me an option to stay at another place or accept the room they needed to switch me to. The whole reason why I chose to stay there was for that room.

It was the worst motel I’ve ever stayed at. We paid a large amount of money for our week stay. They never asked us if we needed anything like towels or toilet paper the whole time we stayed. Our ac stopped working and it took a day and a half for them to fix it ( mind you it was mid 80’s and humid ). The worst thing that blew my mind was we heard someone trying to get in our room so we opened the door and the people trying to get in said they were told by staff that the room was available while we were still there. When I made the reservation it also said full view of the ocean was definitely not!! Signature room with ocean view lol Definitely not what we paid for and will never stay again!! 😡

When I arrived I was told I could’ve saved money if I called them directly without going through Expedia. Then was told we had no view and our room was in the basement. It was old and musty. There was a dehumidifier in the room Because of the moisture. Everything was very old. Needs a re-do for sure!

We arrived and went to check in and didn’t know the parking spot was a block down the street so you can’t even be close to your vehicle. After unloading we went into the room it smelled so bad like mold and cigarettes burn marks on the furniture. We took our shoes off and after walking to the bathroom and our white socks were brown stained after just getting into the room. It was extremely disappointing we will absolutely never be back to this property again. Also listed as ocean view and when you walk across the street there is an ocean view not from our room as listed. Choose a different property if I were you.

Decent Location but Room for Improvement I recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience. The property is fairly located, more towards the end of the boardwalk rather than close to everything else. This might be a plus for those seeking a quieter spot, but it does mean a bit of a walk to the main attractions. The rooms are very small, especially the bathrooms, which felt quite cramped. One of the biggest downsides was the lack of daily housekeeping service. The rooms are only quickly cleaned to accommodate the next guests, which made it feel quite dirty during my stay. On the plus side, the room did come with a small kitchen equipped with a few utensils, which was handy for doing some light cooking. Unfortunately, I had to cut my trip short due to illness, but if I return, I will probably look for another place to stay.

We loved this yellow motel on the beach. We chose a room without a view and next time we will choose one with a partial view. The nice part with "no view room" was the hot cars and motorcycles cruising the beach could not be heard. Steve was great and check in was easy. You park between the motel and the beach, but it is best to drop off your luggage first, then park. The shower was hot and had settings to massage your body. The coffee was a kerig type and was excellent. The linens are clean, thick, and soft, we slept well. We enjoyed seeing the piping plovers with their baby chicks on the beach scurrying around.
