Considering the price we expected much more in terms of location and quality of the amenities. Disappointed.

Terrible!

There were ants all over the bread at breakfast. Told them and they made themselves "gueyes" they didn't apology and acted as nothing had happen.
The problem was that they personally brought the bread to my table and I realized about the ants when I had already eaten half of it

La atención del personal es muy buena pero el internet no funciona, y en el cuarto la televisión no tenía ningún canal entonces no se podía ver ni Netflix, el desayuno muy malo, la fruta sabía mal y la comida del buffete estaba fría.

I like the whole stay in general, from the professionalism to the cleanliness. We will definitely stay there again.

Staff is very friendly and it is well located near the center. But conditions are really average for the cost. Bathroom smells very bad and the bed is really uncomfortable. For me it is not a big deal but no phone in the room, bad Wi-Fi, no air conditioning and no elevator

Excellent hotel. Large and light room. Easy parking on site and great breakfast. Leave car at hotel and walk all around town

We selected the most expensive room in the hotel, which was a suite with a Sauna, Jacuzzi and view of the garden/pool (room 506). It was an unplanned trip and was to be a quick getaway for my husband and I while our kids piled into a relative's house with their cousins during the holidays. The suite was not ready upon arrival (5pm) and we were informed at check-in that the gym in the pics no longer existed. The suite was spacious but lacked basic things such as phone, wifi, outlets in proper locations (we had to plug in the coffee maker while putting it on the floor!) as well as a TV mounted in strange location that cause you to have to duck as you moved around the room. Bathroom had little privacy and no ventilation. We arranged for massages at the Spa for 7pm, tried to use the Jacuzzi at 6pm but it filled so slowly that it was not ready until 6:45! Pool was ice cold and dirty so that wasn't a option. Getting hot water was hit or miss. Massages were OK for the price however, they advertised services that we wanted but were not available. Sauna in the room was nice and since there was no room climate control, we used it to heat the room when the temperature dropped at night. Being close to the center of town/night life/lake access, secure parking, as well as the free breakfast are the only positive things that come to mind regarding our stay. For the price we paid, there are much better options in the area but unfortunately, due to the holidays, everything else was booked.

We were the only ones there for 3 of our nights. No English at all so a bit of a struggle for a few days until we met Hugo who spoke perfect English.
Pool was not kept clean until the weekend when other guests showed up. We didn't use it.
8:30 breakfast meant they started making it at 8:30. Food and coffee ready around 9
Biggest complaint was having to ring a gate buzzer to enter. Often they did not answer. Once my wife had to come let me in. The buzzer is very loud and could be heard in every area of hotel. A real pain when trying to sleep and someone keeps ringing bell to get in...
Shower didn't work in the first room but they upgraded us since no one was there anyway.
Rooms were very clean...staff super nice...compound felt safe and secure.
Not worth the 85 u.s. per night.

Location was great! Room deluxe suite 2 bedroom, really nice, but one of the rooms have windows that we needed to use pillows to block the light straight to the face, very uncomfortable. The bed was terrible also. We paid cash and I asked them to email my receipt, it's being a week and I still haven't received my payment receipt and they kept my credit card voucher, I even email the hotel to remind them to send me my receipt, but they haven't replied. Other than that, staff is very friendly and loved the location, walking distance from downtown.
