I just get ants in my food again, mosquitos bites , room with light broken , staff screaming at me at 10 am in the morning for check out when I book more nights , have to pay myself a can of baygon, start being sick after 2 days with darhea and pay for medicine myself when I ask Expedia a coupon they denied me a refund they denied me , and when I check out and make no problem in the hotel they ask me to check out at 11:50 not even let me make my bag correctly and make me forget stuff in the room , honestly I cannot recommend that place cleaning staff otooدagressive with bad attitude , room really poor with a lot of noise with people talking bad stuff in their language all day internet not even that stable, cannot recommend that place , should close the placeor change some personal who are too agressive

My only dislike was the bed was very hard for me. It was uncomfortable and I can feel the springs. It needs a mattress topper. The place was very basic and old looking but it seemed like it was clean. The staff was nice, the location was great. 7-Eleven almost next door. The room was pretty nice sized, AC worked great, but it was hard to adjust, the fridge was ice cold. If the bed was more comfortable I would have probably given it a four-star rating ( in the cheap room category ) . It does not measure up to $100 room but for a $15 room if the bed was good I would highly recommend it. I would suggest book one night see how the bed if it's good then book more nights. Almost forgot it is guest friendly as long as it's only one guest at a time.

when we arrived thr receptionist was very cold . I tried to ask her questions about where to eat and she just didn't respond. Shower didn't work only on cold .. ac was faulty.. tv so blurry .. wifi on and off.. we actually had a couple of days booked but next day immediately found another hotel for a extra 8 pounds.... so worth it. would never come back to any of thier franchise hotel's... Terrible standards 😪.

a fantastic location. the young lady cleaner was really nice. rooms are very basic but quite affordable. A/C and fan were both all on or all off. Blew right down on your face giving me eye irritation.

Sutus Court i in a great location, right in the heart of central Pattaya, and the price I got was very reasonable. However, it is only a 3-star hotel, so you shouldn't be expecting what you would receive ina 4 or 5-star hotel.

Stayed at sutus court many times never had a problem apart from the TV reception is bad and internet no very good no remote for air-conditioning . Staff are friendly and good parking if your traveling.

Right from check in had a bad feeling counter staff so rude, rubbish in the hallways and room smelly. You get what you pay for but this was too much I was going to stay for another 2 weeks but moved after 1 night

You get what you pay for. Area is pretty good for bars, food, etc. Internet is a bit sketchy. But I like the area. Would likely stay there again.

Little old, some fresh paint would help. Friendly Staff, good value for money. Short way to shopping and party. Rooms got all needed, old tv, but im not there to watch tv. Nice swimmingpool and jaccuzzi

Great place to stay. Friendly staff booked an extra 3 days and looking at extending for 2 more days.Staff is fantastic and friendly. Wonder full swimming pool. Great restaurant . Location brilliant.

I have stayed at Sutus Ct twice and have enjoyed it both times. Great location. Plenty to do within a 5 minute walk. Restaurants everywhere, all types of food. Great price great pool.

If you don't mind paying for just a bed and 4 walls, this is your hotel. Its a very old hotel with no upgrades since 1960. Clean but the sheets were gray and stained. I cancelled after the first day and went elsewhere. You get what you pay for.

The hotel was good value for money. However the facility seems old and the interior looks cheap. There was a problem with hot water that took repeated trips to the front desk to get fixed. The phone did not work either. On the positive side the cleaning service was prompt and thorough. The location is the main draw of the hotel (soi buokhao) and is awesome if you are on vacation with friends. However if you up your budget by 10% you could find much better hotels in the same vicinity
