Pool water slides and hot tub were very nice, room (two queen beds) was much larger than expected, really like the sitting area! Appreciated coffee in the lobby, didn't see the store hotel claimed to have?? Breakfast was good but it ends at 9:30am even on weekends! Would be nice if breakies went till at least 10. Overall a pleasant stay

This was a very disappointing stay. We chose this property because we were able to upgrade to a room with two beds and a sofa bed, when we arrived the sofa bed was broken and was replaced with slats of wood under the cushions. The staff indicated that there was no manager on-site until Monday and we could talk with her at check-out, meanwhile we had no third bed for our oldest child. When we checked out the manager did not come to talk to us but sent the staff member back out to tell us a $50 discount would be arranged through Expedia in 7 days…we also noticed several cleaning deficits in our room (sticky carpets, dirty comforters, scummy bathtub, etc). The pool was also always cloudy, the hot tub was shutdown, the fitness room only had two machines working and the waterslide has a weird dip at the end where if you are sitting up you would smack your head every time coming out of the enclosed slide. The spray park also is not working and looks like it hasn’t been for a while and the general maintenance of the pool is lacking (ie: rough chipped bottom, dirty water, dead crickets floating in the hot tub water). The breakfast was not great with very few hot options (eggs and sausage), only brown bread for toast (no white, bagels or English muffins), definitely one of the lesser complimentary breakfasts we have had…the coffee was really good though and my kids liked the waffle machines!

Have stayed a few times...beds are VERY comfortable...breakfast staff and food is first rate...however the building needs some TLC...its showing its age and lack of attention but a wee bit of TLC good as new...oh and one of the best things...HOT TUB is a HOT TUB

We have stayed here many times and this particular time it was not good. We had asked them to clean our room while we were gone and get us more towels, that was not done. Then I had to go down to the desk to get more towels and waited for about 30 minutes for a staff member to even come to the desk. The breakfast was not good, the food tasted good for what there was but there was next to nothing left. We were down there 1 hour before breakfast closed, no sausages, no eggs, no bread, no waffle mix, our options of what to eat were very limited.

It is a very good options for families, the hotel has everything you need to enjoy a relaxing holiday. The pool and the splash are very good and kids enjoy them so much. The rooms have good spaces and are very comfortable. The breakfast is a typical American breakfast so you will have all you usually eat.

Great hotel for kids. Waterslide was super fun (it wasn't working initially but the staff were great and fixed it quickly). Nice shallow area for smaller children and deeper area as well. Room was spacious for our family of 5. Very clean as well.

I booked our stay sight unseen, just the online photos, which can sometimes be disappointing. This place did not disappoint. I stayed with my husband and 4 boys (3months, 4,5, and 9), and we stayed in a room with 2 queen beds and a sofa bed. It was fantastic! We fit comfortably and slept well. The pool chlorine was intense, but the boys had a blast. I highly recommend this hotel. Great stay.

We loved everything about this hotel. The location was convenient to hit hwy 16 in the morning. The breakfast was delicious (actually!), the pool was fun but busy, and the room was so spacious! The bed was incredibly comfortable. I would buy that mattress. The bathroom was clean and spacious. The bathroom had a cool night light feature that was helpful. There are a few restaurants a short drive away (5 mins). There was lemonade, water, and cookies in the lobby which was a really nice touch. The staff were fantastic - so friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back!

We stayed here to attend a football game. The location was convenient to catch a bus from the Turvey Centre to the field. There were a lot of choices for restaurants around the area. I would definitely stay here again.

Had a pull out sofa bed for our granddaughter and it was broken and there was stuff on the carpet underneath and only a mattress protector and fitted sheet and wooly blanket! Also no shampoo or conditioner in large dispenser! Carpet in hallway old and fraying stained in spots. Wonderful pool hot tub and kid friendly waterslides! The breakfast was very good hot and cold options in buffet and very attentive staff! Nice touch at front desk was iced lemon water and coffee! In the afternoon they also have cookies and lemonade! Front desk staff were very nice! Decent value for the money aside from the sofa bed!

Appreciated the separate living space, microwave & mini fridge the suite provided. It was nice and clean too. Really like the swimming pool space for swimming lengths, and the hot tub.
