Room was poorly cleaned prior to checkingz

We had a great experience. Everything was clean and well organized. The rooms were amazing

The indoor water park was cool. Definitely not as big as they make it look online.
The cost of the room was not worth the size. It’s was very very small and needed updating badly.

Unsanitary, they don't clean the rooms properly. They don't attend the communication on requests to detail. They don't take in consideration and satisfy families after they have been at fault. Rude & unprofessional staff. Supervisors can’t calculate percentage correctly. Don’t recommend.

I approached the front desk concerning a cashier and manager in the Outpost store. They were extremely rude to me, when I asked for a receipt. The cashier member refused to give me a receipt and I ask for a manager. The manager Ms. Legg
When she comes in the store she yells ma’am to get my attention, instead of walking to me and speaking to me, I walk over and explain my concern and she is extremely smart. At that point I said, you know you all are very rude and I don’t appreciate that, then I told them not to worry about helping me, I’ll find someone else to speak with on how I am being treated, Ms. Leggs response was well no one else can help you. I ask her name she throws an ink pen across the counter towards me and then takes her name badge off and holds it up towards my face to show me. I couldn’t catch the first well, but the last was Legg. My family and I approach
the front checkin desk and I’m explaining what happened, while explaining the situation to the supervisor, four customers, that I have no idea who they are, walk up to myself and said hey those two staff members were in there talking crap about you. They started talking about you the second you walked away and then they started talking about you, to us customers.
I looked right at the supervisor and I said do you see what I mean.

We come every year have girls trip me my daughter and bunch kiddos have good time while we're here

We rented two rooms. One double beds and one suite. We had a great time at water park and adventure center. All the staff friendly. Only things I could recommend are free coffee in lobby 24 hrs with creamer and maybe an update soon of some decor. I would definitely come back. The tram was a definite plus

Nice family oriented resort. I’ve stayed multiple times. It’s a fun resort not a fancy one. The bathrooms are small and dark, but any short comings are made right by fun factors.
Over my many visits I’ve always noticed a large presence of life guards in the water park. I’ve wondered about the legitimacy of them until this visit. Someone had a close call inside the water park. The lifeguards actions were faster than my brain could process. Before I could figure out what was going on, they had the person safe and moving out of the pool with the attraction paused. Those lifeguards are amazing and a very well trained bunch of individuals. Safety should matter more than anything else when making a decision to stay at waterpark resort. From what I witnessed on this visit Wilderness does make guest safety a top priority.
They also have great pizza and an amazing breakfast bar.

It was perfect for a one night getaway.

Overall, it was a great place. However, the water in the shower leaked and made the bath mat wet before I got there. Mattresses were not in great shape.

Took my 3 daughters for a girl's trip. The place was wonderful. They all 3 loved it. Ages 28, 17, and 6. Reach found lots of fun things to do at the resort.

No complaints at all. Ive seen reviews on it being nasty and dirty. Our room was nice, no wierd smells. Shower pressure was better than any hotel I've been to. Pools were nice and clean. Food and bars were great.

Front. Desk check in was awkward. My son made a comment that she looked exhausted and wasn’t friendly but not mean. Just looked annoyed to be there.
We stayed in the stone hill first floor and to get to the room was weird felt like we were in a basement and no ground access.

Definitely not as expected for the name. Bed was comfortable but sheets had stains. Stains on the ceiling and terrible paint job in the bathroom. The rooms were not quiet. Constantly had someone slapping the door or slamming doors. You can also hear walking above.

First time staying at a resort and we had such a good time. Currently the indoor waterpark is under construction and having a young kiddo made the water park very restricted for what she could do. But the room was clean and it was so nice to get away from home! We got placed on the fifth floor and the view was very nice!

Room was clean and beds were good to our standards. Room amenities worked, staff was helpful in anyway we needed. We stayed at stone hill which is across the road from waterpark, that was the day 1 just arrived confusion of whole trip. Inflation made food prices not friendly but we understand the economic times we are in. Shuttle bus was a very good bonus and great drivers to pick you up and take you to the park, that was great. Water at park could be warmer in our opinion.

We had an amazing time in TN and Wilderness Stone Hill Lodge was beyond amazing! Our two children had the best time at the waterpark, arcade, and food shops. We have raved about our stay with family and friends and will return next year and hopefully with a large group :)

Maddie at the front desk was AMAZING!! She was very helpful and made our stay and check in a breeze (especially with traffic from the car show).

We had a blast! Best trip we have encountered. The resort was awesome, clean, quiet and fun! Lots to do and see!

Our stay was amazing starting from the friendliness at check in to the cleanliness of the room. Not only was the resort beautifully decorated but the indoor water park was a hit with our children .

Wish there was other entries so as to not have to Walk so far from the front door to the room. Both times we stayed our rooms were the farthest away from the front door you can get. We were so exhausted from walking that distance. I realized that is impossible but that long of a Walk is crazy.

Staff was fantastic. We had an issue with the TV and maintenance took care of it immediately.

It was my birthday and i wanted to go to waterslide and found this AMAZING PLACE!

There was nothing I liked about this stay. The hotel rooms are very expensive for what they are. The bathroom is very small. You can’t get in the bathroom without stepping onto the toilet, squatting. This is terrible for kids. One bed took up most of the space. Called for extra towels & got none. Noticed a few weak spots in our floor & it scared the hell out of me. We stayed away from the room for the most part because of this. There is no room to walk in the room. It was a horrible stay. Parking was horrible because the hotel is hooked onto their convention center. The hotel was presented the opposite of what I experienced. The hotel staff just started and never spoke back or even smiled. They looked miserable. There was no room to unpack in the room.

There are so many pools to choose from. The waterslides are more like small coasters at Soaky Mountain. The indoor waterpark dome is amazing as well with multiple waterslides in a wave pool that is Big like water rafting. The transportation is provided so no need to pay for parking or drive. And you can get on the bus wet and hop between park to park. The hotel bed with Spring mattress was comfy enough at Stone Hill lodge which is closer to Soaky Mountain. We purchased mega passes since our stay was for five nights and the kids enjoyed the arcade, minigolf, 3-D ride, coaster and ropes course unlimited our whole time there was Convenient and Fun. It is a close ride to Knoxville for a day trip and all the way to Gatlinburg. They also have trolleys in the area once you get there. It was just an amazing experience that everyone should enjoy at least once. GWL goers will be blown away by the incredible size of this place.
