Cute little inn. Hotel reception was very welcoming. The friendliest ever.
4.8
Too pricey for what you get. No coffee in room. Bed ok. Breakfast oatmeal is good, but not really worth the cost of the room.
4.8
Great staff, delicious breakfast, live music and fun things to do like ping pong. We loved our stay.
4.8
My only bad mark is for the tv, no chanels,
You have to have prim or hulu. Most places include basic chanels even motel 6.

I wanted to love this hotel - they made it hard to do. It would have been great had they mentioned the roadwork - and I don't mean construction; I mean a complete removal of the roadway. The walls are paper thin. The earplugs are mandatory. I could tell you exactly what pizza my neighbor ordered. There is no main light in the room. The wi-fi kept going in and out. The noise from either the toilet or plumbing in the walls was obnoxious. I will however agree with other reviews - the mattress was awesome. I will however not return and do not recommend this hotel.

This is a unique and charming hotel. The recent renovations, particularly the bathrooms, are well done. It is a treat to be provided with a free drink coupon for their small bar in the lobby. It is a nice touch to have fire pits on the property. In constructive feedback, the exterior of the property still shows the original age of the buildings. The area surrounding the hotel is a true mess right now, as the city of Pullman is currently reconstructing the entire Main Street. It took me 30 minutes to find a way to enter the parking lot of the hotel, as a result.

Nice stay in a uniquely decorated place. Good location & friendly staff. Oatmeal buffet for breakfast was awesome. Only issue was a bit of a problem with the AC/heating unit not working properly. Would stay here again.
4.8
Rooms are old, but clean. WiFi was horrible. The WiFi kept dropping and was difficult to reconnect.
4.8
Love the beds at hotel McCoy. The breakfast was a healthy oatmeal bar. Better than eggs and sausage.
4.8
Excellent non-chain option in Pullman. Clean and with great style. Staff was very friendly.

We had a wonderful stay here. Employees were very accomodating.

Adorable property, accomodating staff, extra amenities! Cant wait to go back

The room was spacious and well maintained. Vibrant and colorful with old books, roku and good TV. Hope they provide better breakfast.

I love the uniqueness of the McCoy. They have all the needed amenities, comfortable beds, TV with video games even the old school Nintendo, fridge, microwave, gym, bikes with helmets to use, free drink per person, great complimentary oatmeal breakfast. The staff is personable and welcoming. Plus you can walk to WSU from the hotel. This is my favorite place to stay in Pullman.

The bed is comfortable

This is always such a fun place to stay.

Unique spot in walking distance to downtown and campus.

We love this hotel. Fun atmosphere, great breakfast, free beer, friendly staff.

Great, unique Hotel. Updated, clean and pleasant. Wonderful location downtown and convenient to campus. Great staff and amenities. We really enjoyed our stay

Overpriced! Staff friendly and helpful. Room adequate, no coffee in room. Patio area comfortable. Parking tight. This is just an old hotel that was somewhat remodeled.
4.8
Poor internet. Unable to work from room. Otherwise quirky and nice. Breakfast guy wasn’t the most welcoming person

This is such a cute hotel, love the artwork an retro vibe.
Staff were all very friendly and helpful.

Super cute retro hotel! Lovely clean room, lots of places on property to sit outside and take in the views. Wonderful, courteous, helpful staff. Beautiful murals all around the hotel. I highly recommend!
4.8
Beautifully remodeled and clean. Everything is close.

The hotel was really cute. But they have no coffee in the rooms and no iron and ironing board. So kind of a deal breaker for me. The gentleman at the desk when we checked in was fantastic, however the one in the morning was borderline rude and should not be in the hospitality industry.

This is the coolest hotel I have ever stayed in... totally vintage. It's clean and the staff couldn't be nicer. There are things here you won't see in other hotels...;)
4.8
The only negative thing I can say is that we only stayed here for one night. What a gem! Every little detail from the “vintage” fridge to the soap and lotion labels in the bathroom were spot on. We loved the foosball and table tennis, as well as the cute little gym space. The staff was friendly (shout out to Ian!) and the location was great. Will definitely stay here again on my next visit to Pullman.

Great stay, very clean facility

Very cool vibe and superb staff!

Great stay. Great staff. A/C is quit loud…only complaint. Our workaround was to run it all day and then turn it off at night. :)

This is our second stay at Hotel McCoy. The rooms have been excellent. The window air conditioner cycles as designed to cool the room in Pullman's near 100 degrees heat. We slept comfortably. The check in and check out is easy with the excellent and accommodating staff. That Oatmeal bar is fantastic. The drinks, pop tarts, and snacks are great.

Excellent location close to WSU campus and lots of dining options. The room was clean and the staff was helpful and gregarious. This was a very enjoyable couple of days. However, though the room had lots of outlets, a powerstrip, and hdmi outlets in the lamps, most of them didn’t work. The powerstrip hdmi outlets by the bed didn’t work and the second outlet in the power strip was blocked by the lamp plug in. So, on that side of the bed, there us one hdmi outlet and no plug in that works. They also provide a sound machine that can't plug in to the power strip at the same time as the lamp on that side. On the other side of the bed, there are no plugins, but there is an hdmi outlet in the lamp that works. Additionally, in the bathroom, though they provide a hairdryer, neither outlet is working. I had to dry my hair out in the room. Thankfully there is a working outlet near the extra mirror out there. So, I plugged my sound machine on by my side of the bed, my phone on the other side, and my watch and book on my suitcase by the closet (the outlet by the full length mirror). Thankfully my husband wasn't with me or there wouldn't have been enough working outlets. And, to make matters worse, I stayed in the summer, and, though the directions warn that putting the air conditioner on auto will cause it to awitch off/on constantly, the low, medumium, high settings don't work, so the air conditioner was switching off/on all night. Thankfully my sound machine helped with that.

Cute hotel close to Washington State University.
Free welcome drinks for 21 .
Hotel promotes local artists and companies. Environmentally conscious and welcoming staff.
We’ll definitely stay here again.

Funky little motel that was fun to stay in; the room was comfortable, clean and had great ambiance. The staff was friendly and the oatmeal bar was a fun breakfast.
It is located on a main road, so there is some noise, but I used the ear plugs they provided and it wasn’t too bad.
4.8
Hastily remodeled motel. Cutsie furnishings, nice design ideas, but mediocre execution and experience. Does the trick if you’re visiting your kids in college. Haven’t tried others in Pullman. Maybe this is relatively nice. Bed was stiff. Some outlets didn’t work. Looks good on paper.
4.8
Great place! Love the out door patio and free nightly drink!
4.8
This hotel definitely caters to the guest! They have all kinds of games and stuff to do. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Look forward to my next stay.
4.8
The room had a tiny sink/vanity, but the rest of the small extras made up for this.
4.8
This hotel was super cute. Loved the vibe of it all. I didn’t get to really utilize the hotel as I was there for one night only for a college tour. Very close to the school. If you are looking for a cool place this is it. I took advantage of their bar area and marveled at all the quirkiness of the facility. Lots of cool designs features and comforts. A fun stay over all. My daughter and I really enjoyed it.

Very cute room and friendly staff
