Wonderful and comfortable stay. Everything was so clean and smelled wonderful! I wasn’t prepared to pay $25/day for parking in the garage, but oh well! My car was protected is the positive there. There’s also a Starbucks in the lobby! Everything was great. 10/10 will be staying there again.

Great location and great service

Great service! The room needed a light bulb in the lamp & the tv kept going out, but the bed was super comfy!

In the area for a wedding. Beautiful location with plenty of shopping conveniently located next to the hotel. Front desk staff amazing and helpful!

This property amd staff was top notch from the minute we arrived to the moment we deaprted!

My only disappointment was we booked Westin with the expectation of the heavenly bed. This Westin didn’t have the heavenly bed for whatever reason. The mattress was firm and not what I needed. Other than that everything was great!
Thanks

We had a great experience. All staff was friendly and easy to work with. The location is perfect and the view was great.

The Westin property was exquisite. We came up for a concert and the walk down the water side was very convenient to reach the venue. Only issue was the elevator. After the concert, there seemed to another function at the hotel and there was a huge line/wait for elevator service. Other than that inconvenience, I highly recommend this hotel.

We liked the details they thought about to make our stay comfortable.

We stayed at the Westin for a concert at the Pavillion, the walk was easy and there were so many food options close by. It was convenient, clean, quiet and will definitely stay again for upcoming concerts!

Nice hotel, clean rooms, great location with many dining options nearby. The only negative was the bed was too hard and a bit uncomfortable.
2.0
Pool closed early, no cups or drinks in the self serve area either day, had a room directly over the salsa bar so got no sleep until 1am, there was a tiny / newly hatched roach in the $30 breakfast buffet, and the valet parks suvs on the sidewalk so customers are forced to walk in the street. Room electronics 15 years out of date. Great location, but doesn't make up for bugs and noise.

The Westin at The Woodlands exceeded my expectations. The room was spacious and impeccably clean, providing a comfortable retreat during my stay. The location is fantastic, with plenty of restaurants, bars, and the venue just a short walk away, making it incredibly convenient. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the area!

Great service
2.0
Great environment, good hotel, cleanliness at 3 points, the balcony was never cleaned in 6 days. It could be a solid 5 in all aspects if not for the staff attention and very average room service.
The invoicing process that Westin follows is confusing and erroneous, still waiting to receive a refund above 140 usd due to the badly managed accounting-wise.

Went for a concert, walking distance so we didn’t have to drive. Stayed at the Westin for the first time. Love! Clean, classy and easily accessible to all restaurants and shopping. Our room was lovely and the shower was very nice as well. Slept like a baby with black out shades and soft comfortable bed. Love the down pillows. It’s all I use at home so that was nice. Very nice stay.

Beautiful property and the staff was attentive and kind. The property is a short walk to the concert venue which made it a breeze.

Sorriso was excellent and our waiter was so attentive. Amazing food and hotel was quiet, clean. Needed music by the pool. It was a Wednesday and no one was there but would of been helpful to have some background music piped in.

Lacking in quality service.

I wish parking would be free.

Property is very nice but definitely understaffed. It took 30 mins waiting in line for a drink and another 30 mins to get chips and queso. Also, tried to use complimentary breakfast and was told there was a 20 min wait but then she seated the party that was behind us immediately. We didn't stay.

We stayed because our concert venue was a few blocks away. The hotel was very nice. It was truly a luxury hotel, and the staff acted like it. The bar was fun, the food was good, and we will be back.

Staff was not helpful

When we made the reservation, hotel.com told us we got one free breakfast voucher. I contacted hotels.com to get the voucher. First of all I had to prove that we got that message on our reservation with a screenshot. Then hotels.com told us they do t have vouchers just tell front desk. Well front desk won’t help us cause we made reservations through a 3rd party so what we were told by hotels.com was false. This sounds very fishy and iffy for a company to do this

Wonderful stay for our anniversary! Everything was perfect!

Overall stay was okay but it was very disappointing and terrifying to find bugs in the bed. Killed one bug before going to bed and my wife woke up to a spider crawling around with us. Disgusted.

Great hotel. Perfect location. Within walking distance to shopping, dining and entertainment.

Very noisy at night if you don’t get the river side. Checked out after 1 night of 3 night stay.
