I found the staff rude and no compassionate. I became ill before my stay, and had to cancel. I gave a 30 hour notice..but because it was not 48 hours, I had to pay for my room anyway, even thought I did not test postiive for Covid until 30 hours before my stay, therefore having to cancel my trip.

Decent value for the price. The walls were a bit thin and we could hear the people above us. The bathroom fan was loud and we had no ability to turn on just the light and no fan. Air conditioning was very loud. Otherwise no issues and it was as expected—a fair value hotel away from the lake.

I recently stayed at the Apple Inn Motel in Chelan, Washington, and had a wonderful experience. The rooms were clean and very quiet, making for a restful stay. While the beds were a bit firm, they were still comfortable enough for a good night’s sleep. Overall, the motel provided a pleasant and peaceful environment, perfect for a relaxing getaway. I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

this is an old Motel that has been updated. The room was spacious, clean, quiet with pool & spa. The only thing missing was at least one more chair or table & 2 chairs. It does have a sofa bed. It was enjoyable.

The motel has obviously tried to update. Many would enjoy a budget friendly stay here. Sadly, they strongly scent the rooms and if you are scent-sensitive, as we are, it’s impossible to stay. For us, it was a health risk. Having prepaid the room, no accommodation was made to us.

We were looking for an economical room in the Chelan WA area and found this hotel. It was about 1/2 mile from the main downtown area which was great, easy walk to all the spots we needed to get to. The room was spotless and newly remodeled. Bed was comfortable and it had a huge big screen tv which was unexpected. The front desk people were friendly and pleasant. I've stayed at hotels in this area that cost 3 times the amount and this one stacks up nicely to those. We think this will be our new go to hotel for future visits to this area.

It is hard to find accommodation in Chelan that is not crazy expensive or overbooked. Apple Inn has te best prices in the area. Book ahead as far as possible.

The room was very nice, clean, and smelled good. The inside of the room looked recently updated. Overall, I was impressed. The staff were kind and patient. I will definitely stay there again when I’m in the area.
