Again Kudos to staff. Our room had some water issues and they upgrade us to Kings Room. Very clean and very well maintained

Reception staff Victor eas amazing. He went beyond to upgrade me and gave me all the services. Location is good I walked 3 miles every direction without a hitch.

Room was dark only window was to the interior hall which we couldn’t open as people walked all day. Bed small and room very tiny even though it had a small living area the room seem claustrophobic

Fist day we go out come back exhausted at 6:30PM to find the room was NOT cleaned. Missed my hair apt as I couldn't shower got no real apology. For a 5 star I expect a lot more

Probably one of the best places in Cochabamba. Very central, clean and modern. Staff is extremely friendly and the public spaces are very inviting to spend time there.

Property was clean and staff was very helpful. However, the hotel layout is awkward and there is no elevator. Stairs were treacherous to say the least.

The Hotel is very nice, modern and convenient. Breakfast was very tasty and with lots of different options.The only thing I didnt like was that I broke one glass by accident inside the room and when I checked out, they charged me for the glass. I found that it was just ridiculous.

The place has ramps for wheelchair access but the hotel doesnt offer one. There is not a box of tissue paper in the bedroom or a simple alarm clock or radio. No hot water boiling pot. Not even a microwave. On top of that you have to give the full name of your visitors to the front desk so they grant them access, allegedly for your security. The tiny swimming pool is outside the whole area of the rooms together with the gym and saunas. So no way to swim in a rainy or windy day even if its heated water For this reason they should provide a bathrobe and sleepers, since the room floors are tile. To access the gym, which not even has weights or a simple mat, you have to request a key and then give it back to the front desk, unless they already saw you on the cameras and send a bellboy to get it from you when you are leaving the premises. I tried to call reception from the phone inside the gym but was not working after many attempts.The sauna is not constantly ready so I have to call in advance so they connected one hour before. Unfortunately when I called them to do so, they took too long to send somebody to activate it. I had some business staff to do attend so I could never enjoy that service.There is no elevator so I have to request a room on the lower level which was a bit secluded and dark from the rest.

Good hotel with good service and great breaksfast. Only two things to improve: The shower wets the entire bathroom and there are no elevators which makes a hard access to the luggage.
