Resting in Baugnez, this is a beautiful and extremely spacious cottage with 9 bedrooms, a heating, and a relaxation area with a sauna. It is perfect to organize a get together with family and friends, a total of 28 guests.
Among the points of interest in the region are the Hautes Fagnes estate and Reinhardstein chateau. Active holiday makers have many walks and bike rides waiting for them. Wij hebben voor de familie de 2 grote huizen gehuurd en hebben enkel positieve commentaar: heel net, goed uitgerust, bijna elke kamer heeft sanitair, een mooie speelruimte op het gelijkvloers. Wij hebben de grootste living gebruikt om samen te eten en te zitten, de kleinste voor wie wat rust wou. De slaapkamergang is met elkaar verbonden, wat handig is. De vakantiewoning is prachtig gelegen voor wandelingen en toch niet te ver van winkels en van het centrum van Malmédy. De eigenaars zijn heel vriendelijk en discreet. Het was al de tweede keer dat we er op familieweekend gingen en kunnen dit verblijf alleen maar aanraden!

Despite the bad weather all ages enjoyed themselves! The play area for the kids was a huge plus. Very nice and clean apartment, friendly owner, great rooms and bathrooms We will be back and hope for good weather, so that our children can then also on the toys!

Were amazed at the neatness and cleanliness of the accommodation. Lovely to arrive where everything freshness in one place. Your holiday can start immediately without you should already be fretting about things that are not in order are.This increases the holiday feeling tremendously. Played much outside (trampoline, swing, sandpit, petanque or just games with all the kids and adults. Blessed. It was like often too short. The house is ideal for families with several children.

House consists of 3 parts and there were two at our disposal. After some shifting sofas and dining tables there was a perfect dining room and living room for a large groep.Gedeelde playroom on the ground floor of the three houses. Minimum tip deposit is not paid back after 3 weeks.

It is now the 2nd time we took the whole family (17 people) to come here, and it was great again! We have been there from 18 to 20 January 2013, the weather was great, had finally snow! But equally it was also great fun inside, and there is still plenty of room to have a quiet moment to take ... We enjoyed our holiday. The house was very smart: nice rooms, decent kitchen, comfortable seating and play area downstairs was fantastic for children but also for adults. Outside it is difficult for small children. There is a toy but they have a small street on steken.Zij can still look. The animals at the farm We will be back! I do want to mention that there is always the third weekend of November, a rally car and it passes right next to the house. For us it was quite spectacular. We were able to follow everything from the window. With small children you should remain inside.

We were 21 people from the same family. What immediately struck us was the size of the house. The first evening even got lost a few times. The kids had a fantastic amused in the playroom on the ground floor. 2 dishwashers and 4 refrigerators with freezer compartments are well come in handy. The spacious rooms and bathrooms are an asset.

A perfect family weekend in Part 1 & 2 had a total of 17 man / woman and children from 8 / to 74 for a special birthday. Fortunately it was not rented out part 3, making the accommodation was available to us. The games room (with darts, foosball and pool) and sauna were very nice to everyone. The free-farm (cows, goats and chickens) was fun for everyone (2x seen the birth of calf, but also the feeding and milking). A large supermarket is nearby as well as many interesting places, walking tours, museums and attractions. We arrived in 2 days time too short, short, everyone was extremely satisfied and likely to require a sequel in 2013. This property is highly recommended, but watch the 3 parts that are separately rented. PS. the 2 beds are "only" 140 x 200 cm (incidentally good mattresses) and do not have duvets, but blankets.

we are the famllie been on weekend of 27 to 29 January 2012, it was incredibly well expected, super nice house, everything you need is present, much privacy as possible with large groups, small and big kids the max! there is already unanimously decided that if next year we can resume our weekend, it certainly is back here!

nice house, clean and lots of rooms, bathrooms and toilets. good mattresses. It was also nice that the house 2 living rooms with open kitchen had. enough room for all your groceries and belongings to the 4 refrigerators and pantries. Unfortunately no football there, but enough room for the kids to play, fun playground and a separate enclosed sandpit area. the animals around the house for the kids were very nice. (Cows and goats)
