The location was perfect for our needs. The unit was clean and looked like it was refurbished recently, the only reason I gave cleanliness a fair was due to the entrance to the building .. it was filthy. Housekeeping or maintenance should take a broom and sweep all around the doorway. Our deck was pretty dirty as well. But inside was clean. My other issue was with towels .. they were horrible (thin and small) What they leave for pool towels are deplorable. No way would that dry you or warm you up. Also, I wish these resorts would get keurig coffee makers .. I don't know many people who use ground coffee (and they don't provide any .. you have to purchase).

The cable on the TV in the living room didn’t work, and maintenance left me a note that the cable company would come one day after my departure. The carpets were dirty, old, and brown. I wouldn’t take off my socks in that suite. The fabric on the furniture was almost as dirty as the carpet. If I had to spend time in the room I would have had to buy sandals or flip flops. Bath towels thin and small.

Great resort to stay in. It may need more cleaning while changing guess. I found one of our blankets torn. A baby toys as well. Everything else it was great!

Sea Mist Resort is a great resort, we love it and go there every year. The suits are very comfortable, feels like home away from home. Also, so many activities you can do right on premises - pool, mini-golf, tennis or pickle ball. The Rocher Brothers supermarket is in the walking distance and Mashpee Commons is very close as well. South Cape Beach is 10 minutes away and I love it!

Nice resort. In door and outdoor pool. Miniature golf, and ping ping table. Dont firget the hot tub and sauna. Wonderful couples retreat.

Sea Mist worked for us because we were attending a workshop nearby for the week and wanted an easy stay and the ability to prepare our own meals. Nice property for short walks. Indoor and outdoor pool areas appear well kept & well used, though we didn't have much time for them. Staff accommodating.

In the room/unit, the living, dining, kitchen, and sleeping areas were spacious and well furnished. The bathrooms were very cramped, with no shelves to place toiletries near the sink, nor hooks to hang anything. The shower was spacious enough, and the shower pressure was great, but the toilet seat was the most uncomfortable I have ever sat on in a hotel. While the Sunday morning check-out staff person was notably friendly, the Friday afternoon check-in staff people were the opposite. The timeshare salesperson was as friendly and pushy as one would expect for a timeshare salesperson. The pool was nice, the jacuzzi was wonderful, and my husband enjoyed the sauna as well. The locker room could have been cleaner/better kept, but it wasn't terrible. While not in the arcade area, the pool table costs $1.50 per game. I'm not sure about the ping pong table or mini golf. There was a strong smell of cleaning product in the lobby and hallways, but inside the unit was fine. If you have trouble with stairs, make sure to request a first floor unit. Ours was on the second floor, and there is no elevator. This property doesn't have particularly nice views, and it is not that close to the beach. While it is less than a mile from the very walkable Mashpee Commons shopping area, there isn't a sidewalk the whole way there, so you'll want to drive anyway. You don't get breakfast here unless you cook it yourself, but there are plenty of options for breakfast out, and two supermarkets nearby.

Great property! It was larger than it looked in the pictures - but make sure you pick up coffee! There was a coffee maker there but no coffee was provided. Overall it was very nice.

Place a bit dated but it wouldn't cost much to give a facelift. Perfect place for our needs in terms of local. Came to visit with friends at Southport where I owned a condo for 20 years and to spend time with daughter who lives in Falmouth

Wonderful resort with indoor/outdoor pool, jacuzzi, sauna, mini golf, tennis, volleyball and shuffleboard. Clean, comfortable accommodations. Friendly and accommodating staff. Walking distance to Mashpee Commons, grocery stores and restaurants. Close to New Seabury and South Cape Beach. 25 mins from Falmouth and Hyannis!

Great place for a summer family vacation. Has indoor and outdoor pools, a miniature golf course, tennis. All at no extra charge. Suites are spacious. Within walking distance of a nice outdoor mall, fine grocery store, and restaurants - some really good food. Central location on Cape Cod at an affordable rate.

Perfect for us — so great to have a full kitchen! The living room w sleeper sofa is completely separated from the bedroom by the kitchen — great for privacy. Condo was very clean, and very quiet. Much better than a traditional hotel-style room. Location is great.

It was very nice, everything we needed. The first night we only had warm water, but that resolved itself by the next day. The kids loved the indoor pool. Very close to lots of shopping. Any the front desk folks where super friendly!

The rooms were clean and comfortable for a family. We had a problem with our key card working and had to return to the lobby to get it sorted out. My only complaint was that the staff working the lobby was not pleased with our group in the lobby. We were yelled at for being too loud. All other employees were helpful and courteous.

We had a very nice stay. Enjoyed the pools, hot tub, tennis and mini golf. Very short drive to restaurants at Mashpee Commons. Beach only 20 minute drive.

Sea Mist resort is excellent property, all suite, all amenities are there, woody grounds, indoor/outdoor pools, tennis courts (a little in disrepair, but still usable), mini-golf, excellent south cape beach is in 10 minutes. We love it!

Our unit was extremely nice and situated in the front part of the property. Parking was excellent and within steps of the front door. The unit was certainly spacious and we appreciated the kitchen and lovely view. Check-in was a breeze as was checking out. We would certainly stay here again and have no problem recommending it to others.

The unit we stayed in was clean and comfortable. It had limited TV channels for sports. We stayed on first floor and the noise from floor above was annoying at times. The people at the front desk at both check in and check out were excellent in demeanor and communication.

Had a wonderful visit. Loved the location in the middle of everything we wanted to do and close to Mashpee Commons. Kids loved all the activities at the resort. Plan to go back next year!

The unit has fully equipped kitchen and a lot of space. We had huge 2 level one bedroom unit. The unit cleanness was not perfect. I noticed some trash under the bed. The toilet was note cleaned thoroughly either. Averall good place to stay near the beaches.
