Upon check out, my phone charger was left in the room. It was unfortunately misplaced (stolen) by staff. Poor communication and follow up from front desk staff related to the issue. Overall nice facility but be aware that things locked in your room are not safe.

When we arrived at the hotel there was no line to check in. The person at the front desk asked us if we want a room on the first, second, third or fourth level. I said that I don't care which level we will be, and that the only think we care about is to be in a room where it is quiet. We received a key for a room on the 4th level. We went up and on the way to the room, we heard pretty loud noise. It sounded like loud AC units. We entered the room and heard the same noise but not so bad. We went for a dinner, came back and the noise in the room was the same like the noise in the hallway. I went to the third, second and first level, no difference, everywhere the noise was pretty bad. It was between 55 and 60 decibels all night long, so we couldn't sleep. We turned off the HVAC but it didn't change anything. When we were checking out, I mentioned about the noise to the person at the front desk and she said that she will let the management know. I can't believe that they don't know about that but at least she made the effort. Also, there was an empty water bottle next to the bed, so I am not sure how good was the cleaning of the room. The elevator was making horrible noise too when it was stopping, sounding that the metal ropes are going to brake at any moment.

It was a pleasant overnight stay. The staff was very accommodating and pleasant. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The continental breakfast was very good and they had a nice girl replenishing the breakfast items continuously. It was a pleasant experience and we will be back.

This was a great experience for my family driving in from Boston. We visited sesame place which was also a great experience. The pool is small sad we didn’t get to use it even though it was available. The staff were nice, the staff that sets up breakfast she was very attentive to the kids. She gave out lollipops they loved that. I had no issues until last night the tub was not letting water out . So the shower experience kinda sucked being that my feet were covered in water. The parking was easy very available and overall good experience. Rooms were nice sized and the tub has Netflix so was able to login to my account, the wifi was also great and working for my wfh laptop and children’s tablets.

I have to make two points about the room for my stay. 1, the toilet needs to be changed because I've never seen a toilet that low in my life. I'm 74 and had a hard time standing up from the toilet. 2, the pillows were really terrible in the lack of comfort. so for the toilet and the pillows get a 0000. Sorry!!!

The toilet in room 222 ran all night after using it at 1:00 am. At 6:30 am I awoke to the smell of coffee and called the front desk. I was told that maintenance would not be in until 8:00 am and that I could not move rooms due to full bookings. I was offered a plunger. I could not use the facilities in the room without creating a health hazard. The front desk gave me a main Marriott number and not the extension of the local manager. At 8:00, no one checked on my situation. When I checked out at 9:30 I was cheerfully asked how my stay was. There were no notes put in my file. I was offered more points. This was a lousy offering for poorly trained staff and a poorly run facility. I am in customer service. If I treated my clientele with such utter disregard, I’d be unemployed.
