Marvellous stay in excellent boutique in the heart of Porto's old town. The staff were very friendly and attentive. The breakfast was great and the honesty bar is a neat extra. I recommend the place very highly.

Our stay here was amazing. The staff makes you feel like a 5 star guest, service was awesome. They sat down with us every evening to take our breakfast orders, refilled our individual water pitchers and left truffles every night, and kept the key while we went out (someone will answer the front door for you, reception is 24 hours). Room was spotless, and our balcony view on the fifth floor was phenomenal! Large, comfy bed, great shower, robes and slippers. Really cannot recommend enough.

A jewel in Old Town Porto! Beautiful , clean and service was impeccable. So special! They go above and beyond and breakfast with silver and china was such a European touch .. bar and library in living room with cozy fireplace ! Location convenient to everything! Highly recommend!!

If I could give M Maison Particuliere 6 stars, I would. This place is indescribable - an oasis of tranquility and luxury on a busy street in the heart of historic Porto. What made the place magical, beyond the carefully curated ambience of a fully restored 15th century mansion, was the amazing staff that tended to your every need and made you feel like a guest in their home instead of a guest in a fancy hotel. We absolutely loved this place, possibly even more than Porto itself, and it's given us a reason to return to rediscover its charms. Can't recommend this place with enough enthusiasm. Stay here and experience your own magic.

We absolutely loved everything about this boutique hotel. It is so beautiful and the staff were incredibly accommodating and kind. The location is perfect, conveniently in middle of everything yet the minute you step inside there is immediate quiet and calm. We would absolutely stay here again.

We are extremely grateful to Marco and his team for a wonderful stay at this hotel. We stayed for an extended period here with our young son. Staff were very warm and thoughtful throughout. Our room was beautifully decorated and well-appointed to accommodate our baby's needs. The hotel itself is well located for immediate access to old town excitement or onward travel to historical towns in the region and the seaside of Foz and Matosinhos. We recommend unreservedly!

Don't hesitate for a minute. If you are coming to Porto, stay here! It was just a stunning place, full of lovely aesthetic details, in the best location for waking around, the bed and bedding made it feel like sleeping on a cloud, but the staff are the best of all! They made the beginning of my overseas trip run incredibly smoothly so that I could just enjoy Porto, helped me find everything I was looking for, and a special thank you to Susana 💛 I definitely want to come again and thank you all so much!

Loved the history of the property. Was in the heart of the action but quiet as well. The staff was very helpful. The room was wonderful with a private courtyard and a tile mosaic from the 15th century. Had port and "nata" waiting for us in our room on arrival. Overall a beautiful facility.

Great boutique hotel with excellent location. Spacious suite with colourful decoration. Only problem was the broken wifi. And there could be little more privacy in the toilet area in the room. The breakfast is great as you can preorder what you want and the time you prefer. The service was so friendly that this place feels really special. I higly reccomend this hotel when you visit beautiful Porto! Short walk to the river and to all main sights.

The property is fantastic. It is a very intimate boutique hotel with a real touch of hospitality that we have not experienced in a while. The location is central with quick access to local restaurants and cultural experiences. The street aka “flower street” is very lively and still quaint. We were facing the street and every night enjoyed live music from our balcony but were never worried about too much noise as the artists called it a night by 10. Will definitely stay here when in Porto again

An amazing hotel a tribute to the rich history of the country. The owners Marco and Ana along with staff Ana and Sergio were the friendliest most attentive ever they made the trip exceptional!!!! They are are also dog friendly and our dog Phoebe was treated like a guest. Stay at this boutique hotel you will see how special it is! Also the breakfast is exceptional!!!! If I could give 100 stars I would!!! ❤️

Me and my wife spent four nights there one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. Staff was great about communicating on arrival details and even made dinner reservations for us before we checked in. Our breakfast was personally prepared every morning and the staff overall could not have been more helpful. Stay was a 10 out of 10 will definitely stay here again if Porto.

This is a gem of a hotel! It is perfectly located and minutes from all the key sights. The hotel is simply lovely and all the staff were friendly and knowledgeable. The room was super comfortable and the balcony to the square was an added bonus. Breakfast is made-to-order and delicious! I would stay here again!!

If you enjoy excellent service with the comfort of home, then you must stay here. The breakfasts were delicious and made to order. The furnishings and artwork were opulent. The location of the property is in the heart of the historic district, close to all attractions. Honestly, it was very hard to leave. Thank you Marco and staff. You are amazing. We will never forget our stay and your kindness.

Two couples traveling together found this hotel to be a wonderful option for Porto. The bed, linens, shower were all of high standard. We appreciated the sound-proofing - the location on a pedestrian street might have been loud, but we didn't hear a peep. Made to order breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The location was perfect for exploring Porto. We loved our stay at this wonderfully-managed hotel and encourage others to make this choice!

Hotel was amazing. Unfortunately, there was an issue with air quality. The neighbouring property had a charcoal oven that’s exhaust was being drawn in by the hotel’s air system. Midway through our stay our room smelt like a campfire which dramatically impacted our experience. The air was not acceptable and we had to sleep with the windows wide open on a loud street. The hotel staff indicated that this is a recent issue and they were looking to resolve. The hotel is simply fabulous it is disappointing our experience was diminished by this issue.

The hotel is a small elegant guest hotel with opulent, comfortable furnishings. Extremely comfortable bed and wonderful shower. Lovely garden view but unfortunately, could not be accessed due to nearby construction hazards. The front room is a great place to relax w friends and fellow travelers. The made-to-order breakfasts were fantastic. The warm and well- trained staff is outstanding and caters to every detail to make sure you have a wonderful stay. Perfection!
