I booked 3 rooms for 2 nights. Positive: * Staff was very professional and very attentive. * Place was big with lots of activities * Food was good. Buffets have a lot of choice. * service was excellent * clean rooms Negative: * resort was way overcrowded. *Adult pool was overcrowded and dirty. * Pool had 80% men staring at us the whole time * People swimming in pool with regular cloths on. * drinks and cocktails selection are limited with them being watered down. * no bathroom or bed room amenities. * beach access no life guard and when you step on to the beach you get harrased by locals. Overall it will be a great place if they only allow people who stay overnight and not allow anyone on day pass. Cost of everything is a bit too high for resorts in Sri lanka.

The property was clean and the service was excellent. Special mention to the head chef and staff at dining. The food was excellent at or above international standards. I loved the food and drinks here along with excellent customer service. Looking forward to coming back here and enjoying the wonderful hospitality of this place!!

Fantastic beach. This hotel is the worst riu I’ve been at. We didn’t sleep at all due to the barking dogs in the street. The restaurants called a la carte at actually buffets as well and were limited in their operation. The staff was courteous and kind. The cleaning was done well. The location too close to a main road is a serious problem here through

Cleanliness, food, pools and most important the staff. Always attentive, eager to help, smiling and look like they enjoy themselves while Mali g you very welcome. The dining room and specially crew were great. The pool crew did an excellent job. Room was clean by wonderful attentive personnel.

Really nice stay, i recommend this hotel. Very clean, the staff is awsome. Food can be dry sometime, but overall the food is very great. There is a nice bar in the pool.Alchol choice is somewhat limited. The beach is perfect, its clean and sandy. There is some locals, on the beach who will push the usual stuff they all sell but, if you say "no thanks" they won't annoy you more than that.

Overall the hotel was brilliant. Friendly staff, food, rooms, pools. I think I am being really picky by saying there was a small amount of mould between the tiles in the bathrooms. I will be returning to this hotel though!!!!

Absolutely relaxing from the moment of arrival until departure. We arrived an hour before checking and we’re graciously quickly checked in. Rooms are modern, clean and efficient. The food is very good quality and there is regular variety. The pools are pristine, and the pool bar is great. The beach itself is touch and go, so many stick to the pools. Really nothing bad to say about this hotel and their staff - it is an absolutely marvelous experience.

Some of the facilities are closed by using COVID-19 as an excuse. For instance, after hour meal service would have been open pretty easily. Also, no snacks provided in bars. In general, the Rooms are pretty basic. No electric kettle or coffee making facilities. I doubt that rooms are in 5 start rating. The food is also average. Spread is quite poor and taste is also questionable. Pool is good also the pool bar is amazing.

As it was new it was very clean, it looks very big but once you were there for a while you got used to the space. Separate seating for dining if you wanted to eat in Air con or outside.

The property is only 3 years old so all is working well, the staff are GREAT. I was at first a little worried about the quality of the food being all inclusive but is was great. An excellent range of food that was different daily. They have there own pastry kitchen - dessert were great, really everything out of that part of the kitchen was exceptional.

Overall a great experience. Friendly and welcoming staff. They have 3 or 4 swimming pools, with a kids pool with slides and stuff as well. The buffet had lots and lots of items and was really amazing, (befitting the rate they charge). Although they dont keep any fresh juices even in breakfast. (They should be there for the amount they charge in my opinion). They do serve beers and basic wines inclusive. The pool and beach bars make cocktails and other drinks which tasted like concentrated syrup. We tried a lot of different drinks and all of them were probably the worst drinks Ive ever tasted.Rooms and facilities are great. No sauna or steambath and all that I think. Service by staff is very good. Pool is open till 8pm which was great for swimming after sunset. They have shades and umbrellas by the poolside beds, we needed them because it was raining but unfortunately theyre perforated and only for sunshine, rain just falls through them. Overall I think it could be better for the price they charge.

Food was good (not great), staff were nice and friendly but the hotel was totally overrun over the weekend by a hundreds of locals which descended in a group that completely changed the relaxed dynamic of the hotel: groups of men playing volleyball in every swimming pool so unable to swim with small kids as they would get bashed upon, people spitting and clearing their noses into the pool, showering and washing fully clothed in the rinse off showers. Overall not very pleasant at all and we took to hiding out in the room instead.

We only had a 2 night stay for a little relax after 9 days travelling around Sri Lanka. It was exactly what we needed! Hotel was quiet as not main season, weather was still nice and easy to get a sunbed which makes a change. Hotel is gorgeous and excellent value for money. Food on the al a carte menu is worthy of a Michelin star in my opinion, and the staff were very attentive. Would definitely go back!
