Great location, rite next to Penninsula State park. Nice garden setting, very friendly staff.

Quiet for the most part. I wouldn’t say it’s a “resort, more a motel. Some bugs in our room but nothing crazy. Easy checkin and check out. Parking is a tad awkward but there isn’t alot of space to change it. Location is great. Bathroom could use a full curtain. We enjoyed our stay.

The room was clean but very outdated. The AC unit is old & really couldn't keep up with the hot day. There was a dehumidifier in the room which was needed but also produced a ton of hot air blowing in the room. The freezer worked but the refrigerator was more like a cooler. Almost everything in the room, furniture etc has seen better days. The shower water temp went from freezing cold to boiling hot with no warning & no adjustment.

I called at 3:40 to let the staff know we were running late. The woman who answered (I’m sorry I forgot to ask your name!) removed all of the day’s stress by being so sweet and pleasant and making it no big deal that we were behind schedule! We pulled up around 6:30pm, to find our room ready and waiting for us!
The rooms are as stairs as cleanliness being a major point of pride, but let me tell you it FELT clean! The next day I ran into one of the housekeeping staff (I believe her name was Janice and am sorry if I got it wrong) who was equally sweet! She took the time to give me a brief tour of the property as well as show me the bulletin board with all of the local events as well as her personal recommendations! She was very personable and accommodating, first asking if our room needed anything! During the tour, I found the property to be comfortable and feeling kind of “lived in”, but simultaneously modern, clean and well-kept! It’s impressive to balance a feeling of homey comfort while keeping things clean, orderly and well-maintained!
We received clean towels every morning, enjoyed being able to log in to our favorite streaming channels and the water pressure in the bathroom was perfect (no weak streams or cold temperatures)!
Checking out was just as easy checking in! I’m sorry I didn’t catch this woman’s name again but she was so sweet in chatting for a minute, thanking me for staying even through we hadn’t had a chance to chat before this, and nearly insisting I take

All great!

It is right off of Hwy 42 with a very small parking area. The room was clean, just very small. The office setup was confusing to find someone because when you drive into the little lot and there wasn't any signage. I went in through one door that said office but once in walked in there was nothing stating which door. The location was nice because it's on the north end of Fish Creek and close to Ephraim. Overall I probably would not stay there again.

The property is beautiful and in a peaceful location. The owners are very kind and helpful. It was a delightful stay!

Very cozy cabin-style accomodations. We had the "Anniversary Suite" which is the house on the property. The place was clean and comfortable, and right in the center of Door County with easy access to several of the towns. The owners were also very friendly and caring about their property. Will definitely stay again.

The room was clean and sanitized. The owners are very nice people. The place gives a "quaint" vibe but while still being up to date.

Peninsula Park View is a taste of the "old Door County" that I remember from growing up. Our sweet proprietors focused on service, cleanliness and making sure we were fully comfortable. Our room was charming, quiet, and the beds were comfy. Wisconsin hospitality at it's finest!

The property is older but quaint. Located across from a park. We couldn't take advantage of it, but it looked great, and they have bikes to use. It's on a busy corner with heavy traffic and near a small airport so that was noisy, also. The staff and owners were friendly and helpful.

We basically just slept here for 3nights. We left every morning before coffee was served at 8 am and returned in the evening. Did not take advantage of the swimming pool or any other facilities.

Initially was looking for a B&B.. turns out they didn’t have breakfast, only coffee. Which is fine.
Pool was SO cold. They don’t have pool towels. And resort is right off 42, so quite noisy.
Bathroom is small in room 3, with a small stand up shower, maybe 4x4.
For the area, this place is not worth the price.
Just wouldn’t go back.

The place was super quaint. Had old school charm but still nice soft towels and comfy beds. Super close to the park. Staff was amazing. Great place for dogs and kids too.

The shower was as small as showering in a casket. The room was not cleaned during my stay. It took 2 days to get new towels despite putting the wet towels in the bucket outside. The fridge in the room froze my soda, lunch meat and salads. The toilet was too close to the wall. I had to empty the dehumidifier every day and it spilled all over the floor every time. NOT A GOOD VALUE

We were pleasantly surprised by the property, service and cleanliness. IWe travel 3/4 months a year. I never found a room that was as clean as this one. Perfectly appointed. Property was immaculate. Looked like a Park! The owner, wife and all of the staff went out of their way to make our stay something special. We will be back soon!!

Amazing staff, nice quiet place. Only request I would make is to note on the reservation page if the pool is not-operating.

I travel a lot for business and have not seen a hotel with such a hypersensitivity to the COVID 19. Not sure if its because of the owners living in a small town or just an extra sensitive approach.

Very nice little area to stay. Clean too. If you need a place to stay this is a good one. And very close to drive-in theater.

Staff is super welcoming. Place could use an update....new windows and air conditioners would be nice. Pool was clean. Parking is a bit tight. Coffee and a breakfast treat each morning was nice. Free bike rentals was awesome and they are great bikes. Beautiful flowers and landscaping. Would stay again!

Very quaint and cute. Our room was immaculately clean. Grounds are beautiful and we'll maintained. This was our second time here. Only complaints are hearing the frequent slamming of screen doors by our neighbors early in the morning which is out of owner's control and the overall lack of space to store suitcases, toiletries, etc. Overall still a wonderful place to stay.

We booked here last minute, needing a place on short notice with two beds. The staff was soooo kind, but the place was quirky. You had to ask for simple amenities like ice, coffee and the morning Kringle. That made it feel like you were staying at the home of someone who was kind of stingy. You go to a window (not open until 8:00 a.m.) and they hand you a tiny portion of coffee, Kringle or ice.
Bikes were free to ride (no helmets), but also had a lot of rules (sign up in advance, etc.). We didn’t use them.
There were more rules about how to leave the sheets and towels (all Covid precautions), but at $200/night, it felt very overdone. A window in our room was cracked. The bathroom sink drained ever so slowly. The smoke alarm in our room went off for no reason and wouldn’t turn off. It was only at 9:15, but after a long day, we’d just fallen asleep. After a call to management, a very nice person arrived after about 25 minutes and was so kind (thank goodness the blaring had stopped). For a place so safety conscious about cleaning…the smoke alarm last had attention in 2008 according to what the staff member said. Just a quirky place overall. Likely would not stay again.

Location was perfect, staff was very helpful with suggestions. Met all expectations for long weekend get-away trip.

Limited times for check in and not accommodating for early check in.

Clean. Staff was helpful.
Unfortunately they double sold and didn't have our room available. They bounced us between multiple rooms to fit us in. It was inconvenient, and disruptive to our plans, but we appreciate that they made it work, and double cleaned to accommodate us, even through Expedia made an error when booking.

We stayed in the Garden Suite. The room was spacious and had a small kitchen, dining room table , and a parking spot right outside the door. We would definitely stay there again.
