Water never really got hot at 1 am or 9 am. The room was very dry yay no humidity but too dry. Very nice room large bathroom nice size shower. Huge TV pool area looked nice but we didn't have time to use it. Breakfast was pretty basic but didn't put you on the road with an empty stomach.

Check-in was easy. Manager was friendly and helpful. Our room was quiet and well equipped. My issue was the stained carpet. It was a fist-sized black stain smack dab in the middle of the room. It’s a simple fix! Ugh. Our other challenge was no hot water in the shower. But Hot water flowed from the sink faucet! How is that possible? But we didn’t allow those obstacles to mar our experience. It is quiet and a safe location for moms traveling with their children. We appreciated the mini food mart. The kids enjoyed selecting ice cream sandwiches. Also, next door is a fun burger joint serving craft beer.

We were there for the Cincinnati (Tennis) Open so we were not on the premises much. Rooms were comfy & clean. Breakfast was good. Proximity to venue was good. Staff was very friendly & nice.

The customer service was excellent. The room was very clean. Cookies at the entrance was a nice touch... And they were my favorite, delicious! The only draw back was the distance to get to restaurants and stores. It's kinda in a business district. But all in all my stay was great.

The property itself was nice and the room was clean however, the beds were TERRIBLE. It felt like sleeping directly on the box spring the mattresses were so hard. Also the complementary breakfast was subpar at best. Limited food options, which included no protein (no bacon, sausage, etc. options). The quality of the food was poor as well. For the price we paid $971.97 for 3 nights, the quality of every aspect of our stay should have been execellent! I'm a HHonors member and I've never had an experience litke this at one of their properties.

Mold in shower in the corners. Bleach would take care of that if not putting new grout otherwise clean but not attractive. Also beside TV under the counter there was trash behind the waste basket. Cleaning person emptied waste basket but didn’t check floor.

Was put in a room where the toilet did not work and there was garbage in the trash can. Called the front desk and they acted like they didn’t even work at the hotel. It was really weird. Eventually said they would come look at toilet. Never came. Had to personally go to front desk to get someone to come. Toilet couldn’t be fixed. They switched us rooms with no apologies. The new rooms door looked like it had been broken into before so safety was quite a concern. Breakfast had very little selection. Not a great experience all around.

I was disappointed in the overall cleanliness and condition of the property. Also, I had difficulty checking in when I was told that my prepaid room was not yet paid for. It was paid for through Expedia, and they claimed the payment did not transfer to their system. Initially I was told I would have to pay for the room again. After some time, they were able to find my payment and I was checked in. The staff member was polite throughout the initial difficulty.

We attended a Xavier Basketball game and stayed for a night. The room was clean, the hotel location was convenient. There were only very small issues with a light in the bathroom not working and the bathroom door was missing some hardware. We would stay here again.

Breakfast items were very limited and the staff seemed flustered. One guest asked if there was any more oatmeal and it’s like they took it to the back room and added water. There were no eggs and someone had to ask, then they opened the bag and made some. No variety of tea, coffee was cold,….just seemed off for a Hampton. Questionable English speaking, so not sure they fully understand what guests were requesting. Disappointing Hampton stay since this was a surprise little getaway for my husband, traveling south.

This is not a typical Hampton Inn that we have always found to be a 4/5 star lodging. It seems that the manager isn’t aware of many basic needs and hasn’t trained the desk staff adequately as the young man who was there at our check-in was unable to answer some of the most basic questions we had. This was a disappointing stay after previous stays at a Hampton Inn in Carlisle, PA

My ac made tons of noises throughout the night , definitely needs fixed. I could not get any sleep. Upon arrival, my tv did not work . No other room was offered instead the front desk said maintenance was coming. 20 mins later there was no one. I end up finding the issue.
