Our check in time was supposed to be at 3 pm, our room wasn’t ready until after 5:30 pm, when I got to the room people was still cleaning and floor was all wet, the beds was good, soft pillows but just one very thin wore blanket , the room has a very strong smell like an old house been abandoned, we decided to check out before 7 am even though the time is 11 am, just couldn’t be there anymore. Over all , so bad experience and hope not to go back ever

Very disappointing, it started with a very unfriendly staff member at checkin. Got to our room which was surprisingly tiny for what was considered a suite. The T.V. didn’t work and had to go back to the desk. Asked unfriendly staff member to address the problem. Next surprise, for a suite with a kitchen there were non of the following present: plates, glasses, utensils, toaster, coffee maker…everything that is typically included with a suite. Came to find out later you can get these items at an additional charge. The bed was a glorified cot with 2 pillows and what I can only describe as a hospital quality blanket. You can see this in the picture attached. Attempted to call down to the front desk for additional pillows and no answer, no one was manning the desk to address the request. The walls and floors are extremely thin, as we heard everything going on in the room above us. The next morning after a horrible night sleep, we went to the lobby to get a cup of coffee…since no coffee maker was provided in the room. Came to find that the coffee only had powdered creamer but, no sugar to be offered. I asked a staff member if there was any sugar and the staff member said that it was stolen. At checkout there was still no one manning the desk and the man that was taking out the trash took the key cards. Exhaust all your other options when staying in this area, as I will never stay here again.

The hotel was dirty and there was a lot of noise from people staying there. It smells a lot like cigarettes.

I must admit this hotel was amazing and the staff was great. I was in town for NASCAR weekend and the facility was great. Easy check in the room was great. I’d definitely book again at this location.
3.2
It was convenient and a good price.

Last minute quick trip

Ok

Had to call and wait 10 minutes for someone to come to the front desk to check us in. It has metal beds that reminds you of camp. There is wood look flooring which made it loud and could hear people walking. It seemed safe and was in a decent area close to shops and restaurants. It is inexpensive. Lots of cigarette

It was ok

Horrible service, lies from expedia about check in time. Booked a room but was told the booking disappeared when I arrived at the hotel and that nothing could be done except I book another room.
3.2
It needed to be cleaner.

The place was dirty and smelled like cigarette smoke. Extra costs for utensils and kitchen essentials. Shower had black mold and hole in wall. Walls are thin. I heard everything happening in the next room.
3.2
Bland! No one was at the front desk anytime we were there. Had to call & wait for service. Only light in room was over head. Very bland.

We actually left at 1130pm and drive 2 hours home. There was a dead roach on the bathroom counter. There were trucks revving their engines all night and my kid couldn’t fall asleep. There were sticky sneaker prints all over the floor. You get what you pay for.

No one bothered me. I came and went without issue. The sensors in the room turned lights on in the middle of the day which was annoying. They were too bright and I had to get up to turns them off again but with more movement would turn them on again. I've never seen this...

I love the access i have the managers and my room. I plan on living here for a while

This is a privately owned property, so you can tell that some TLC has been put into this place. It has a discount vibe, with some patches in the wall here and there, but the room is clean and has everything you need for a quick or extended stay. The hallway and elevator do have a slight smoke smell, but once you get past that and into your room, it doesn’t matter or really affect your stay. Thanks for having us!
3.2
Dirty. Cigarette burns all over, especially in the bathroom. Side door to parking lot broken. No security. Guest were smoking pot just outside the main lobby. No coffee available. Two thumbs down.
3.2
Very loud all night. Called front desk numerous times and nothing was done. Jumping, banging and moving furniture around that shook the entire room, making it impossible to sleep. When I called front desk they sometimes didn’t answer and when they did they said they would talk to them but nothing changed.
3.2
Clean, quiet and convenient.

It served its purpose as a roof over our head for a night but there was a patched hole in the shower wall, bathroom countertops and tub were burned from what I'm assuming was repetitive use of drug paraphernalia. The bathroom door handle was broken. The screen was torn. The paint/plaster was peeling in the bathroom. Otherwise it was as clean as it probably could be an having a full size fridge and some electric burners could be very convenient though we didn't need them. This is a 2-star hotel and I'd say even that may be a generous rating. Maybe other rooms/areas with WoodSpring Suites are a bit better?

Elevator buttons broke. Had to use stairs. None of snack or beverage machines worked.

The Good:I stayed here for over 2 weeks in January. It’s a nice hotel in a nice quiet area. There are every kinds of stores and restaurants within 3 miles, including a Buffalo Wild Wings=2 minute walk away. The staff is nice. The people staying there are nice. My room had a full size fridge And an electric 2 burner stovetop. Full size microwave above the stove and cabinets. Bathroom was ok. The room was comfortable. The Bad:Floor is all tile. No carpeting. So you could hear every sound from other rooms above you and around you. Roaches. I didn’t really read the reviews before checking in. I read them after I checked in. I saw a few reviews complain about roaches. I was wonder what they were talking about. I hadn’t seen a roach in my first 2 days there. But on my 3rd day, I started seeing about 2 everyday. I was able to kill them, but it became uncomfortable. I had to make sure they weren’t getting into my stuff so that I wasn’t taking any with me when I left. I was on the 2nd floor. The elevator button on the 2nd floor to signal for elevator to come to the 2nd floor was mashed in and broken. So you couldn’t get the elevator on the 2nd floor unless you went down to the 1st and brought it up. I informed the staff about that on the 2nd day, they said it had been like that for a long time.they Couldn’t get the part to fix it. Overall the hotel is not too bad. Otherwise I wouldn’t have stayed for 15 days. But I don’t think I’m ever going back to it again.

The only redeeming value is that you can walk to a number of restaurants.
It's a welfare hotel. Need I say more?

Where do I even start? I was greeted at the front door by what I assumed to be a feral child only to turn the corner and see an off the clock hotel staffer and her friends drinking and partying with two small children in the lobby on a Thursday night.
I then went to let my dog use the bathroom and had to dodge a massive puddle of vomit on the sidewalk.
We got off the elevator to a strange man just sitting there, entered a room that smelled like I don't even know.
The beds appeared clean as well as the shower but that was it. The floor was covered in dirt, there were boogers smeared on the walls, feces and blood all over the bathroom walls and floor.
If it wasn't 17 degrees out and I didn't have a dog, I would have just slept in my car somewhere before subjecting myself to this. I always heard about crack hotels and will forever be traumatized by the 8 hours I spent in this one.

I would not ever stay here again, or recommend any one stay here. There was bugs in our room- some dead some alive. After contacting the manager, he came down and made an excuse about them just spraying earlier that week, but apologized because it should have been cleaned up. Said the best he could do was give us some money back "maybe".I have not seen a credit on my card yet. A lot of noise all thru the night, from the hallway, above us, and beside us. Elevator had no buttons to go up or down on the second floor so you had to use stairs. Room had no tissues, and only about 1/3 roll of toilet paper and no spare. I was highly disappointed & disgusted by this room. I would highly recommend staying away from this place.

The staff was friendly! The young lady that checked us in and out was very helpful and accomodating!

the halls smelled of pot on our floor..the staff werent not rude but not one word was spoken except telling us our room number .
when leaving the elevator on the second floor had no buttons..had to go down the stairs without my luggage , leaving it unattended , to activate the elevator from the first floor.
the front area was closed so could not report this to any staff
