Perfect location. Few 100 yards from Rialto Bridge.
Amazing apartment.

NOTE: there is not sufficient room in this little square to explain the entire cause of my dissatisfaction. In brief. I rented and paid in advance for a two-room apartment for two, with one bed in the bedroom and a convertible couch in the living room. But it was impossible for my companion and me to pull the couch open; and there was no bedding to use, even if one person slept on the closed couch. When I phoned for assistance, reception insisted I was in the wrong for expecting to use the couch for sleeping, as they had assumed both of us would sleep in the same bed.An absurd and defenseless argument, as I pointed out, as I had rented the space containing the couch, expecting to use it. Reception then refused to send any assistance. So I insisted that I was and am due a significant refund as I was being denied what I paid for. She said to call you. This resulted in the offer of $100 reduction in my NEXT rental with your company. This is obviously unacceptable. I paid 350 euros a night and got half the value. I expect better from you. BTW, we froze and are now ill.

The living was not as expected as seen in photos. Very disappointing

Very nice property right in the middle of Venice and next to water way stop

San Teodoro Palace in Venice boasts an unbeatable location. A quick 5-minute water taxi ride from the station to Rialto station, followed by a short, flat 3-minute walk, gets you to the property without needing to cross the Rialto Bridge. The apartment had a cooling system, although it lacked a fan, but we truly appreciated the cool rooms during Venice’s scorching heat and humidity. Just a 5-minute walk away is Susso, the best gelato in all of Venice. While there’s no laundry facility in the building, and we didn’t spot a laundromat nearby, the proximity to major attractions, the two-bedroom layout, and the Venetian-style apartment with a cooling system were the highlights of our stay.

I liked this place! We stayed in unit 503 which is perfect for a family. Overall it was spacious, clean and nice. The best part of this place is the location!! Its right by rialto bridge, shopping and plenty of places to eat i loved this place called Da Mamo. The only problem we had was one of the breakers broke the day we were leaving but the staff is very quick to communicate and they allowed me a later check out and opened another apartment so that we didnt have to shower in the Dark. Overall very memorable stay for me and my family.

The location is great, the city is beautiful and ugly at the same time.
It’s very impressive to be there but the people/ workers/ delivery very rude and aggressive.
The city is not welcoming tourists I believe we should stop visiting there because of all the fees and extra charges the city takes.
If you ask my opinion
Not worth the hassle and your money

We were pleasantly surprised with the quality of this apartment. Other reviews haven't been very complimentary, but we found our apartment to be very clean and cool. It's also very quiet. The primary bed was very comfortable. This was one of the cheaper options we found in Venice and we're glad we booked it. We'd recommend it if you are looking for a place a few minutes walk from St. Marks Square.

Great location 2 minutes away from the vaporeto stop and 10 minutes walking distance from Plaza de San Marco.

Apartments are really convenient, close to Rialto Bridge. Rooms were large and clean. We did have some security concerns with main door often being left open and apartment doors opening without needing the code.

Pretty place in a great location

The apt was old and dated (1980s decore) in comparison to the description. Apt had musky vibe and did not include the bedding required of 5 beds. My two (almost adult) kids had sleep in same pullout couch, which was on the end of its life. The location was great, but at the cost of the place expected a much modern place with the number of beds described. I would not stay again

This was our best surprise during the entire trip. The apartment is insanely well located and is absolutely huge! The beds are very comfortable, the bathrooms/showers are great and everything is very spacious. There is a functional kitchen with a relevantly big (and very functional) minibar. This is definitely a hidden gem in Venice. The only "downside" which did not really matter to us is that the TV in the living room was not working and the decoration was pretty old/fancy. Anyway, this is a 5 out of 5.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at San Teodoro Palace Luxury Apartments in Venice, and I must say, it was a fantastic experience, especially for family travel. The location is incredibly convenient, being close to public transportation, which is a huge advantage if you're traveling with heavy luggage. The proximity to transport services made our travels around the city stress-free and straightforward. The apartments themselves are luxurious, offering ample space and comfort for the whole family. I highly recommend San Teodoro Palace Luxury Apartments for anyone visiting Venice, particularly those with children and lots of baggage. Their facilities and location make for a hassle-free and delightful stay.

We had an incredible stay and would definitely recommend. The apartment was very clean, great location, and nothing too much trouble. Arranged a cot for us and everything.

The main room was excellent, the second bed was very uncomfortable (couch) beside that everything else great

The apartment itself was fabulous and clean. The entry into the apartment looked a little sketchy and the doors had to be slammed hard to lock. Not good when coming in/leaving very early or late. But, once inside, everything was fantastic! Even though the elevators were tiny and slow, they were much appreciated with all the luggage for a family of 5!

Loved this place. So close to Rialto B ferry station. So many places within walking distance!

Great location, very busy and noisy but the windows are very effective at blocking out the noise. Functional kitchen but lacking in basics - e.g. salt, sharp knife, anything to cook eggs with. I don’t know what people do in these places to make the walls so filthy but it needs painting badly. The bathrooms are clean and nice.

Enjoyed all the elbow rooms, but could have been cleaner

This hotel is very centrally located, 1min walk from the water taxi, which is very convenient as in Venice you have to walk your luggage to your stay after getting off from the Water Taxi. The rooms are big and spacious. They have small kitchen and laundry, which was very handy. The only downside was that the beds were not that comfortable.

Everything was excellent. Spacious and quiet accommodation right in the heart of Venice!
Just one advice for the cleaners, make sure you close tight all windows. We found a couple of annoying mosquitoes humming in the middle of night. Next morning, we found one window was left ajar behind the curtain.

Apartment is great, clean and spacious. On the downside, there is no reception, and nowhere to store the luggage for the day, unless you pay €20 for a locker nearby.

The worst hotel I have been to!! Surrounding area is very busy ( could be good and bad) with noise at night, and very dirty. It was a little hot at night and we opened the window and the tons of mosquitoes came in and bothered us all night! No cleaning equipments in the unit that it was hard to keep it clean. I would not consider this place for your stay!

We stayed in the San Teodoro Palace Luxury Apartments with our family of 5 for 4 nights. The location was incredibly convenient to public transportation, restaurants, cafes and major attractions. The beds were comfortable and there was enough space for everyone. The kitchen was well stocked and helped us eat our dinners in after long days of sightseeing. A Mimi mart and the rialto fish market are a 2-5 min walk to buy groceries. This place is incredible. The only down side was our own fault. We slept with the windows open the first night and were reminded that Venice is built on a lagoon as 40 mosquitoes entered the apartment and bit us for days. Once the windows were shut and the floor cooler was operating it wasn’t an issue any more. Our unit even had a patio on the roof overlooking the city it was incredible to eat cannolis and drink wine out there in the evenings. Incredible experience and we’d stay again and recommend it to anyone.
