I've stayed here before and it was unorganized and outdated. the updates are nice and staff seems calmer and more organized. you can tell its under new management.

Has ant problems really bad was on my bed an had broken bed was asked if wanted move but was really late an had a lot of things so refused other than that great staff

We found this hotel so dirty and smell so disgusting around property. We book for 2 night , after our arrival on property ,all our group found this hotel doesn’t meet the standard hotel service and lacking cleanness, so we decided to cancel & move to different hotel close by . Now we are requesting hotel to release our refund & improve your promise to serve clean and wel coming services. So future clients doesn’t have go through same situation. God bless you all , stay smart with false promises pictures hotels provide in ad . Thsnx

The tv doesn’t work . The toilet doesn’t work, pipes in sink doesn’t work . The pool it close , the summer is not end..

We booked this location bc of the pool and breakfast included. Both were a disappointment. The pool was closed for maintenance when we arrived. Breakfast was very basic with no hot water for tea, damp, half stale bagels, and no consideration for nut allergies. There was a variety of muffins, bear claw croissants, and toast to choose from. The hotel itself looks and smells very clean, the room was clean and was stocked well. It was a grand opening sign so I think it was recently renovated. We wished there was a refrigerator and coffee maker though in the room. And finally, had I known they stand with Israel as they have posted in their window when you check in, I probably wouldn’t have stayed as we stand with Palestine. It was a bit uncomfortable knowing this was Jewish owned and part of my family is Muslim. We were not in any way treated differently, everyone was helpful and kind.

I didn't Like that they didn't have a fridge

Hotel was clean. Staff was excellent. Larger than usual travel toiletries provided. Beds & towels were average comfort for this type of hotel. Hotel appears to have recently opened under this name and some maintenance issues need to be addressed. Not well lit from the road and hard to find driveway after dark. Lighting & security in hotel itself were good.

Room didn’t have much lighting but property has a pool and felt safe.

The property is likely a new used car- it was definitely something else before we stayed there slight renovations but not everything - room smelled of old smoke

Decent hotel for the price

Do not stay here! I was only booked for one night because I had a concert to go to in the area. I arrived at 3:20 pm, check in was at 3:00pm. When I got to my room the door was open and the room wasn't cleaned yet. The hallway was also filthy. I was in a rush for my dinner reservations before the concert, so this was a huge inconvenience, I was given another room. When I went to take a shower, in the new room, there was open and used soap with hair on it, absolutely disgusting. I tried to call the front desk to complain and there was no phone wire from the wall to the phone. We had to track down a maintenance man in the hallway. When brushing my teeth the next morning the sink filled with water and the water wouldn't go down... the sink was clogged. The whole experience was unbelievable, especially when we went to check out and wanted to fill them in at the front desk. I thought it was great when the owner was there so we could let her know exactly what the issues were. My mom, who is 78 years old by the way, showed the owner the picture she took of the dirty soap and the owner asked my mom if that was her soap. My mother got very upset and raised her voice, she could not believe she was being accused of that. There was an argument in the lobby in front of everyone. The owner told us she was not going to help us, "have a nice day and get home safe" . Unbelievable experience... I travel a lot and have never experienced anything like this before.

Staff was friendly. Tv and shower did not work properly but staff was able to fix. People screaming in the hall from 1am-3am!!

WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS IF POSSIBLE. We turned on the shower to wash off our flight and immediately water was spraying wildly in every direction. We had to call maintenance within hours of arriving. Never had to put in a maintenance request at a hotel before. Went downstairs and the guy who seemed to be in charge of maintenance was incredibly rude. He “joked” with me about me paying for the shower, flippantly said “your shower never breaks at home?” no it actually does not. He told me to be patient and we waited over 30 min for a fix. Absolutely unacceptable. We were here to attend a wedding and this shower incident made us miss the shuttle. Our room card only worked half the time. We had to get a new room key 3 separate times during a 4 night stay. On top of all that, other guests told us their room had bedbugs. We’ll be sure to bring our clothes to a laundry mat when we get home and NEVER stay here again or any hotel under the same company.

Really great stay, nice staff, prominent location.

Conditions were terrible, the front desk ladies were rude and unhelpful, i visit that city every two weeks but i’m not gonna stay at this hotel ever again. I wish i could put -100 stars.

Staff was nice but not very knowledgeable about how the hotel ran. No mini fridge in the room. Breakfast was cold. Most likely wouldn’t stay here again.
