The heating system was lacking. A wall unit and a portable heater. The two couldn’t keep the room warm, however the cold overnight temperatures of 10 F didn’t help. Otherwise very good room

The room heater was loud

The manager was very nice and willing to please. The facility was older, but recently refurbished. Our room was neat and had everything we needed; water pressure was good, but the showerhead and faucet had some out of control spraying. Housekeepers need to pay attention to cleaning surfaces that people touch, such as outside of microwave, etc. Convenient to Bryce Canyon NP and Cedar Breaks Natl monument.

We think this hotel is quiet and convenient for 2 star hotel. It provides minimal services. No coffee provided at the office. It is what we expected.

This was a very comfortable room and completely satisfied what I needed at a very affordable price. Nothing super special but very adequate.

Mold in shower, dog area all weeds. The lost our reservation.

For the price it was okay. Manager was friendly and helpful.

There was no breakfast, which I overlooked when booking the room, luckily we had milk and cereal. The dining options for nearby were very limited.

ABSOLUTELY the worst Hotel I have EVER stayed at. Front desk staff spoke NO discernible English, I was traveling on a Motorcycle & never turned down the bed until I was ready for sleep (around 10PM & after the Front desk had closed)..I got into the bed, started to adjust my pillows (about 4/5 of them) when I saw what I thought was Red crumbs ...when I tried to brush them away they didn't move so I had to get out of bed, turn on the lights, moved the other pillows away from the headboard AND THEN I REALIZED THAT THE RED SPOTS WERE "BLOOD" and they reached from one side to the other (at the head of the bed)..I immediately went to the office (CLOSED) & after about 15min. I was able to reach the "only" worker there & demanded to have the sheets replaced OR to put me in another room w/a refund..He started to imply that one of the other (2) buddies I was riding with must have come in the room & left those spots ..AFTER more than 30 minutes he finally got the sheets changed & I was able to get some much needed sleep..BUT I believe that 24hrs later @ my next hotel in Logan, UT.. I contracted "Acute Gastroenteritis" a virus that is "usually" contracted by "physical contact" with the virus & since none of my fellow riders contracted the virus & I was the only one in the party who had an encounter with the "blood spots" I WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN & HOPEFULLY, ANYONE WHO SEES/READS THIS REVIEW WILL NOT STAY HERE EITHER !!

Check out is at 10 not 11 like the listing here says!!
Bad things: Mold in shower tiles. Room didn’t have a counter like it shows in picture. TV could only be watched by one bed at a time. Chairs were super gross.
Good things: There was a lot of space in the room. The guy at the desk was very friendly and helpful. He did let me check out at 11.

Terrible place! Stay away! Dirty room and bedding! They charged us for such a horrible experience, we had to go somewhere else!

The staff is really friendly, a really warm welcome. We have our 2 service dogs and they have a special area. It was so nice, we would love to visit again

While this is an older motel, they had many nice ammenities. Fridge, Microwave, A/C, heater, small fan to use if A/C not needed, nightlight in bathroom, coffe maker, and a nice sized yard behind the building for the dogs to use. Staff was very friendly and accomodating. since it is older, some things could stand to be freshened up and the dog park could stand a mowing but we would stay there again.

We have stayed here five times. Its always been very quiet and clean. The rooms are older but have had a facelift. The beds are a little hard for me. A mattress topper would be nice but that's just me. My husband likes a firm bed. The linens were very comfortable and soft and clean. Nice pillows. The parking is great with the ability to park in front of your door. The manager was very polite and made sure we were happy. I really like this place and I feel safe and enjoy how quiet it is.

It was a very nice location and having the enclosure for dogs is wonderful. The host was amazing. I only wish that I could contact him because I left my cowboy hat in our room. Send it to me

Arrived late but manager met us immediately. Initial impression: “older but not neglected” Updated tiled shower and new fixtures. Beds comfortable. Attentive and accommodating staff. Had no problem with us leaving our dog in room when we went out for a few hours. Will stay again.

The room was fine for a night but the power went out for 3 hours in the middle of the night and without AC the room was very hot. Also the AC provided a buffer from the surrounding noise of the street thin walls. I could hear the person in the next room coughing. Walkable location.

Stayed a short night and for sleeping it’s fine. A typical motel on the road and wouldn’t want to stay longer than necessary.

Great little place. Very clean. Its older but updated. Staff was awesome. Has on site laundry. The ice machine worked! Stayed here for a couple days of fishing. Very satisfied and will use again.

The staff was very friendly. Property was clean and comfortable. The pet area was a great place to let our dog run around for a bit.

We were so pleased with this property. The inside of our unit was updated and well managed. They had a bag of rags for cleaning up any spills or messes, a coffee maker, a microwave, a fridge, a standing fan, air conditioning and heating units. Our particular room was a stand alone unit with its own little front yard and outdoor seating area. It was perfect for a nights stay. We would come here again if we ever find ourselves in Panguitch.
It’s nothing fancy but it sure is nice for a roadside motel!

An older hotel and it shows, but fantastic for $70/night.

Clean and safe area. Staff excellent! Nothing fancy but very accommodating.

Good place to stay to visit Bryce Canyon.

Check in was super easy and fast. This is a small family run mom and pop kind of motel in a very small town. Room was very small, typical of the type of motel built in the ‘50’s or ‘60’s. Bathroom reminded me of my grandparent’s fixtures in their bathrooms except the toilet was new. Everything was clean and it had what you need for a short stay. This is a great economical place to stay but if you’re looking for modern, then this is not for you.

It was clean but the air conditioner was a bit noisy in our room so hard to stay asleep. But was clean.

Shirt but comfortable stay. Ideally located for many options for adventurers.

We had booked a double queen and they upgraded us for free to a spacious suite with 3 queens. Very friendly staff. It is not fancy, but we loved the laminate floors- so much better than carpet, thoughtful convenience of luggage racks and a table…. Highly recommend this place! They also own Color country across the street-not quite as nice, but clean and our really late check in experience after car break down was awesome!

Little run down butnthe price was reasoable.

This is a clean, quiet motel and the owners are very nice. The room is comfortable and has the amenities you would expect such as coffee maker, small fridge, air conditioner and heater, and even a hair dryer on the wall with a night light on it which was really handy when going to the restroom! This is my third time staying here and will always be my choice when visiting the Panguitch area.

Can’t beat the price but also room is large and comfortable with good beds. Recently remodeled and very clean. I would definitely choose to stay here again.

We like the proximity of the place to Bryce Canyon while being in a small town with some local places to eat. The room was good for a night or two if you are passing through town, but our room was only superficially clean. The person that received us at the front desk was not very accommodating.
