I booked a studio for parents and adult daughter, I saw that reviews were mostly positive with some criticism of the breakfast and swimming pool. The price was so good that I wasn't sure what to expect, but the hotel was great! The studio turned out to be two connecting good-sized double rooms, well appointed, comfortable and warm. Breakfast had plenty of choice of hot and cold food, some items quite different to what I'm used to but easy to find things I liked. The swimming pool was pretty big for a hotel, and we always had it to ourselves. (Several others on hotels.com that appear to have a pool are actually offering use of one somewhere else, check reviews before booking: pool at the Sadova is within the hotel).
Heating in the room is by an air circulation system, which I normally don't like, but this one worked well and was very quiet. There's also a normal radiator in the room and very effective double glazed windows so room should always be warm enough.
The mattresses were quite firm which doesn't bother me but might some people.
Couple of minutes from tram stop and about 8 minutes walk from the marina area, we went for the Christmas market and it was ideal

Great location, friendly and fast service from all team - frontbdesk, restaurant, room service, cleaners.
Pool and sauna are great. We have spend so much time there and it was perfect after exploring the town. Or before.

Nice Breakfast, enjoyed the tea with honey.

It was nice to receive a free bottle of wine upon our arrival. Facilities and breakfast buffet are great too, and the restaurant serves good food. The double bed is small, and the mattress actually extends some 10 cm beyond the edge of the bed, making it uncomfortable and easy to fall out of the bed while sleeping. Problems arose on day 2 and day 3 when housekeeping didn’t bother to make our bed, and when we asked for the room to be cleaned at the reception in the afternoon we came back in the evening to a room uncleaned. We also found blood stains on curtains and in the sheets. The hotel receptionist’s only response when told about this was: “We will make it up to you next time”. Unfortunately, with this level of service provided, I don’t think there will be a next time. Poor cleaning is not what you expect from a 4 stars hotel.

Very good hotel. Priceworthy. Large, nice rooms. Great pool/spa/gym. Nice location. Would choose this hotel again if we go back to Gdansk.

The Hotel was really clean, organised and friendly Staff the only minus was the parking charges that were a bit much and we were never informed of that when we asked about parking, we thought it was included.

I took this hotel because of the sauna, which was not available during my whole stay.

The hotel was in the perfect location to jump on public transport or walk a few minutes into the Old Town. The rooms were clean and comfortable and we had a massage in the spa which were very nice. I would definitely return to this hotel in the future.

Great decor comfy beds and super clean and quiet. Fantastic buffet breakfast and evening meal if required. The staff are very friendly and great location just a short walk to the old town. Hotel also has a swimming pool again excellent.

The pillows could be better and there should be more of them. There was no smart place for bathrobes and towels to dry. the toilet hooks were placed too low. The services could be improved, the staff didn't say hello in the lobby and the bar always looked closed, no staff anywhere.

Very nice and comfortable, very delicious breakfast with a lot of choices, very friendly staff, nice swimming pool

Hotel is modern and new, in a very good location, just 5 minute walk from old town, and many restaurants. Rooms are spacious and fresh. Friendly staff. Our room was quite warm even though we adjusted the air conditioning. Each room has a kettle, which is always nice. I should have requested more pillows as the bed was comfortable to sleep in but not so much to sit an watch TV. The pool is really nice, clean and big enough to have a swim. I would stay again.

Perfect to stay if you want Both spa and Gdansk inner city

Not as good as it looked on paper. Rooms fine and comfortable but things starting to go wrong, doors not closing, window jams on curtain, inside of fridge not fitting. Pool small and cramped, sauna more so. Breakfast overpriced, parking is daylight robbery. Far better value hotels in neigbourhood.

The breakfest was excellent. The hotel was very clean and the food at the resturant was really good. One of the best hotels i have been too. The only thing we think could improve was that the bed was a bit hard. But overall a great hotell that we will come back to.

Very good stay. Close to old town, good breakfast, nice pool, comfortable rooms. Only negative was small gym w/o free weights.

The stay at the hotell was nice. They had pleasant beds, the size of the room was good, breakfast had a good variety of selection.
The only thing that was not good was the Taxi that the hotel ordered for me. It was a pirat taxi and we had to pay more than a normal taxi would cost to the airport.
Would not expect that from a 4 star hotel!
3.0
stayed with young family, nice hotel, nice room, would stay again, 2 things that the hotel should review: 1) in the kids play room, no electrical socket protection, so young kids can stick fingers, mouth etc on live sockets.
2) the swimming pool tiles are lethal, i slipped, my kids slipped, while walking, my child actually had a bad fall, all the tiles around the pool are not non slip as far as i can see. also the little slippers they give you to walk to the pool, there should be signs stating dont wear them in pool area, as they only add to the slipping problem. so just some safteyu issues to work on

The staff was nice. The check-in was perfect, and with an extended check out, everything went perfectly well.
The only thing to criticize is the food. It is not good compared to the restaurants around. This only applies for dinner. Breakfast is nice

Really nice hotel with fabulous choice for breakfast. Having dressing gowns and slippers in the room was a nice touch. Good location and within walking distance of all the sights. Reception staff very helpful. Would recommend.

Walls er pretty tynn and you can hear almoust everything from the room next to you. If you have a noise neighboor who stay opp later in the evenning it will be difficult to sleep. Sauna is small... Max 3 pers and the swimmingpool is only 1.2m high. Breakfast is great and enough for en good start of day.

The hotel is a five minute walk from the centre. The swimming pool is a good size, a little cool when you get in but once you have completed a couple of lengths it is a very good temperature.
Special Mention for Karolina who was very helpful at check-in and check-out day
