We stayed in the 2 bedroom 2 bath cottage. It was spacious and beds were comfortable. Location was perfect for quick access to town and to RMNP. There is some road noise during the day and early evening but not noticeable at night. It wasn’t an issue for us. There were only 2 pans available for cooking, a large pan and a skillet. Owner communicated in advance with check in instructions, location of room, parking and how to contact him for any questions or concerns we may have. We enjoyed our stay.

Clean. Beautiful area with the river right behind the property. Overall, for the price range it was very nice. There were just a few things I didn't really like or would have been nice to have known. Only 3 hangers for 2 bedrooms. 2 spoons. the remote to the tv didn't work. heating was really hard to control temperature. There were floor units with dials but no numbers or thermostat to set temperature so it was hit or miss. And there was a door right next to one bed that went to adjoining place that only had a tiny sliding lock set into the trim to separate the two area which my mom didn't like at all, so we had to set a chair between bed and door so that it couldn't open. Overall, a great place to stay if you know what you are getting. Just a few things could be changed at very low cost to owner to make it a lot better.

Overall a good stay … our cottage had no sink in bathroom so no place to put toiletries , had to wash hands etc in BR sink …had difficulty adjusting heat , no AC.
No office to check in , have to wait to hear from Caleb for instructions. Caleb was very nice , accommodating.

The facility was clean and comfortably . There was a small water leak in the bathroom. The shower was small but usable. Enjoyed my stay.

Perfect place to stay in Estes park!! A good restaurant within walking distance also!

We stayed in the centennial cabin. It was rustic but comfortable and the staff was super nice. Just what we needed and the location couldnt be better.
4.5
Perfect place for a girls trip!!! Beautiful surroundings, good communication, very clean and comfortable! Only complaint is that we needed more coffee and paper cups!!! Asked for more but didn’t get enough. This was a perfect location and highly recommend!

Clean but no A/C

It has access to the river. This property no air conditioning. It has minimal kitchen amenities. Small shower. The bed was ok.
4.5
Property was convenient to stay in when visiting Rocky Mountain National Park. The unit had all the necessities and the staff (Caleb) was very communicative and constantly checking in on my needs.
4.5
This property had a great view and location in Estes Park with an excellent price!
4.5
Very convenient to everything in Estes Park. The owners were very attentive to our needs. They asked us if we needed anything before we has to ask. Great stay!
4.5
Very cute cabin that was comfortable and in a beautiful area right next to a creek.

Communication from owners was good.

The staff Taylor is super friendly and responsive.

Great place to stay! Quiet and near the river, easy to get to. Communication was great too!

We loved the whirlpool in the special room. Delightful for my wife and I. A wonderful place to visit.

We were in Cabin 6 which was quite roomy, We loved sitting on the balcony in the morning looking at & listening to the river while we had our coffee. Easy drive to Estes Park downtown, The Stanley Hotel, & entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park. Wonderful communication with the staff who would briefly check in each day to see if we needed anything.

My husband and i stayed her two nights. They contacted me before i arrived to introduce themselves and see if anything was need for our stay. The cottage itself was so cute. We did not use the kitchen but it had everything for a light meal. The property sits on the water. After a long day of hiking, nothing is better then sitting on the porch listening to the river and not hearing any traffic.
Con: shower was a bit small.

Clean great staff beautiful property

Close to the river

The property was pretty run down. The bed was rickety and felt like it was going to break at any time. The staff is only available from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM so we checked in around 6PM. There wasn’t a hair dryer but we couldn’t inquire because it was after hours and we left early in the morning so we had to buy one at a grocery store.

While the location of this property is ideal for going to Rocky Mountain National Park, it was not the best kept cottage. We stayed in cottage #1 and it was pretty dirty. There were many cobwebs and dusty areas that hadn’t been touched in a long time. We found several spiders in our room as well.
4.5
Close to attractions.

We loved the quaint cabin feel— RIGHT on the river!! The unit we had was the perfect size for 2 people. The staff was very communicative and very helpful when navigating RMNP (4 minutes away). HIGHLY recommend.
4.5
Not many bad things to say really but a couple nasty spiders and a windy door that sounded like someone was trying to get in definitely made the stay a little less comfortable than desired. Other than that the place was great. Very clean and the hot tub was nice but loud so running it after 10pm may be a problem
4.5
Very good location, but my room was very small and everything very old.
4.5
Neat area by the river east to get to and clean
4.5
Great getaway! While dates, everything is clean and cute! The spa tub was great! Great communication from Shane.
4.5
Loved our stay there , it’s an excellent place and well maintained.
4.5
Clean quit place with easy access to the Rocky Mountain National Park.
4.5
Very clean-our unit was roadside but the easy access to the peaceful River and outdoor amenities more than made up for it! Close to downtown and the RMNP. We will definitely book again

Comfortable cabin. Beautiful river view. 5 minute drive to Beaver Point entrance to the park. Wonderful restaurant within walking distance. Only downside was the shower which had extremely poor water pressure. We ended up just doing a quick sponge bath. Everything else was great and super convenient for park access.
4.5
Great location near RNMP entrance. We stayed in cabin#1 which was by the road- some traffic noise. Excellent quality mattress, linens, towels. Cheap paper products- would bring your own toilet paper. Significant crack under outside door- hopefully fixed by owner after our stay. Also shower very poor pressure- hopefully fixed as well. Kitchenette very adequate for 4 -day stay. Didn’t use TV- DVD option would have been nice.
Limited times to contact owner/housekeeping but responsive to text during that time. Would definitely stay again if door and shower fixed.

Our cabin was facing the river and we had a wonderful view of the river. The cabin was spacious and had everything we needed for our stay in Estes Park.
4.5
We really did like it here! It was affordable and had everything we needed. The cabin wasn’t perfect, but it was perfect for us. The only downside was the water pressure in the shower needs some attention, it’s a trickle at best.
The location was great, far enough from the hustle and bustle of downtown but close enough for a few minute drive to town. The property is also across the road from the Rocky Mountain Tavern, which has amazing food and drinks!
4.5
Awesome views from deck, short walk to river, less than 2 miles to RMNP, Plan to be back next year.

Cabin itself was ok. A typical old rustic cabin; and super conveniently located. Close to the national park, restaurants, the town! Now, there does seem to be some sort of miscommunication between Expedia and the actual cabin hosts - on Expedia and via email j was told I’d get check in instructions 24 hours before check in. I also spoke with the property via Expedia chat and was told I’d get my check in instructions “shortly” (this was a day before check in). I realized later I never got them. What I did get, despite asking for early check-in, was a text at 11:22 the day of, asking me for my CC info. I was driving and kind of in the middle of nowhere with limited service and by the time I arrived at my destination my phone died shortly after and I wasn’t in a place to call someone and give them my cc info (there was a lot of other people), then my phone died. By the time I finished my tour, it was 5:45. I went to my car, charged my phone got a text saying I wasn’t gonna get my check in info and that they had closed at 5:30. I panicked and called and after 2x of calling they picked up. The guy who picked up was rude and not friendly at all. He said “none else had this issue before,” well Karen, since when is everyone the same? Anyways he was super rude and I just read him the number so he would stop being rude. I got back that night pretty late, I noticed the cabin was FREEZING. UNBEARABLE. FOR 3 nights I suffered and I even had to buy a 40$ sweater!!! I want to write more..

The manager doesn’t micro manage and they make the stay a 10/10 experience . It was extremely clean and also the manager communicates very well with clients. The property around the cabins was also very well maintained.
4.5
We had a really good stay! Would’ve definitely come back.
