Didn’t get the notice about the loud music until 1:00am until AFTER I booked - would never have booked here if I knew I would be up until the band went home.

They do warn you ahead of time, which is great, but there is a bar under a portion on the motel. So if you can get a room not over the bar it OK. You can still hear the bass of the music not being over the bar. The staff was especially nice. It is a very old building, but it was clean and they've done their best to update it.

It was good but it did not worsen the price. They are not providing proper housekerping service. For example, there was not hand soap, tooth brush, and tooth paste in the washrooms. The location was awsome in comparison to Whistler Village.

Check in time was later (4pm) than the average hotel... Maybe they are short on staff so it takes longer to turn over the rooms? Did not appear to be full so I would think that they could have some rooms available for early check in by request... Beds were fairly hard as well as the pillows which did not make for a very comfortable sleep.

We reached the hotel really very late and still the staff was there to assist us. On the top of everything, they themselves asked us if we are coming or not because we were in Whistler. Also, we forgot some of our stuff, they kept it safe with them ❤️ The check-in was quite smooth. Thanks to the hotel for a great check-in and check- out.

No rooms were available on the first floor leaving only option two long stairways and a long hall way on the second floor. It took considerable effort to carry our luggage up the stairs and the hall way, We would not recommend this to any handicap person.

Check in is at 4:00 PM but we had to wait 30 minutes for someone to man the hotel reception before we could check in

The checkin process was good, they even allowed to checkin early. The facilities were not no that great, the toilet does not flush well and most importantly the service approach is disappointing. I asked the front desk whether they have ice and he said yes, in the store Nextdoor. They own the liquor store next door and if you want ice you have to buy the large bags.

Booked a room with a single queen bed, and was offered a room with two double beds. Complained, and was offered an alternative room, with two double beds again. Took it as there was an obvious communication issue. Room was dusty, and we thought way overpriced for the size.
