The hotel was nice and clean. However, daily housekeeping was skipped in my suite. I had left a tip on the pillow, which was still on the unmade bed. Towels were left on the bathroom floor, and trash was in the receptacles. I went down to the lobby to get fresh towels. Other than that, the stay was good.

The room was huge, and this hotel has lots of potential. Be warned, families- there is not even a room refresh offered unless you stay for longer than 3 nights. The tiny garbage can doesn't cut it for even our 2 day stay. There is space to hang only two towels, although the room sleeps 5. I was able to get more towels, but even with taking out the dirty towels myself when I could track down a housekeeper's cart, we still had quite a load of dirty towels on the floor after our teenage son's basketball tournament. Breakfast was barely ok- the bagels and waffles saved they day.

Nice room. Plenty of room, well equipped. Poor housekeeping! Stayed two nights. Left Early on first night to attend meeting. Returned late afternoon. No housekeeping was done. Bed was not made, no cleaning done. Apparently no one came into the room in my absence. Disappointing.

Overall the stay was great. The hotel was nice and clean, staff was friendly upon arrival and departure. There was a $16 charge to park in the garage but we were prepared for that as we read from another review about it. As we were leaving my 3.5 yr old asked if we could come back. It was perfectly located for everything we planned to do.

My husband and I have had to make several trips for medical reasons and this place is great, staff are welcoming, and friendly and our room was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed.

This hotel is very conveniently located to downtown Issaquah, lots of restaurants and beautiful views. It’s so green, great experience during this trip. Wonderful place to relax.

Room was very nice and modern and had a fridge and microwave. The only downside to the hotel is their breakfast. It’s not good - Bigelow tea and low-quality bagels and oatmeal. Very 1080s. Other guests skipped it and went out. Otherwise everyone is really friendly and it’s a nice, newer hotel.

Staff were disinterested. At checkout the gentleman at the desk barely looked up. At check in the young lady constantly defended an error in the system rather than just apologize and move on.

The lady that checked us in was awesome. Not sure why the hotel would charge for parking when they have their own parking lot. The breakfast that they offered us what the worst i have ever had in any hotel. And for some reason they didn't bother to do a room refresh in our room. Would be nice if we had fresh towels and check to make sure we had tp. The room its self was large and the bed was very comfy.

This hotel stay exceeded our expectations. The room itself was nice and the accommodations were good. The gym was small and subpar. The hotel staff however were exceptional. They were friendly and helpful and made everyone they interacted with feel welcome. Every request was met with enthusiastic care and eagerness to make sure we had what we needed. We would absolutely come back because of the quality of service we received. Keep those people and treat them well!

Great staff. Very accommodating. Only complaint is that breakfast was a little chaotic and lacked flow. However, they had gluten free muffins and plenty of other GF options so that's two thumbs up from me.

Checking in was fast and easy. Even helped us enroll into frequent stay membership to build points that was amazingly quick. Room was spacious and clean. Well taken care of. Breakfast was decent and had good options. Wasn't anyone at check out but had the overnight drop box out front so no waiting issues. Would recommend to anyone staying in the area. Quick drive to North Bend and to downtown Seattle without paying high Seattle hotel prices.

The first day we arrived the receptionist was speaking very kindly on the phone, when he hung up the call surprisingly he was not as kind as he was on the phone. We stayed 5 nights, only once was the room serviced, and when they did it was because I requested it. Whenever I stay in a hotel I like to leave the duty sheets in a corner of the room, so that the person who cleans it doesn't have to do so much work. We left the room that day at approximately 8am and returned at 10:30 pm and upon entering the room there were only towels in the bathroom, the beds were not made, and of course there were no sheets clean or duty because I had already removed them. I go down to the reception so they can please make the beds but the receptionist tells me that until tomorrow because he doesn't have anyone to make the beds, at that moment I ask him to please give me the sheets and I will make the beds myself I ask him 3 sheets for each bed and he told me why I want so many that it is not necessary, then another employee arrives and the receptionist told him that I want 3 sheets per bed to which the gentleman responds that it is correct that they put 3 sheets. I am very disappointed with the reaction of that night receptionist. in the morning, the person who cleaned the food area always kept complaining about her job (she had long blonde hair) making us feel very uncomfortable. The parking lots are so small making people take up two spaces making it more difficult to find spaces at night.

Beautiful hotel and room, we loved it here. The staff were friendly, although it was just one person and they were unable to accommodate our request for shampoo and extra towels, (bathroom bottles were empty and only two towels for a family of five) they were super apologetic and I didn’t mind going down to the front desk to get it. Overall it was very clean and comfortable. Issaquah is gorgeous and we can’t wait to return. Will definitely stay here again.
