It's a nice hotel, very clean, and with interesting architecture, but their Expedia profile is deceptive. First, the profile says "Parking Include", but they don't have parking. Parking is on the street. Second, our room was advertised as a "Premier Suite, 1 King Bed" Pictures show a view from inside the room looking at an open door that appears to be another room, as you might expect from a suite. The room was actually very small, and the "other" room is the hotel's main atrium.

Lovely, clean hotel. Nice location. Across from a park. Street parking in front of hotel. Small, nice restaurant attached. We had a superior room with king bed. Nice bedding with duvet. Nice pillows. Hair dryer. Only negative is the room was quite small. Oh and no coffee maker or fridge. Had ceiling fan and air conditioning. I have stayed here before in a larger room so was surprised to be in such a small room. Would stay again if the larger room was available. We had rooms 11 and 12 and they were small. Easy walk a few blocks to main square, La Marina department store and pedestrian street with stores, overall a nice hotel. Nice courtyard.

The rooms have no windows; if you’re like me and want to enjoy fresh air while You sleep, you’ll have to use the ac. The high ceilings make the room appear grand. Overall a good place to rest and take in the perfect Colima climate.

Very centrally located, right downtown. The building is colonial, the rooms super clean and with nodern touches. Restaurant is very good, and the service is excellent. Everyone is do friendky and accomodating. We will return if we are in the area. Also, the price was amazing for the value of our stay.

The hotel is really nice, the personnel is friendly and helpful. The hotel installations are nice. The only caveat was that the room smelled a bit of humidity, but other than that it was a great stay right in downtown Colima city. Within walk-able distance to many attractions. And in front of a beautiful park.
