Everyone at Hotel Flamingo was very nice, accommodating and informative. Pablo at the front desk was helpful with tour & restaurant suggestions. Housekeeping and Breakfast staff were both excellent. The Flamingo was very conveniently located in a very safe area. Hopefully, we will visit again!

We have stayed here many times since 2013. The family owners keep everyone safe and speak good English. Breakfast is more than ample. Location is a block off the ocean road. They can tell you the good places to eat. Very clean. We will come back.

The hotel staff were very pleasant, accommodating, and helpful with needs at the hotel as well as booking tours and suggesting restaurants and local sights. We really enjoyed the personal touch received by all the staff The breakfast included was very nice and plentiful

Checked into property with room on street side. Very noisy until 2am. Hotel allowed us to change rooms to opposite side and it was very quiet. Great breakfast every day. Staff very helpful and friendly. Bed was a bit creaky every time you got into it.

This place worked out great for us. The manager was responsive and helpful setting up transportation, it was a good location (not too noisy, off the main street), the staff was very kind, breakfast was good and the room was tidy. We could stay here again.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel was very clean and in a good location. The hotel provided drinking water which was great. Breakfast was good. The only con was that the internet was extremely slow and was down one full day of our stay.

Excellent location, close to ferries and restaurants. We arrived at 10 AM and have been able to check in right away. I would like to thank Joanna at front desk who helped us to arrange island tour and taxi to airport. Very comfortable room and great breakfast. I will recommend this hotel.

This is a family operated hotel with great service. Room and bath were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was average and generous. The hotel location is great close to restaurants, the port, shops and Darwins Center.

The hotel is pretty bare bones overall, but its in a great location just steps away from the dock, multiple restaurants and coffee shops, stores, etc. A very easy place from which to schedule day trips off the island. So while it is most definitely not fancy, it is perfectly fine (if youre in the Galapagos, you likely wont be spending tons of time in your room, anyhow!). Has a pretty decent upper deck, too, if you want to lay out.

The Flamingo is a nicely decorated and well-maintained hotel in the heart of Puerto Ayora. Breakfast is served on the sun roof and itis fresh fruits and cooked-to-order breakfasts were a wonderful way to start the day. The young lady on duty at the front desk most of the time was exceptionally pleasant and helpful. I highly recommend The Flamingo!

My partner and I loved this hotel. We had a minor issue at check in that was quickly sorted out. Every employee we spoke with was lovely and friendly. Great location!

We liked the location of the property. The staff was wonderful to us. The room was very clean and nice. After doing excursions during the day, the rooftop deck was nice to hang out in the evening. The morning breakfast was so convenient and good. We had a wonderful time
