Traveling with my parents, there is no information on the website of how it is, they are in the 4th floor of a building that seems to be an office building, too many stairs for olden people, definitely not older people friendly, the elevators are way too small. The lady that I was in communication with was very nice, but I couldn’t stay there. Add all the information so people don’t feel deceived

Good clean stay in an accessible location to the old town. The walls between rooms are extremely thin, so recommend light sleepers bring earplugs!

Our lovely, large clean room was located close to one of the city's main train stations (Brignole) and around a 10/15 minute walk from the centre of town. It felt really private as the staff are only around for small parts of the day. We had a really pleasant stay.

It is a comfortable room with a comfy bed, kettle, wifi etc. The location is also very good next to one of the main streets in Genoa and the receptionist was very helpful providing us with a map and guide of the city. However the parking is EUR 15 which seemed a lot especially as we arrived at 2pm. Checking in was difficult as there is no full time receptionist or member of staff. Instead you have to text or message to tell them in advance. The hotel is also difficult to find as it is not clear where it actually is, as it is up several flights of stairs and through some office suites. There is no clear sign to say where the rooms are, instead I had to check several buildings. If the local cafes hadn't been open I wouldn't have known where to go. The bathrooms are nice but in the shared one the shower door leaked. Overall its ok for the price but I've stopped in better hotels for cheaper in Italy where at least there was parking and other facilities.

Will stay again next year.

Great location and fantastic staff. We were only in town for one night & the property was perfect. Just across from bus terminal ans 2 blocks from train station - made an easy transfer for us. Walkable to downtown with great neighborhoods and restaurants. Very quiet nights sleep. Clean & comfortable. Highly recommended!

The staff (cannot remember his name) who checked us in was very friendly, helpful and very knowledgable. Since we were driving from Milan and we arrived quite late around 8.30 pm, he was very patient with us - showing us how to get in (what keys to use), showed us our room, but also gave us a map and recommendation on where to go (providing us with an itinerary) and what to do. And then we asked about food recommendation and said pesto alle genovese and recommended a nice little restaurant. He was also able to give us a brief history of the Genoa flag when we asked why is the Genoa and England flag the same.
I would definitely recommend this place!!

Not very easy to find, and requires four keys to access. Room was a little smaller than expected, but clean and well presented. Bathroom was shared with another room, also clean with a good shower.
I wanted to checkout early, which was all fine, but they forgot to mention how to release the lock on the final gate, the switch for which was located in a not so obvious place. So in the morning (around 6AM) there was a little panic, and I had to call them up to figure out how to leave the property!
Apart from that a pleasant stay!

Great, large clean hotelroom, very friendly staff. I would not choose a hotel with shared bathroom, did not see it when booking. But was not disappointed. The bathroom is large and clean and only shared with one other room (we were lucky that that room was empty for the larger part of our stay).

The bedroom was sufficient for the four of us, and the separate bathroom was also spacious. It's located close to the train station and walkable to the historic centre.

Excellent room size. We asked for 2 double beds and they were confortable and convenient, although one of them was a double sofa bed, the mattress was thick. The bathroom was external but completely dedicated to our room. Every corner was proprerly clean. Very very recommanded.

Very nice, spacious, clean room with separate bathroom for our use only. I had a shower which was fine then my partner had one and the water was freezing. Not impressed there wasn't enough hot water but aside from that a nice place to stay and close to local amenities.

Location, size, comfort and cleanliness was fantastic. Friendly staff. Negatives.... They offer an advertised one way shuttle service to/from the airport for 35 Euros. Since I needed an early morning ride, they jacked up the price to 80 Euros. With the dollar conversion, I cancelled my last night there for a hotel across the street from the airport of less money in Canadian dollars which also offered free downtown out/back shuttle service. My other complaint was with the keys. I recommend you have them show you and test the keys before the person serving you leaves for the rest of the day and from being locked out. With little knowledge on how to work the keys and the doors (there are also buttons to push I didn't know about), I was locked out for an hour and a half with the superintendent for the building having to me in. One customers key to the building didn't work at all. Once the keys were sorted out, I was quite happy and comfortable.

The family room is not equipped with 2 beds, but one double bed with one sofa bed. In the fridge, I saw one box of pasta from previous guest. At night, the electricity was cut due to circuit overload. The receptionist was very friendly and provided us many useful local information.

The exact location was a bit difficult to find since Google map was incorrect and there's no signage facing the street and parking. Plenty of E$2.40/hour parking right in front. The room we had was spacious, clean. It has tea making and refrigerator amenities. The external bathroom was for the room's private use. Room name was Constanza. The window looks out to the area's beautiful mansions and it's just a short walk to the famously delicious Zena Zuena focacce al frommage restaurant. ... and plenty of wine bars on Via Ceasare

For those trying to find it the hotel needs to provide specific detailed directions. It's near the historic arch in vittolia square but to get to it you need to find the metal bar gate with buzzers to get inside the building containing other businesses. Interesting elevator in the building. Check in provided 4 different keys - the hard to find outside metal bar gate, one to open the building door, one to open the hotel door, and one to open the room. Then staff needs to escort you to the extremely clean underground parking garage. It's a long roll with any heavy luggage back to the building so it's best to unload needed luggage before going to the garage. The room was large and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It's in in a great location close to shopping and historical sites.
