Easy place to stay in great neighborhood. Large rooms with new everything. Nice touch to provide coffee and light breakfast downstairs. Love the courtyard.

Grand Polanco Resort was a great choice for our trip - it was well located, had very comfortable beds, and lots of space for all of us. There's 24 hour security and the guards are very nice. Unfortunately, partway through the stay one of us became very ill, to the point of needing a doctor. The front staff was very helpful throughout the stay, and they arranged a doctor to come to the apartment which was greatly appreciated. We were also able to make use of their late checkout, which we thought was very reasonable. All in all it was a good stay and I'd happily recommend it!

We had a nice 1 bedroom apartment. It was well designed with a good amount of storage. The bed is very comfortable. From the balcony there was a pretty tree to see through to the street scene below. We did not get replacement Nespresso pods. Dish soap may be a good idea. The doorman was very attentive and pleasant.

Excellent facilities. Only suggestion would be to clean towels more thoroughly. I routinely ended up with multiple towels that were yellowed or lipstick -stained.

We stayed on the top floor with a courtyard view. Very quiet and well appointed room. Beds very comfortable and closets nicely designed. Highly recommended.

One of the few places where you can get two bedrooms with two baths plus a living room, dining area and kitchenette. Perfect it traveling with a friend

We had two separate apartments, one for ourselves and one for our 18 year old and his two brothers. There is security at the front door 24/7 so we felt very safe. The apartments in the interior open to a pretty courtyard with chairs and tables which was a great place to have coffee from our first floor apartment. The front desk attendant was nice and knowledgeable and the location was fantastic. The area felt very safe and was walkable to restaurants, the park, many shops, etc.

Our stay at the hotel was good. The only thing I found unpleasant was the attitude of one of the employees. We requested for a room change and asked us to wait. We sat on the bench by the front desk for about 15 minutes. As we wondered what was going on, we saw her walk away without talking to us. All the same, I would stay at this property again.

It was a wonderful apartment hotel. Comfortable, family friendly, very secure, and clean. Staff are always friendly, and willing to assist the best way possible. Definitely recommend.

We loved this hotel! Right in the middle of lots of shops & restaurants. Hotel staff was friendly. Our room was cleaned regularly. The rooms are much more nicer than the pictures online.

days and one of them had a newborn with them. No assistance other than the security guard “resetting” the a/c, administration would not respond at all and lied about it being a weekend issue. Beware: I spoke with the security guard and he said the property is basically a scam: they know a/c doesn’t work in more than half of the building

it is pretty good. Everything was there and the hotel is trying to work everything out. Only one thing is as you can see the property picture here, you can see ALL other rooms and all rooms can see you unless you scroll down curtain down. And the roll-down curtain can be down only when the window is closed. So you basically cannot open the window as everybody can see you, so you always want to the white screen like curtain always down. As you cannot enjoy the sunlight and the fresh air. free breakfast was limited.

Well located property. Attractive and clean rooms. We had some challenges. The coffee pot was broken, the shower did not drain, our keys worked intermittently , and the air conditioner was not working well upon arrival. We arrived on Saturday afternoon and there was no front desk service on Saturday afternoon and Sunday, so we had to wait until Monday for the issues to be addressed. They did fix the issues on Monday, but it was a bit disappointing. Other than that, we had a nice stay. Great location.

Loved the facility, we just had an issue with the AC. AC Turned on in the morning and put heat instead of AC. Overall I would try it again and give it one more chance.

It took a while to get the correct wifi code but they finally sent someone. There is a very steep staircase leading to the hotel. It is too bad the security guy did not help when he saw me struggle since I have an injured knee. Overall, I would rate the room, location and service as top notch. I will stay again.

Loved the property and the apartment style! Felt very safe in the property as there is a security guard at all times. Although our apartment was nice the only issue we had was that being on the first floor we could hear everything outside, I think this is just common in houses/apartments in Mexico especially closer to ground level. Regardless, our stay was very nice and would stay here again! Felt very close to food and stuff in Polanco, definitely farther out from touristy areas but Ubers are cheap to get around. If you have a lot of luggages in order to go inside the property there are about 6-7 steps so be mindful of that.

2 things I think GP should change is not to set up the dining table with the dishes. They should be put away in the shelves. People who go on vacation usually eat out and the dishes are in the way and rarely is the room occupied by 4 guests. The breakfast was the same every single day very boring. Otherwise the stay was great.

PROS: Very luxurious, spacious and well-located apartment for a very affordable price. If this place was a hotel I would have had to pay three times the cost. CONS: Because is so well located in walking distance from restaurants you often hear the noise from folks walking by in the neighborhood or cars going by so that may affect you wanting to sleep.

Fantastic 2 bedroom property in great location in Polanco. Easy access to some of the best shopping and restaurants in CDMX. Access to weight room and laundry room in basement. 24 hour security always there to let you in and help. Better than staying in the major hotel chains in Polanco.

Comfy rooms, great location, nice amenities and would recommend to any of my interest friends or family however one night the A/C stopped working and could only get resolved the next day and the key entry into the room was hit and miss. The 2 rooms / 2 bathrooms and living room with kitchen was priced competitively, can’t wait to stay here again
