We had a great stay. A beautiful and authentic place with a friendly family.

Staying at Dar Ennassim was an excellent experience - modern amenities in a beautiful, well-located property with incredibly kind and welcoming hosts and staff. I look forward to returning and fully recommend this for accommodations in Tunis.

Staff was very friendly. Pool was very nice.Walking distance to the beach(like 15 min).
Water pressure in the shower was bad.
Also not a fan that they put out stuff for breakfast outside for quite a long time in the heat (like yoghurt, juice etc)
But all in all I would recommend this place.

The hotel has wonderful ambience, thanks to the hand picked décor and unique art. And also has great facilities including a roof top poo,, and exercise equipment

Very nice and quiet terrasses.

Absolutely spectacular boutique hotel. So beautiful and lovingly restored by the owner. We felt so comfortable and welcome staying here. Easily walkable to Sidi bou said and la Marsa beach, lots of restaurant options nearby, and we also walked to Carthage which was incredible. Taieb helped us with restaurant reservations and taxis and recommendations. Breakfast was delicious. A true gem I will recommend to all my friends.

This may well be the best hotel I've ever stayed in. Taïeb is a wonderful person, who went out of his way to help make our stay perfect. From helping us to find restaurants and book day trips (ask for Mr Noureddine, by the way), to coming in on his evening off to make us a packed breakfast, when I mentioned we would be checking out early the next day, nothing was too much trouble for him. Sonia's cooking is fantastic, breakfast is a real highlight. The stories behind the house are fascinating, and don't miss out on the chance to visit their family home in Sidi Bou Said. We look forward to coming back!

What an absolutely stunning hotel, transforms you to a magical error or Tunisian history yet with top class comfort, and facilities. The staff were incredible, the stay, bed, room very comfortable. Homemade treats for breakfast were a delight. My only regret is that it was a short trip- I will definitely be back at Dar Ennasim. Thank you

Great place to stay, very friendly staff.

This renovated mansion was the perfect place for a weekend getaway. 5-stars. The entire guest house was spotlessly clean. The bedding was luxurious. I slept so well in my room's comfortable king-sized bed. I thought there might be some noise staying in a large home, but it was so quiet because the rooms are well separated.
The breakfast was incredible. So much food, eggs made to order, lovely baked goods - more than what we could have wanted.
The home is family-run. Taieb and his mother Sonia were available for any questions and suggestions. The staff is amazing. They have a long family history tied back to Tunisia royalty. The history of the home's artifacts and furnishings is mind-boggling.
The value for the money is fantastic. You can stay in a similar type property right in Sidi Bou Said, but you will be paying 3x as much.
Dar Ennassim is in a nice neighborhood. It is walkable to tourist attractions in the area, but some are a longer walk. Thankfully, Bolt (like Uber) is available.
We were so pleasantly surprised with our stay. I highly recommend this property

Very pleasant 3-night stay. The owner is most hospitable and always present/reachable when you need him. The place is beautiful, the decoration very tasteful, with a nice swimming pool. Excellent breakfast. Beautiful, upscale neighborhood close to the sea.

The Dar Ennassim is a treasure. It is the former home of a large family, decorated with antiques and artwork, yet with all the modern conveniences. Hospitality and service was outstanding. Breakfasts were sumptuous and cooked to order, including homemade jams. It is conveniently located to restaurants, parks, and coffee shops. On any future visit, Dar Ennassim will be our first lodging choice.

We loved our time at Dar Ennassim. We were staying there only one night but would’ve enjoyed staying longer. The building is extremely well designed and the owner was great. Our room had great city views. The location was nice — it’s in walking distance of Sidi Bou Said and was also pretty close to the beach (which we didn’t take advantage of since we visited during winter). Would highly recommend!

One of the nicest places I've ever stayed. Great place to stay, great pool, unbelievable staff, walking distance to La Marsa shops and an easy drive to Sidi Bou Said and Carthage. The breakfast is incredible. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel.

The building was an example of fine architecture and well decorated. The room was exactly as advertised with a great view of the surrounding area. The most important part of my stay was the attention provided by Taieb the manager whether it was help with finding a tour guide or when a where to have breakfast everything ran smooth and I felt like my patronage was valued. Anyone staying at this property will not be disappointed.

The property is an architectural piece of art. The room was spotlessly clean. It is close to Marsa Villa and Plage, all cafes and good bakeries and taxis. It was simply a perfect choice.

Nicely located, within easy walking distance of Sidi Bou Said, the beach, shopping and the train station for service to Tunis, the Inn is an attractive and comfortable place to stay. I was given the Amilcar Room, a 4th floor room with a wonderful balcony and view. From what I could see, all the rooms looked lovely. Overall, the inn was large, had plenty of sitting areas, inside and out, upstairs and down throughout. There were restaurants nearby and breakfast was excellent. The hosts were accommodating, helpful and friendly. I will certainly stay again during my next visit to or near Tunis.

Charming house where every room is different and there's a personal touch of the family what owns and runs the place. Very helpful family. Very good breakfast.

What a gem! Stay here and don’t ask any other questions. Beautiful home converted into b&b with so much charm and a great family host.

The traditional Tunisian character of the property is quite stunning & very special and so is the homemade breakfast (from the jams, juices, cakes to yogurt). The rooms and suites are all designed with typical traditional Tunisian furniture. The small pool and lounge/tanning area on the roof with chilling music is very relaxing. The location of the guest house is perfect: you can enjoy the buzz of shops and cafes/restaurants of the city while being minutes away from the beaches and tourist sites and museums too. It is run by an extremely friendly family whose heritage is well anchored in Tunisia’s history. Will definitely return there!

The house is unbelievably gorgeous! So luxurious, quiet, stunning views and a walkable location!

Absolutely stunning building filled with art and history. Absolutely incredible stay and experience. Very clean and the view is beautiful! Breakfast on the top floor patio overlooking La Marsa. Close to Sidi Bou Said and Gammarth. We will be coming back and telling our friends! Thanks Taieb and family!

The proprty was great. It has a very convinient location, only 10-15 minute from Sidi Bou Said.
Taieb and all the members of the family are great hosts and personally take care of you. I reached the property after midnight and they personally let me in.
The facilities, and the view from the propery is amazing, as are the staff.

The hosts are EXTREMELY friendly and helpful. This beautiful mansion was one of the most gorgeous places we have ever stayed, and my husband and I have traveled the world. We didn't know about this Riad and was shocked that they had a rooftop pool with a view of the city. Our room had an in room jaccuzzi (they call it a hammam), along with wonderful other amenities. Breakfast was amazing and plentiful. They are so happy to accommodate. Customer service is top notch with a homey feel. You will not regret it.

We had a great stay in Dar Ennasim during our trip to Tunisia. The property is a family house, nicely renovated, with great rooms. The owners were super attentive and nice, always happy to provide information and help. Very friendly staff. Breakfast was sumptuous and tasty. The property is not central, but is very close to transportation and restaurants. Highly recommended!!!

Beautiful hotel, with great breakfast, convenient location and hospitable hosts. However, be aware that, although the listimg says that the hotel provides airport transfer, it actually does not.
