Great place, easy parking, just outside of town but very walkable. Slightly confusing layout but once you managed to get to your room it was great. Would recommend

While the hotel is a bit of a hike from the train station, it is worth it.
The room was very nice and spacious. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast room has a view of the river - perfect for a relaxing start to the day. Coffee was great.
I would definitely stay here again.

You pretty much get what you pay for so don’t be expecting anything great. We had a nice view of the river and it’s a 15 minute walk into the centre, which was fine. Staff at check-in and check-out (the only time we saw any staff) were friendly. If you want to sleep in beyond 8am (which we did) you’ll find it difficult as the doors/walls are really thin and the maids like to talk a lot. If it wasn’t for this it would have been a decent stay.

Our bedroom and the restaurant had lovely views of the river, Trier, and the bridge.
Nearby bridge noisy late at night with revellers but not a problem with windows closed. However there is no air con.
Excellent breakfast.

Fair priced hotel about 20 min walk from trier centre - buses from Bridge if needed. Good breakfast and excellent evening meal. Rooms clean and bright - could be noisy on front as busy road outside - but we had side room with river view so fine. Good access to wine route and motorway. Parking free in hotel car park opposite was fine. Staff very helpful and lot of info in lobby. No lift beyond first floor to back of hotel and bit of a Warren of stairs and corridors. We had a very good stay in a large comfy room and would recommend /return.

We stayed in a room with a great view of the bridge that was beautiful. The old city was in distance of 15 minute walk. all together we enjoyed our 2 night stay in this hotel but the only weak point was WiFi quality which was disconnected frequently.

Very nice room, clean, sufficient space. Nice bathroom. Our room had a great view looking out over the Mosel. Free parking right across the street was a big plus. Breakfast for 7.50 Euros was a real deal considering the variety of foods to choose from (far more than a continental breakfast). My only complaint would be the traffic noise from the bridge, including many sirens. This, of course, is not the fault of the hotel--just the location. And the noise did slow down a lot at night while we were sleeping, so it turned out not to be a big deal. Rooms without the view probably also dont have the noise--trade-offs. Being located on the opposite side of the river from the major attractions of the city meant a bit more walking than many other hotels, so that might be a consideration for some people.

We fought spiders all night long. No elivator to the 3rd floor in the wing that we were in. Fooring was uneven on stair landings. Required an extra charge for breakfast even though the add stated breakfast included.

If a hotel cannot be bothered to clean the smears of dead bugs off of their walls, they do not deserve our business. Very disappointed, especially since it wasn’t cheap. I thought it was going to be nice, which is why I was willing to walk over the bridge at all. Stuffy, dark, lots of spiders. We did not stick around for breakfast; we just wanted to leave!

Very convenient location on the river with parking, just on the side of the roman bridge, only 5minutes far from the center. Decently maintained and clean, but floors are very squeaky. Also the bed was old and the mattress sagging. A floor board under the mattress was keeping it straight. All in all a pleasant s stay, but not sure if its stay longer.

Cute little boutique hotel, but no elevator in addition. Had to walk up three flights with very heavy luggage. Cute rooms, but small and angled and difficult to get into bed if by the window. Very noisy street in front of the hotel, but with the river on the other side I would recommend requesting a room there. Great service and friendly staff. Not a lot in the area for amenities, but its Trier; everything is withing reach a few blocks away.
