It was clean and modern. Nicely updated. Coffee stations with real cream.(great for coffee drinkers) excellent breakfast. Great staff. Nice work out facility.

Check in was pleasant. Had trouble with remote. Clerk came up and changed the tv remote. We mentioned that we saw a couple of dogs he said they only let certain homes have pets. Then my husband noticed a strong Dog Smell in the room. Then we heard a dog barking loudly in the hall and also in our room. Breakfast was late at 6:45 and it was not good.

We've been staying in the Nashville area for years, and this was my favorite hotel stay by far. The room was so spacious, comfortable, and lacked nothing. The staff was super friendly, and the fun lobby and firepit by the entrance was endearing. We'll come back for sure.

Quick check in, lady at the desk very helpful. The room was clean but had a weird smell. Bed was comfy. There was a dog barking loudly across the hall when we first arrived. I don't agree with dogs being in hotel rooms at all because of noise and well its just not sanitary for others. The location was close to I-24 and lots of stores for shopping and restaurants. They only charge $25 for incidentals and it goes right back on card sometime after check out. Breakfast was good also.

I don’t have anything bad to say or any complaints. We stayed on the Homes side of the hotel. I did peek into another room and saw they had a burner which I didn’t know was an option. If I stay here again I’ll definitely ask for one. It was close to anything we needed. Breakfast on the weekends didn’t end until 10 but 9 during the week. We didn’t know so we missed breakfast Monday and had to go get something.

Upon our very late, middle of the night arrival we were greeted with a very pleasant staff member who check us in and provided us with welcome gifts. Our room was very clean and neat. We will definitely stay again when traveling to Murfreesboro.

Check in was slow. Stinky garbage piled on top of hall garbage can when I checked in was still there when I checked out. $25 pre charge for incidentals cheapens the experience. Furnishings poorly made. Nice looking building entrance. Shower was pretty good. Not enough to overcome the overall poor experience.

Very good customer service, large room with a full kitchen and lots of counter space, a small outdoor pool, and nice amenities. The bed was not cushy, just standard, the air conditioner was loud, and the toilet seat was smaller than the bowl (weird). Those are the only negatives, but none would deter me from another stay at this location.

My stay was lovely. The room was spacious and comfy. Unfortunately I did see a few ants in my room. Not a trail of them but definitely several small black ants in different spaces around the room. The bathroom shower still had a strand or two of hair on the floor. But other than that, not bad!
